A wonderful clinic, very attentive and experienced specialists work here, they do not prescribe unnecessary tests, medicines and checks, only everything is on the case. If you had examined my kitten normally, he would be alive now! You were absolutely negligent and careless about his examination! I found the fleas myself, I took him to other veterinarians myself, and the kitten was diagnosed with sepsis, which turned out to be too late to treat! If you had examined him better, maybe the kitten would have had another chance. But you can't even see fleas, you didn't even see dirty ears, and they told me that they were clean, and that the kitten's skin was clean!
today my kitten is gone. he died in another veterinary clinic because professional help was not provided in time, and the poor doctors in the new clinic simply could not do anything.
you saw that this is my first experience with an animal, that I don't understand anything about it yet, and you just cashed in on it.

I want to say a huge thank you to the owner, doctors and administrators of the clinic. First of all, for the fact that each of you has retained something that is not indifferent to you.
I vaccinated my dogs at this clinic. Today I had to urgently contact a stray dog with suspected pyroplasmosis. I was admitted, promptly tested and prescribed medications. They did not try to breed me for extra expenses, seeing that I am ready for a lot in such a situation. In addition, they gave me a big discount, wanting to support the good deed of saving the unfortunate dog. All the staff were very empathetic and involved.

VetHome employees are qualified doctors, sensitive people and a real family. It's nice to see that the team is worried, cares about each ward and is not blindly encouraging in difficult cases. Here they do not just treat and release, but lead the case from and to. They give detailed recommendations and stay in touch daily. They save the lives of the weakest.
