I signed up for preoperative tests, they said 5000 on the phone, 20,000 were withdrawn at the counter when paying, they explained this by saying that "well, at the request of the client, they also make a transcript for pedigreed cats with suspected heart threshold." Attention introductory notes: a young non-pedigree cat, with excellent blood pressure, I did not ask for an additional transcript. In general, of course, thank you, but to leave 4 times more than stated - they warn about this and ask if I need such additional services.

A rotten clinic, you sign up for 18:00, arrive at the specified time, wait an hour, but the doctors look at you like an empty place (and you keep waiting).
The competence of doctors also raises questions, but at least they know how to put vaccines. It is better to go to another clinic for treatment.
They were forced to pay twice for one service: allegedly, the card payment failed. I checked the history of write-offs - I actually paid twice for one service.
The results of blood biochemistry are reported by phone, they could not send the file to the mail (although they left the mail).
UPD. A week later, they called and asked to remove the negative review (although they deny it). Well, it's really hard to predict the workload of doctors. But, firstly, that's why I signed up in advance so as not to get to the peak, and, secondly, I never waited longer than 15 minutes at another vet clinic.

This morning, July 24, 2024, I called the clinic at 10:20 a.m. asking for help for my cat. The receptionist on the phone informed me that the doctor would be available only after 15:00, and asked me to call back in 10 minutes. Usually clients receive a callback from the clinic, but it seems that clients are not in the first place in this clinic.
When I said I would be working and asked if they could call me back themselves, the receptionist refused. This is simply outrageous! This attitude demonstrates a complete lack of care and respect for customers. The clinic administration should review its policy and hire more professional staff to work with clients

I want to express my gratitude to all the employees and Doctors! They saved our Molly (micro pomeranian) from enteritis! Our weight is small 1kg 500g, age 8 months, she was in the hospital for 8 days, now we continue home treatment + while we go to the clinic for the rest of the procedures! Thank you so much for everything!!! Health, happiness and success in your work! The Scottish fold cat developed severe allergies and inflammation of the paranasal glands. He began to weaken sharply. Almost at midnight, I arrived at the clinic for an examination. They injected drugs, cleaned the glands and sent them in the morning to consult a dermatologist, Samvel Ter-Avetisyan. Thank you so much for your professionalism. We are being observed.
PS there is an additional fee for an overnight appointment, but this is completely normal and worth it to urgently solve the disease that has arisen.

Excellent doctors and courteous staff. This is the only clinic that responded to help over the weekend. Our dog, who was 10.5 years old, was torn apart very badly by a pack of dogs on January 20. There was no living place on her, there were very deep wounds and she was bleeding heavily. We brought him here very quickly. The doctors performed an operation on him, it was successful, but unfortunately, due to his old age and obesity, the dog's heart stopped after the operation the next day.

A very good clinic!! Thanks to Marina for saving the cat from death from kidney failure. The cat arrived at the clinic in a serious condition and with terrible tests. The doctors did everything correctly, they said they would fight. It's been 4 months since the first visit and the cat is very active and joyful!
We also contacted the clinic about skin formation. Thanks to Samvel for his attention to the cat. They prescribed all the necessary tests before removing the lump, Samvel answered all the questions in detail. The cat had a peculiarity, he stops breathing under anesthesia, as a result, everything was corrected and the cat was very closely monitored during the operation

Very good specialists, all friendly and helpful, try to help everyone. Everything here is aimed at the opportunity to help. All doctors assist each other, no one is idle. There is a feeling of well-built teamwork. After the huge St. Petersburg veterinary centers with coldly polite staff, where the doctor first warns how much this or that action will cost, and then does something, where even by appointment you can wait a very long time in suspense, there is a feeling of respect and gratitude. Yes, expectations happen here too, but here you are a witness to what is happening, you see that people are busy right now, but your pet will not be ignored either!

The experience is 0/10, we signed up for the clinic on time, they kept us for more than an hour waiting for the doctor. and when the doctor did come out, he started trying to watch our dog in a cramped hallway on the floor among a bunch of other animals. I insisted that he look at the table properly. OK, we moved to the reception area, lifted it up. not only was the doctor constantly distracted by questions from the reception desk, they stuck the phone in so that he would answer other clients during our consultation, he looked at X-rays from his phone, this is trash. he didn't say anything intelligible, prescribed strong antibiotics blindly, without back-up, gave pills for inflammation (which is either there or not), in total we stayed there for more than an hour and a half and didn't really understand anything. I paid 22k for this pleasure. In the end, we went to another doctor. I don't understand where the clinic got such a rating, I don't recommend it, there are much better clinics in the city.

The staff works at a high level, with love, attentively. Communication with the clinic is available at any time of the day. This is not the first time they have helped in situations that most clinics have refused. And those who say that other clinics save money and time, yes they do. But they also save on the health of their pets!
Before you get a pet, at least read what is necessary for this, and then figure out how to pull a pet financially and psychologically.
And then I know such a disregard for a pet at home, they only know how to play in public.
Here the clinic staff treats pets and you nullify their business - not the right nutrition, not the right attitude. And all you can do is blame others for your mistakes.
My advice is before you get a pet, understand that you are taking RESPONSIBILITY FOR the LIFE of someone else's creature.
I personally didn't make pets, but friends)))

I want to express my great gratitude to the cardiologist Goar , who saved our kitty from pulmonary edema a few months ago ! We were lucky that we did not listen to the previous grief-cardiologist, who was called "the most lutchshy" in the city and went to Goar. We were treated for God knows what in another clinic, because of what the kitty swelled, shortness of breath began,then they sent us to a cardiologist in the edge of the city, who gave us the wrong diagnosis, did not see a huge blood clot in the cat's heart,said that shortness of breath was from poor health,sent us home. As a result, in the evening, already with a blue cat, who screams in pain and suffocates, we went to the Vet Line, where we were immediately accepted, immediately did the necessary therapy, put in an oxygen chamber,Goar stayed in the clinic with our kitty until late at night,sent us a video on WhatsApp. During the day spent there, we were shocked by the work of doctors, the girls are especially friendly, they will help everyone, they will answer everything. With so much workload , they remembered the names of the animals , kissed the animals, fed them sweets, calmed them down . The clinic is small, but very warm, cozy, equipped, you don 't feel like a stranger there . Thank you for your work and saving our kitty ❤️

Nothing serious was treated, vaccinations were given and blood was tested. What didn't you like:
1) there is no administrator, it is very difficult to get through;
2) it is very crowded in the waiting area, there is nowhere to sit, sometimes it is difficult to breed animals away from each other;
3) there is a hospital with sick animals in the animal inspection area, it would be good to allocate a separate room for them so as not to infect healthy ones;
4) it takes a very long time to wait for your turn, even if you came by appointment.

VetLine has good doctors, such as Hovhannes. But grooming is just disgusting. An elderly woman works there who does not process tools, shampoos are cheap mass market, and takes money from the locals for one price, and for relocators it is 2 times more expensive. The price is Moscow, but there are no sanitary standards and hypoallergenic shampoos. After this disgusting experience, the dog began to have dandruff, although there had never been any problems before (and they made a terrible haircut for their collective farm taste and were not going to fix it. I highly do not recommend this place.

It's just a wonderful clinic, where, unlike most other clinics (not only in Yerevan, but in St. Petersburg and Moscow), they use the principles of evidence-based medicine: first tests, then adequate treatment! For which they have a huge human (and feline) thank you!
Before we found this clinic, we managed to show our kittens in two others, where they did not even have their temperature measured.
And here there is a preliminary record and a full-fledged examination with all the necessary tests.
Dr. Hovhannes conducted a detailed examination and collected an anamnesis. After that, I immediately told you about three possible diseases, what they are and how to treat them. Then they took all the tests for each of the possible diagnoses, and only after the tests confirmed one of them, they began treatment.
The whole treatment took 5 days and every day the kittens got better, now they are completely healthy and have fun jumping around the house.
The doctors are very attentive, kind, they will answer any question and tell you everything in detail.

We are opening the long-awaited blood biochemistry and only 8 of the 24 indicators are filled in, they did not answer the questions in the whatsapp why so. The question is, what was quite a lot of money paid for?!

I want to share my feedback and maybe it will save someone a lot of money, time and nerves.
The Vetline clinic is, of course, good, they treat animals perfectly, everyone is extremely friendly and ready to help. And at the moment they will really help. But if your pet has a problem that requires some kind of detailed study and several visits, then think about other options.
They treated my cat for a week. Every day they put some kind of ivs, gave injections, carried out tests, but they did not diagnose her all week and it is unclear why she was treated. Every day she was examined by DIFFERENT vet. Every day I retold the medical history, because they simply could not get a separate sheet and enter the symptoms and medications for treatment there. What drugs were injected is a question. Every time I had to ask and write it down in notes. One vet said that the cat was poisoned and had liver problems, another said that her eyes were suppurating due to constipation and intoxication of the body began, the third said (without ultrasound or X-ray with contrast agent) that she had intestinal obstruction and now she has to eat Dufolak all her life. Not a single receipt was issued, where the names of the injected drugs and the procedures performed would be recorded. They never said that an additional amount was added to the standard price list in the evening (they learned from people in the queue). Recently, they called and asked for an extract from them regarding all the manipulations they performed with the cat in order to transfer the data to another clinic. They said they would, but they never called back. 140-150k was spent during the week, each doctor prescribed his own drug for home treatment, but during the week the cat only got worse.
I do not exclude that if one doctor had dealt with the cat, and not five different ones, then there would have been an effect. But this is not a fact. The last doctor who examined her said that the cat had an obstruction, although the next day she successfully went to the toilet and for several days there was nothing wrong with the chair. He had to be reminded that he needed to see the result of a blood test and an X-ray. I gave the cat a serious drug that is prescribed for bladder problems, although she does not have them. I repeated 10 times that tomorrow this drug must be injected again, otherwise it will be bad.
In another clinic, they said that the kitty just had herpes, they prescribed treatment and after two days her eyes stopped suppurating, she became active, the stool got better.

We only go here with the cat. Amazing doctors who know and love their job, and treat every animal like a family. Since the cat was taken from the street, they make a decent discount every time, and the passport was generally issued for free. You can also buy food, toys and some veterinary medicines here. In general, I highly recommend it, this is a place where animals are really loved and everyone is welcome.

This is a good clinic. I treated my dog with them for three different problems and also vaccinated him. The doctors are attentive, they try to help, they speak Russian. The treatment does not cost a penny, but several times I just brought a dog with some redness, and they did not charge me for the examination. We treated the ears, I paid for the first manipulation, and for the next 5 or 6 visits, when the ears were simply cleaned, they did not take money. For me, this is a good clinic where doctors really love and know their business. Thank you very much!

I want to express my great appreciation for the attitude, both to animals and to people, to DOCTOR HOVHANNES.
They brought a yard cat for euthanasia (after examinations), the other 3 veterinarians did not say anything about the condition of the normal cat (including one veterinarian from the same Vetline, I do not know the name, they are so besides Hovhannes, there are still "doctors"). Doctor Hovhannes, when he saw that we wanted to put the cat to sleep, since the poor man was suffering, offered to do an additional examination and try to save him. In particular, he made a significant discount on subsequent overexposure for treatment in his clinic (if such care is needed). But, unfortunately, all efforts were in vain, since the cat was doomed ... For all these additional examinations, he did not take money, and euthanized at a discount. I wish him all the best. He understands the seriousness of his chosen profession and can proudly bear the name of a DOCTOR.
