Let's go back to the room. There was no air conditioner in the Lotus, and no kettle either. But there was a glass and bed linen. Refuel or not is your choice.

I would especially like to note the friendliness of the reception staff. We lived from 30.04.-01.05.22. check-in at the hotel was very large, despite the large number of people, the staff remained calm, went to a meeting for all requests and wishes, without any difficulties. A normal hotel. I read the previous reviews and were ready for the drawbacks. A hairdryer and an iron can be borrowed at the reception. Yes, everything is a scoop, but: everything works, they try, the price was sooo acceptable + a nice bonus - a small refrigerator in the room under the TV. The location is normal.Taxis in the city are less than 100 rubles for our money. We ordered through the Yandex taxi app. Ride-I don't want to! Local goods are cheaper, imported ones are more expensive than in Russia. I will be happy to return to this hotel.

It's like I'm making a joke. On Saturday, the restaurant was fed, despite the fact that the factory was rented for a birthday. But on Sunday, the restaurant closed after lunch. And no one warned about it anywhere. And finding a cafe to eat nearby is another quest. Well, that's how it is.

The first is dirt. She's everywhere. On the walls, in the bathroom, toilet, on the floor. This is dirt that has not been cleaned for years. You don't need a lot of money to be clean: it's enough just to do a thorough cleaning not only in the center of the room but everywhere. The stuck dried hair in the bathroom drain is proof of that.
The second is the bed linen. It's made of synthetics. Get ready to be electrocuted. After bed, you get up and your clothes stick to your body from static electricity. The age of the underwear is unknown.
The third is towels. I'm afraid to imagine what was done to them and what was NOT done.
The fourth is audibility. At the moment, some drunk guy is yelling obscenities. Someone is unhappy with the noise knocking on the wall. This is probably happening above the floor. The source cannot be determined.
This hotel needs to be demolished and in its place to build a Windbreak 2.0, because IT is already unrealistic to wash IT.

We had a rest at the hotel with an excursion. The rooms are standard, with a bed, an armchair, chairs, a TV and a refrigerator, as well as a dressing table with a mirror. The iron was given at the reception. Dinner, breakfast and lunch were also provided at our hotel. Dinner was of course a little upset (a bunch of potatoes and 3 pieces of meat), but for breakfast and lunch the administration corrected itself, took into account all requests and wishes))). The breakfast was even super hearty (steamed omelette, cheese, ham, cookies and more cheesecakes were brought). Lunch was also normal (soup with meatballs, mashed potatoes with chicken, which was toasted on top, but soft inside, very tasty).

We stayed at this hotel in May 2023. The booking process was quick. Parking for a car in the backyard is cheap (less than 100 rubles per day). The room was on the 6th floor. There is an old carpet on the floor (it's good that you took your slippers). There is no attachment for a shower head in the bathroom, so to wash and wash your hair is another quest. The refrigerator practically does not work (it started to cool a little after a day). The TV is so old that it breathes heavily and shows a murky picture. The sleeping place is wide, the pillows are just stone. The linen was clean, but it did not fit the width of the mattress. They saved themselves by laying their sheets across (they prudently took them from home for a car ride). Otherwise I would have to sleep on a dirty mattress. Room cleaning is the removal of garbage and replenishment of "soap" stocks. There are also advantages - all the sights can be reached on foot, there are shops nearby. There is a cooler with cold and hot water on the floor. Someone will say that the price is small, but we stayed in other cities of the Republic of Belarus for the same money, but in excellent conditions.

I stayed from 5 to 10 June, the only advantages are the polite and helpful staff. From the 5th to the 7th there was no hot water, we made a 50% discount. At first, he lived in room 309. It has an inconveniently located wardrobe, a non-working lamp, the shower cabin does not close well, the height adjustment of the shower is broken and ventilation does not work, terrible wi-fi, it is impossible to even talk for 5 minutes on Whatsapp, a kinescope TV, also there is no hairdryer and slippers. On the plus side, when they gave hot water, they didn't have to wait long for it to heat up. Then I was moved to 420, but there were disadvantages here too. I won't stop here for anything else. Such hotels are a disgrace to the city.

Three stars, for this hotel, is a lot. We spent one night to rest on the way from Dzyatlov to Moscow. None of the three people got enough sleep! The mattresses are creepy, the pillows are not clear what to stuff, it looks like they were bricked up. The blanket is prickly. I couldn't get a rest. I do not recommend it.

1. The room is cold. From the 2nd to the 4th of May, he lived in Vetraz. The room is angular, two walls overlook the street. The window faces the backyard, not the facade. It was raining at night and I could hear every drop falling on the piece of iron. There is a railway track nearby.. freight trains seem to be about to enter the hotel room)) The window does not soundproof street sounds at all. If you get cold, ask for a heater at the reception.
2. The "restaurant", as for some reason it is called, does not offer a variety of delicious and edible dishes. Of course, if you are not used to Doshirak ..))) if you are used to it, you will like what is offered in the restaurant to eat. IMHO
3. The plumbing is terrible. Sorry, if you want to "big" on the toilet, hold on tight, it's most likely not fixed to the floor.. There is a blockage in the shower cabin of the room and you will not be able to take a shower well. It is useless to ask the water to drain, it does it reluctantly
There is hot water in the tap, you just have to wait for it and it will be.
4. Out of the pleasant: a taxi always arrives quickly. Near the railway station. There are many different shops nearby.
I don't know how it is in the summer, but there is no air conditioning in the comfort room. But there is a Vityaz TV with a CRT round kinescope.

A towel, it feels like someone wiped them off and they were not washed, but hung simply on the battery to dry. The staff is excellent, polite. But the room is terrible, there is no foot there. There is no hair dryer, no slippers, no refrigerator.

I was very upset with the service

Parking is paid, but not expensive and there are about 100 rubles per day nearby. The bed linen is 20 years old, but clean is already good.
The mattress is not covered with sheets and the mattress is constantly exposed, which I have seen and not the best, feather pillows.

I can't imagine how you can sleep in such beds. I am completely calm about old furniture, plumbing and many other disadvantages of inexpensive hotels, but a healthy sleep is a must-have attribute of any trip... It is simply impossible to sleep properly here. I asked the administrator to tell the management and I write again here: change the mattresses!

Positive:
+ Restaurant. The food is simple as in the dining room. But tasty and inexpensive.
+ Renovated reception, elevators, normal windows in the room, coolers on the floors.
+ There are relatively inexpensive rooms (45 BYN ~ 18$ per night)
+ Location
Minuses:
- The rooms are very "tired"
- Bad mattresses
- The bathroom is creepy, like your grandmother's in an old panel
- The faucet and shower in the bathroom were kept on snot and did not work well
