The real story, there are very few of them left in the Republic of Belarus, no one is restoring it as it is. Be sure to enjoy the story while it's still standing.
The windmill looks very authentic. The percentage of damage is decent, but it allows you to see the inside of the mill from the outside. It is a pity that the mill is not being restored.
Not far from the road, it is fenced with a pseudo-fence, which prevents beautiful photography. Coming closer, you can see the mill from the inside, even the millstone is lying on the ground :)
An interesting place. I recommend it for general development. It's a pity, of course, that it's falling apart and no one cares. It would be possible to invest funds for restoration. After all, they go there. But in general, it's a pity that the reading is disappearing
The mill is impressive, despite its sad condition. The mechanisms are well preserved. And the place itself is very beautiful... Come and see it while it's still standing.
It's a very beautiful place. The hills around and the mill are old. It's a pity it's just being destroyed. But you can still climb. To see from the inside how it works. Imagine how all the mechanisms turned with a grating tree
I have never experienced such goosebumps from any ancient object as from this abandoned windmill. It looks just fabulous, amazing and grandiose. All the mechanisms inside it have been preserved. The whole building was able to turn towards the wind around its axis. It is not difficult to find it, it is located on the edge of the village of Soltany and is visible from the road. you can drive up close by car or motorcycle.
It is a very atmospheric place, the mill has almost collapsed, but some mechanisms are still rotating and working. The road is disgusting to it, but it's worth a visit.
