I took all my animals here for three years, there was excellent staff, polite, helpful doctors.
Today I brought a kitten, saw that a new building had been built, doubts had already crept in. As a result, the doctor stupidly refused admission, although there was not a single person, they were sent to Semenov, 32. Complete disappointment and bewilderment.
Congratulations to the clinic - you lost five of your paid patients at once because of this attitude.

There is such a doctor in this clinic, his name is Gleb. The second time I brought the cat for an examination, my cat is certainly temperamental, and as a result of the examination by the doctor, the cat bit and scratched him. In response, this Gleb hit her hard on the head. I think it's time for this comrade to retire and have absolutely no place in a civilized society. It's terribly terrible, the score is minus 1. By the way, the second time they took money for the consultation, too, but they didn't make an accurate diagnosis. They shrug their shoulders and rely on assumptions. If possible, avoid this clinic and especially this employee.

Intending to sterilize a cat named Alice of the Scottish Fold breed, they turned to the Veterinary Center for an ultrasound of the heart, since heart diseases are common in this breed.
An ultrasound of the heart was performed on 07/13/2024 (Saturday). At the same time, during the diagnostic process, the veterinarian of the Veterinary Department Dzhanbaz Olga Vladimirovna was interested in the purpose of the ultrasound, to which we informed about the planned sterilization. After the ultrasound, Vetspectrum veterinarian Janbaz O.V. reported that the heart was healthy and there were no contraindications for the planned sterilization.
The next day, sterilization was performed at another clinic.
The cat gradually began to return to normal, but on the evening of 07/16/2024 (Tuesday), the cat began to breathe heavily and often, we attributed this to the hot weather, and that she was just very hot.
On the evening of 07/17/2024, when we returned from work, we found the cat in the same condition with rapid breathing, after which we went to the clinic (where sterilization was carried out), where we were suspected of pulmonary edema due to heart problems. After spending 2 hours in the clinic on oxygen, the cat did not feel any better, but since the clinic was coming to an end, we went to the night hospital.
As a result, the cat was left in a night hospital, because the chances of surviving until morning without oxygen were 0. As a result, after spending the night on oxygen, the situation did not improve much, and a second ultrasound of the heart was performed.
Ultrasound showed that the heart was sick and the cat should not have been sterilized, because the risk was very high.
And as a result, the cat died on the evening of 07/18/2024 after two attempts at resuscitation.
I would think three times before entrusting pets to VetSpectr specialists.

P.S. In addition to the clinic's answer: the cause of death was not transient cardiomyopathy developed under the influence of anesthesia, namely congenital heart disease, which, with an initially healthy heart, can develop in several years, but not in a 7-month-old cat (this is the answer of a qualified vet. a doctor). You don't need to try to make your patients look like morons, it's better to work on mistakes, or this type of feedback from affected animals will just be more and more frequent.
And somehow it's not nice to delete critical reviews on your site, and leave only 5 stars, just like children.
