Intending to sterilize a cat named Alice of the Scottish Fold breed, they turned to the Veterinary Center for an ultrasound of the heart, since heart diseases are common in this breed.
An ultrasound of the heart was performed on 07/13/2024 (Saturday). At the same time, during the diagnostic process, the veterinarian of the Veterinary Department Dzhanbaz Olga Vladimirovna was interested in the purpose of the ultrasound, to which we informed about the planned sterilization. After the ultrasound, Vetspectrum veterinarian Janbaz O.V. reported that the heart was healthy and there were no contraindications for the planned sterilization.
The next day, sterilization was performed at another clinic.
The cat gradually began to return to normal, but on the evening of 07/16/2024 (Tuesday), the cat began to breathe heavily and often, we attributed this to the hot weather, and that she was just very hot.
On the evening of 07/17/2024, when we returned from work, we found the cat in the same condition with rapid breathing, after which we went to the clinic (where sterilization was carried out), where we were suspected of pulmonary edema due to heart problems. After spending 2 hours in the clinic on oxygen, the cat did not feel any better, but since the clinic was coming to an end, we went to the night hospital.
As a result, the cat was left in a night hospital, because the chances of surviving until morning without oxygen were 0. As a result, after spending the night on oxygen, the situation did not improve much, and a second ultrasound of the heart was performed.
Ultrasound showed that the heart was sick and the cat should not have been sterilized, because the risk was very high.
And as a result, the cat died on the evening of 07/18/2024 after two attempts at resuscitation.
I would think three times before entrusting pets to VetSpectr specialists.
Unfortunately, you cannot put 0 stars.
P.S. In addition to the clinic's answer: the cause of death was not transient cardiomyopathy developed under the influence of anesthesia, namely congenital heart disease, which, with an initially healthy heart, can develop in several years, but not in a 7-month-old cat (this is the answer of a qualified vet. a doctor). You don't need to try to make your patients look like morons, it's better to work on mistakes, or this type of feedback from affected animals will just be more and more frequent.

We operated at another clinic. There were complications. Our yorochka did not eat for a week, drank a lot and lay down all the time. All this time, we went to the clinic where we operated. There were tests, ultrasound, ivs, and an antibiotic. According to urine analysis and ultrasound, they did not consider kidney problems, despite my story that the puddles in the tray turned red. Their answer was as follows: well, girls sometimes do this (it sounds doubtful). After almost a week, the dog is no better, the blood test is only worse. As a result, we increased the dose of the same antibiotic (even it was already clear to me that it did not work) and the comment: "most likely metastases went everywhere" (by the way, it was utter nonsense). And in this state, on the recommendation of friends, we found ourselves at Artyom Valeryevich's. It took him a couple of minutes to realize that the dog had pyelonephritis. In confirmation, he did not need all possible examinations, as is usually the case, but only a single urine test done in the laboratory of the city veterinary station, since the analysis from the clinic where we operated turned out to be uninformative (it did not have quantitative indicators, but cost, by the way, 2.5 times more expensive than in the veterinary station). The analysis showed that the leukocytes were already off the scale. Artyom Valerievich prescribed the right drugs, warned that the treatment would take time. Our dog quickly got better. But in total, the treatment took a month, we periodically repeated the analysis and were in touch with Artyom Valeryevich. Three years have passed since then, ugh, ugh, everything is fine.
Artyom Valeryevich is a doctor whom I absolutely trust and am very grateful to!

The cat had a wound that did not heal. The doctor prescribed antibiotics without checking the gastrointestinal tract. About the middle of taking antibiotics, the cat began to refuse to eat and lose weight quickly. We applied again, the doctor only said to add probiotics to the food, the gastrointestinal tract was not checked again. Probiotics did not help in any way. The cat began to fade away before my eyes. We went to another clinic, had an ultrasound and it turned out that the cat's endometrium was destroyed, and nothing would help her restore it. She lived on maintenance therapy for another month after that (two months after starting taking antibiotics) and died.
The cat was not old and healthy, very cheerful. It is a pity that antibiotics are prescribed right and left without even checking whether they can be taken by a particular animal at all and indifferently "correct" the situation and treat ulcers with probiotics.
