It was difficult for me to make an appointment: they work from 11, I managed to get through at 12:30.
The administrator did not inform us that the service does not include a doctor's consultation, after the diagnosis we were offered to come for treatment in 3 days. It would not be bad to clearly voice this when making an appointment. The doctor had 5 minutes out of 15 planned, after which the doctor left with the words "the cat has already arrived to me."
I had to go to another clinic.
