A good, pleasant clinic, special thanks to doctor Shnur Grigory Iosifovich. I helped the cat out a lot, we turn to him with pets repeatedly (I cured both the cat and the dog - abscess, mastitis), offered treatment even when the situation seemed hopeless (viral cat disease). Thanks a lot :) He does not torment cats with unnecessary expensive tests, makes a diagnosis and treatment plan accurately and substantially, saving owners both time and money. In large networks like Kakadu, PCR for any suspected diagnosis is included in the protocol and imposed by employees when many diseases are read in biochemistry (when the doctor really understands what he is doing and how). There is no point in doing an ultrasound when it is clear that it is an abscess. I read some of the reviews and was surprised.

Hello, everyone. I would like to share my acquaintance with this clinic. I can say right away that there are no limits to my gratitude! These doctors saved my Toy Terrier girl, my girl is very petite with a weight of 1.560. Our girl ran away from the child and ran to the neighbors, after which getting to know the dogs cost us an eye that popped out of its orbit and a state of shock. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank Grigory Iosifovich and Mashukov Viktor Evgenievich for the difficult operation they performed on the puppy. We got there spontaneously, returning home, and saw through the car window at the railway crossing a small puppy of 2 months old, who was apparently thrown by inhumans under the train, as her hip was broken through no fault of her own, as it turned out, and she could not even walk. Oh, well, how could such a child be abandoned, of course, we went to an emergency rescue. On the way, there was a vet clinic on Yamnitsky, after waiting in line there, they said that they did not have an X-ray, they say, do it in a cockatoo, for example, and come to us tomorrow. Well, what a damn tomorrow, ale. After this clinic, we went immediately to KakaduVet, on Pervomaiskaya, it was evening, they said that an intern was working, there was no doctor, but we would take a picture. They began to think about where to go next, this can not be delayed, as it were. We found a VET center that worked even at a late hour, Viktor Evgenievich met us, our picture was terrible, as it needed to be taken very clearly to suggest options for operations, so he took us an excellent repeat picture, later Grigory Iosifovich himself arrived outside of working hours, since the puppy is small and the fracture is not fresh, it was impossible wasting time. They inserted a needle, sewed it up, prescribed the necessary treatment and nursing, and we went home. Less than a week later, the soap somehow began to stand on its paws and walk on its own, and after a month it was generally worn even with a knitting needle (which was impossible, of course). The second operation was also performed successfully, when the knitting needle was removed, the bone healed wonderfully and shenoula quickly recovered again. I also liked the cute treatment of animals even before injections, and they will definitely treat me, and they will regret it, and they will talk to the pets, which also says a lot. + we were always in touch on social media, as there were questions. The room is very dirty, there is animal hair everywhere. During the rengen, the table is not wiped either before or after. The results of the X-ray are dumped on the phone and, unfortunately, they are not readable!! My cat was diagnosed with cancer. Time is short, everything had to be done quickly. We are nonresidents!! We can go to Mogilev only when we have time!! And because of rengen, everything was delayed.I was very upset that for 30 rubles. and there is no sense.

I first went to the clinic with a cat 2 years ago with severe intoxication.They pulled it out, one might say, from the other world, but there seemed to be no chance.Responsive and knowledgeable specialists helped to cope with urolithiasis and find the cause (the cat has not had a recurrence for 9 months).They also helped us with eosinophilic granuloma (an obscure disease that is difficult to treat).It is difficult to find a clinic where they know how to treat it and in general "what it is", in Mogilev it is so accurate.Special thanks to Dr. Grigory Iosifovich for being in touch even during non-working hours (this is very important for people who are "alarmists")The clinic has a laboratory, X-ray, ultrasound machine (this is an ogram plus).It is convenient that there is a record and you do not have to sit in huge queues.Prices for pet supplies and services are adequate.I hope my feedback will be useful

On weekends, and besides, it is difficult to find a veterinarian in the late afternoon.And it was very nice to feel the attitude when, after our call and upon arrival, the staff were already waiting for us at the entrance, ready to help us. And the postoperative opportunity to call at any time of the day for advice is expensive.Everything went well.The dog is recovering.

A clinic where people work to make money and they don't care about your animals!
07/12/2024 ~ 14:00 I applied to the Veterinary clinic "Vetzoocenter", at Mogilev, Koroleva str. 8G for advice for my guinea pig (Jerik, 1 year 5 months). The condition of the pig was satisfactory, I was only worried about the lump on the back. The doctor, Nadezhda Alexandrovna Zinkevich, after an examination (using the pulpation method), reported that it could be a neoplasm (both benign and malignant) and the only thing she recommended was surgery (removal). She offered to leave the animal at the clinic for 2 hours and then pick it up. I arrived to pick up the animal 3 hours later. Grigory Iosifovich gave me the pig, since Nadezhda Alexandrovna Zinkevich went on vacation immediately after the operation. I was given 3 more syringes (2 amoxicillin, 1 meloxivet) and a prescription sheet indicating when to inject and show up for a routine check-up on 16.07. When asked what was removed in the end, what kind of anesthesia was my Cord, Grigory Iosifovich replied, "what difference does it make to you, the main thing is that they removed it." After my demand to tell the exact diagnosis, Shnur G.I. said that the doctor had left nothing. I asked for her phone number to talk (I was shocked that the doctor did not tell me that he was going on vacation immediately after the operation!!!), Cord G.I. promised to call the doctor himself and inform me. The animal was sluggish all evening. 13.07 I came to the clinic for an injection of an animal, so I did not dare to inject myself. There was a cord at the reception. He injected us with 2 syringes and informed us that he had phoned the doctor and found out that my animal had had its fat removed. The animal felt worse than after the operation. 17.07 the animal died of acute cardiovascular insufficiency. (there is a conclusion!)
I am not a doctor and I cannot say that my animal simply did not survive anesthesia, I can only assume! but I can say for sure that in the veterinary clinic at Mogilev, Koroleva str. 8G, I found the following violations:
1. Before the operation, no tests / studies were performed on the animal! (I personally saw the notes that the doctor Nadezhda Alexandrovna Zinkevich left, I was not allowed to take a picture or extract when I arrived at the clinic on 17.07 to file a complaint. but! There are cameras in the corridor and if they still work, you can check how the nurse shows me the notes (3 lines) written by the doctor's hand)
2. As I was informed, after any operation, the doctor must see the patient within 48 hours, and we were scheduled to receive an appointment only at the end of the 4th day!
3. Doctor Nadezhda Alexandrovna Zinkevich did not inform that the animal's fat cells can not be removed if the condition is satisfactory.
4. Doctor Zinkevich Nadezhda Alexandrovna undertook the operation without informing that she was going on vacation and did not even leave the diagnosis in her notes about the operation.
5. The doctor, Shnur G.I., when I arrived at the clinic on 17.07, talked to me arrogantly and informed me that guinea pigs, like all rodents, do not need to donate blood for sugar or do any ultrasound, you can complain to any authorities, after which he retired to another office. (if such statements come from the chief physician / owner of the clinic, then what kind of medical care and human attitude can we talk about?!)
6. The doctor Schnur G. And said that the doctor is not obliged to inform when he goes on vacation, the main thing is that he performed the operation
7. They did not want to give me a book of complaints and suggestions, referring to the fact that "since 2022, the complaint book is irrelevant in accordance with the law of the Republic of Belarus." They were issued when we announced that we would complain to higher authorities

I went to the vet center with a male parrot. The only place where, after calling with the request "Do you have an ornithologist?", I was accepted. The parrot's cloaca is swollen and enlarged, stools with a lot of fluid, changes in behavior. We were admitted on the same day, they probed the parrot, confirmed that it was a boy, that there was no egg, the butt was normal, although I saw that it was completely abnormal and inflamed. They said that there was a lack of vitamin A or kidney problems, which is deplorable. I was upset, went and bought a good complex of vitamins, where vitamin A prevails. Time passed, they immediately gave enterazoo (a remedy for poisoning and gastrointestinal problems), gamavit, tincture of oak bark, vitamins. There were no improvements. Today my parrot, as it turned out, a parrot, laid an egg. Question: why take with birds if you don't understand anything about them? The specialist was unable to determine the sex of the parrot, as well as to probe the egg. A recommendation for those who have birds, unfortunately, there are no proper specialists in our city. It's just why take money for a consultation that you can't provide. I just threw my money away!

Anastasia Sidorenko would not recommend a specialist, she felt irritated and unnecessarily panicked, it is clear that people are very angry with her. As a specialist, she may be good, but she did not lead our patient in the end, and thank God.
