I am told that it is for consideration, I say why I know that my passport has already been issued from the embassy, but the visa application center has not, because you charge a lot of money for this service.
In general, I was offered to come to the visa center on my own and find out the status of my passport. Why did I turn to them then?
Vfs global is the worst visa application center, employees work without badges, it is not clear who I am talking to with the cleaner or the director of this trash, no one knows, they also deceive people who are also going to apply for a visa, I asked a clear question whether it is possible to apply for a visa without an appointment, the employees replied that it is possible, after as I came, the guards did not let me in without recording, even if the workers said it was possible, if you go into this dump, then record everything on a dictaphone and you will have evidence to return the money for the service)))

During the conversation, I asked him to help my friend with the recording, for an additional payment ($ 300), he said he could help. I didn't expect this organization to be so corrupt.
They charge a lot of money for services, but there are no conditions for visitors. People stand in the sun for hours, waiting in line to go inside.
It was possible to at least install a visor or solve the issue in a different way.
It is not clear why 9 embassies serve, but only one office.
Other visa centers serve only 1-3 embassies, and therefore queues are tolerable.
Forced access to this "appendix" leads to systematic psychological trauma and loss of nerve cells.

A very strange online questionnaire system. I printed out the application form, the Visa Application Center reported that the application was incorrect, because there is no barcode on the form, but for an additional fee.the fee supposedly can be fixed. It was just necessary to correctly rewrite the data from my questionnaire into the system, but they had to redo it 6(!!!) once, due to endless mistakes on the part of an employee of the Center (he indicated the wrong goal, incorrectly rewritten the name of the company, etc.).
I had to check the questionnaire filled out by him and point out his mistakes. And then pay for the service of "help with filling out the questionnaire". Everything is understandable, an intern, an inexperienced employee. But this is an important and very responsible matter. There should be no mistakes here.
I liked Vfs Global very much, I applied for a visa for Harvat and after 3 Months I received a passport with a visa. Thank you to all the staff of his center, I am very grateful
