Excellent hotel, courteous staff, good repair, helped to sort out many things, always clean, 30 minutes on foot from the center, but time passed quickly, there are bus stops nearby, you can also easily order a Yandex taxi (to the center the price is 800-900 AMD ~ 200/250 rubles)
There is a shopping center nearby (10-15 minutes on foot) with Waikiki and a large grocery store
A good breakfast and of course coffee!

Nice Hotel. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. It is convenient to drive towards Georgia in the morning without collecting traffic jams and traffic lights, almost in a straight line. According to nutrition, it is better to cross the road and eat hot on the corner in the dining room, as the food in the hotel is expensive. There is a parking lot along the hotel, there are a couple of places in the garage, but I would not expect to get there.

The hotel is not in the center, there is practically nothing nearby, no shops or cafes... to the center by taxi.
Number three, it's a little dirty. The breakfast is terrible, it feels like the food is stale, there are some people in the restaurant in the morning and everyone is smoking... I didn't have breakfast properly... I ordered a cappuccino at the bar - they made some kind of cold mess..
Before that, we lived at the Hilton - everything is fine.

Far from the center , you have to spend extra money on taxis .
They can slip a number where there is no Internet.
With the window facing the road and the noise .we checked into the room , but the sink is not fixed there .
They mow down fools , like they didn 't know , and they say that the master will come and do it .
And there are also good rooms in the courtyard , where the sun does not bake so much and the Internet is fine.They will not be given to the Russian right away , they are saving them for their own .
There are a lot of Iranians living there, and they are very noisy and arrogant.
Well , you can spend the night in principle .

A wonderful trip, I was with my family, to say delight is to say nothing!
I came for a planned operation, I was looking for a hotel where I could safely live all the time necessary for recovery.
The administration is polite, friendly, and helped in many ways. The chef of the hotel restaurant impressed us with the sophistication and insanely delicious food.
The rooms are clean and cozy.
