Nice, perfect location. Staff amazing except house kerping and one guy in restaurant. Names to mention Darya Alina. Aryna, Karina. Katerina are the best staff to have, nade my stay easy simple enjoyable worth to be there.
Management needs to be more flexible with customers staying for long time.

Review of the Victoria Hotel:
I recently stayed at the Victoria Hotel and was generally satisfied with my stay. The rooms were very clean and cozy, which created a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. I would especially like to mention the hearty breakfasts — the variety of dishes pleasantly surprised me, and every day it was possible to try something new.
Also a big plus was a free one-time visit to the pool, where you can relax after a busy day. It really adds value to the rest.
However, there was one unpleasant moment: upon departure, we were accused of stealing six towels. This, of course, left an unpleasant aftertaste and slightly spoiled the overall impression. I'm taking one star off for this.
In general, the Victoria Hotel is a good place to stay, but I would like the service issues to be handled more correctly. I hope that this moment will improve in the future!

A great hotel, clean and cozy rooms, a huge bathroom with everything you need. The polite and helpful staff left pleasant impressions about the stay. The buffet breakfast is served in a spacious restaurant with a wide variety of delicious food. The rooms are spacious, the renovation is fresh, in general there is everything you need. There are ironing boards with irons in the hallway on the floors. I liked the food in the restaurant, the bar has a good selection, and the catering service is good. However, food/drinks are expensive.
The biggest negative (2 stars at once) is cleaning! The bathroom was poorly cleaned (I definitely wash better). They forgot to throw out the trash altogether - the previous guests' underpants were found in the trash. There was no bag in the trash can in the room. I asked the receptionist to clean the bathroom better. As a result, no one washed anything - they just threw out the trash and, at my request, changed the pillowcase (there were two huge yellow spots on it, very clearly visible in the light of day - it seems to me that it is absolutely impossible to lay such a thing). There was still a piece of paper stuck to the faucet handle, and it wasn't my hair wrapped around the shower hose. Then I discovered that the bedside tables were also not washed (there were hair and traces of glasses on them), and the table was sticky. As a result, I didn't even want to go to the SPA - I don't think they wash better there. The SPA doesn't look like much, there are a lot of people who don't come from the hotel. There was a feeling of disgust. It's unclear what else was not washed, what I didn't see. I decided to write a review after I discovered that the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned - it is clear that I will check after my first complaint. But the cleaners don't seem to care.

Overall, it's good. The cost is adequate. The room is quiet. Everything is clean, everything is cleaned up, neatly. Everything works in the room, but the wifi is old and slow. The staff is polite. Its own Parking on the street and covered, there is an electric charger. The interior, of course, would be worth updating in some places. Two of the four elevators were not working. A good hotel for its price!
Nice enough staff, clean.
I really liked the compliment of visiting the spa complex, it's nice.
Among the disadvantages: a prehistoric TV with rippling channels and without the ability to connect hdmi, lack of infrastructure within walking distance after 22.00 (shops/cafes), there is no working restaurant in the lobby (only a bar with chips and cupcakes).

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. Good buffet-style breakfasts, there are plenty to choose from. Across the street there is a cool promenade with a pedestrian and bike path, it's cool to go out for a walk in the morning after breakfast. I was pleased that you can go to the pool once a day, which has a sauna, Jacuzzi and hammam.
Of the small (for me) disadvantages. I was really unlucky with the TV, I had to turn it off a couple of times to get the image back on. The remote control did not finish off the bed, I had to sit down and reach for the TV. A colleague in the next room has the same story with the remote control. In the pool, there are cells for clothes with a surprise, in front of me, several people asked for a password for them, and then they could not open with the same password, fortunately, you can ask employees to open it, they know some kind of magic combination.
Otherwise, everything is great, I really liked it there.
If you need to walk to the store, there is a Castle shopping center just 900 meters away, where you can buy everything you need.

Very good location near the picturesque Victory Park. Good food. The rooms are spacious and bright. One of the disadvantages of communication is the price. Half of the outlets weren't working, the refrigerator wasn't working, the sewer was either clogged or leaking, and there was mold in the bathroom in places. The price does not match the quality.

A 2-3 star hotel. We stayed with a family of 4 people for 1 night, we were in Minsk for 1 day on the way. The task was for 500 br per night for 4 minimum: to get enough sleep and, if possible, relax in the spa. And even with these tasks, this hotel could not cope. The beds were all sagging, swaying even from turning on their sides, creaking, a complete failure! Neither of us got enough sleep. And the spa, which was complimented by the street (also tin, of course, in winter) passage to the Victoria spa hotel, is generally a misunderstanding: a huge number of vacationers with children (which is natural - it's a vacation), and at the same time a 2*2 sauna and the same hammam, and this is for 2 hotels. At first glance, it seems like a good pool, but after 10 minutes of swimming in it, we all started getting sore throats and stinging eyes from an incredible amount of bleach. We left immediately. Let them poison themselves with chlorine vapors. I don't recommend this place for a day.

I was in Minsk on a tour in June 2024. A wonderful hotel! It is located within walking distance from the Castle shopping center and a few stops from the city center. We had a lovely spacious room with high ceilings, a large bathroom. View from the window of the Independence Palace. The room is clean, towels were changed, there are no complaints. There is no delight about breakfast in the restaurant, but there are also complaints. There is a coffee machine. The hotel is located across the street from a large lake, there is a boat ride, a beach, well-groomed alleys and a promenade for walking. Or you can sit by the water before going to bed. You can spend 2 hours a day at the SPA. The name is loud, it is a swimming pool, 2 hot tubs under a glass roof and a sauna. But after a day of sightseeing, it's so nice to plunge into cool water, lie on a chaise longue under the setting sun. The hotel left the best impressions. I recommend.

We stayed at this hotel for the night, as part of a bus tour. The guest house is very modern and new. The standard double room is quite large,there is a kettle,cups,coffee,tea,refrigerator,hairdryer,air conditioning,the bathroom is very spacious with a bathtub, which is nice, there are no bathrobes, but there are slippers. The breakfast buffet is very decent. For dessert, small eclairs with natural butter cream were offered (I finally met them). After visiting the hotel, there is a park where you can walk, there are many shops nearby. The nearest metro station "Nemiga" is not far away, about 2 km away, you can get there by bus.Of the cons: only one elevator worked. Our group of 50 people with suitcases were driven to the rooms half the night. Well, if you were waiting, could you turn on another elevator?! There are four elevators, if anything), In the room, next to the bed, two sockets did not work, it was not fatal, there were a lot of sockets, but it was inconvenient to charge the mobile phone.I haven't been at the hotel long enough to fully appreciate its information structure, but I liked what I saw on the whole. I must say right away, the bed is clean and the room is clean, except for individual items, but if you put it in a pile…The hotel has a tired look from the entrance, dim lighting, narrow beds, and a backlight above the headboard, which if turned off, leaves dim lighting, which will make it difficult to fall asleep. To remove this lighting, I had to pull out the card, de-energize the room and re-insert it. The cheapest kettle, plastic spoons, there is no ironing board with an iron in the room, a cheap shower head, as well as a bathtub that you step into, and the bottom is walking, the soap stand is in a half-collapsed state, the shampoo stand is blackened in places. The breakfasts are average, the food is good, but the assortment is good... And this is despite the fact that the hotel boasts 4 stars and the cost for two is 13700 Russian rubles or 480 white rubles!!!!! In Moscow, the center has 1000 rubles more and 5 stars, and this is a chasm in comparison! The price of the hotel, so as not to look at all this and not get upset, 8000. Russian rubles or 278 bel.rubles! It's not about price and quality anymore! I took a plastic information plate and immediately went to wash my hands, the headboard by the bed was not wiped, there was dust in the trash can in the bathroom with a broken pedal, there was no plug in the sink. The ironing board is in the hallway with poor lighting, it's good when someone is walking down the hallway, the sensors are triggered and the additional light turns on, the iron is dirty, I was wiping it with a napkin and worried whether something would remain on the white shirt or not. Then I heard the staff, I told them about the problem, they replaced it, but... there wasn't half the food, because there was one girl working in the hall, who took out and cleaned the dishes for the guests, and a woman helped her, who tried to clean and ask which room. The food was delivered, but we had to wait. There are no complaints about the ladies, they tried, but there are complaints about the management, because they did not add an employee. I emphasize that this is all at a high cost of living!!! If it cost 8000 Russian rubles. or 278 BYN. perhaps it would not have been so obvious. Minsk is a very pleasant experience, but not the hotel.

We had a rest with our family at the Victoria Spa Hotel for the New Year holidays 2024. The rooms are very spacious, the interior is modern, the location is convenient. The breakfasts are good and hearty. The restaurant is not cozy! It's not very pleasant to have dinner in the evening, it's fine for breakfast. The so-called Spa, of course, wants the best, it's very damp everywhere, no one cleans the water!!! It's unpleasant!!! They do not make sure that women put their hair in a bun. In general, you swim in a pile of hair, saliva (((there are a lot of people, they let everyone in and do not monitor the filling!
One of the huge disadvantages is the cleaning of the room!! They start to clean up at least something only after you hang up a sign asking them to clean the room!!! Once they came to the room, they didn't even clean the garbage, after the call the maid came and looked like that))) as if I owe her))) no apologies, just a dissatisfied look))) no surfaces are wiped, only the middle is wiped in the bathroom and that's it!! Only this stops you from visiting this institution again!!! And so, in general, everything is fine if they work with the staff!!

A wonderful hotel! We lived as a family with one child in Victoria SPA. The European level. The room is large. Clear. There is a refrigerator, kettle, dishes. They put bottles of water on every day. Bathrobe, slippers on request. Everything was brought quickly. The breakfast is standard. Everything is fresh. The food is very decent. Good afternoon. We booked a suite on 02.12.2024 on the second floor. I was alone, but the sofa in the hallway was upset and the bedclothes were made without covers. When asked why I was given two beds alone, they replied that it was their custom. I had to force them to remove the bed linen from the study. Inspection of the room: there is dirt in the bathroom, traces of glasses, Gel, someone's hair in the bathroom, the toilet is dirty, there is ruin, black mold between the bathroom and the wall, covered with white sealant. The bedroom, the bed without a cover, the bedside tables dirty, traces of glasses or glasses, sticky, dust all around. The switches are covered in dirt and dust. All furniture has signs of deformation, bubbles under the veneer, broken corners. And the smell of tobacco, not from the hallway, but from the ventilation. There are not enough hangers. The administration staff are young and ill-mannered, they don't care about the needs of the client. As a result, I did not check into the hotel. The money was not returned. I moved to the Minsk hotel, also 4 stars. But there, it's just space compared to Victoria. I highly recommend not checking into this hotel. It's not 4 stars, it's the Hospice level.

Modern, beautiful, but a little tired.
We lived in a two-room suite: spacious, 2 toilets, all hygiene supplies are available. Bathrobes, slippers, and a standard hair dryer.
But there were nuances with the light: the room was very dark, there was no general lighting. Only the bedside sconces-there was only one working in the bedroom.
I took off the star for the quality of cleaning. We lived for 4 days. We had tea on the first day: the dirty dishes were still there before our departure.
I didn't have time to find out, so I don't know how they solve the issues.
The breakfasts are fantastic! Huge selection, everything is delicious!
The hotel has a cafe in the business center, which is also delicious and very pleasant for the price.
As a gift, they gave certificates to the Spa at the hotel.

I was also outraged by the repair work on Sunday morning, the hotel room belongs to residential premises, and by law it is prohibited to carry out repairs on weekends, but I give more to the service at the reception, because they did not even apologize for it. A simple human excuse would be enough.
