Excellent location: the hotel itself is in the Rakovsky Suburb, 5 minutes to the metro, 7 minutes to the Trinity Suburb and to the Upper Town, 3 minutes to the Gallery shopping center (there is a food court and a supermarket). It is located in the back of the courtyard, so it is quiet. The breakfasts are varied and everything is delicious: muesli, porridge, dried fruits, jams, juices, tea, coffee, detox water, cottage cheese, sour cream, yoghurts, cuts (cheese, sausage, ofoschi), a good selection of hot (potatoes, rice, omelet, scrambled eggs, chicken, sausages, vegetables), lots of fruits, sweets for tea. The room for two is large and comfortable, despite the fact that there is a lot of furniture (even too much - a huge wardrobe, many bedside tables, drawers in the table - what should I put there?) The big disadvantage is that there is no refrigerator. That's just one of the bedside tables could be placed. And a tired electronic door lock. I had to get used to opening the door. The bathroom is huge (toilet, bidet, sink, corner bathtub). There were no problems with the water, everything works well. A very controversial hotel. Everything seems to be fine, but there are a lot of "buts".
Positive:
- The location is gorgeous. A quiet street, with walking areas, shopping malls, metro and attractions nearby.
- Breakfast. They are there.
Minuses:
- There is no refrigerator in the room. It's still weird. Especially if there is SO much furniture in the room, and even if there is a bedside table in which this refrigerator technically should be installed (in fact, there is just a through cavity of the back wall, a strange solution).
- Dusty and noisy air conditioning and ventilation. It is doubtful it will cool down, but it will not add health. Ventilation is very bad.
- Mold in the shower (black). Well, this is really bad. Not only is it extremely harmful, but also by launching this case you will be tormented to withdraw.
- The grounding is connected to the dryer in the bathroom. Be careful, you never know what.
- In general, it's a little dirty (I hang a freshly folded towel on a towel hook upon arrival, take it off and realize that there is a black spot from dust / dirt on it from this very hook. Well, it's very strange.
- Lack of toilet paper at check-in, I had to ask (this is the first time I've seen this).
- The reception is dark. The staff are unfriendly. The first ones won't say hello. And if you say hello to them, it's not a fact that they will answer.
Separately:
- there is a vocal studio at the end of the building, they will sing until 23.00 (but sometimes they sing beautifully. As a bonus, learn the scales)
- breakfasts are almost tasteless. But nutritious. Eat enough without poisoning.

A wonderful place is the very center. There is a parking lot. Perfect order and cleanliness. Above all the praise of the girl at the reception, Lyudmila in the cafe is just the sun!! Excellent location, all the main attractions are within walking distance. Delicious breakfasts and good coffee.
Of the cons, the Internet is not working (Wi-Fi), which was important. They did not warn and it was not in the description that there was a school under the window (it was noisy). The headboard creaks by the bed, I had to put the pillows much lower so that there was no creaking.

Cons: the rooms are tired, dark, and dull. Apparently there hasn't been an update for a long time.
I had a room on the 3rd floor. At the top of the roof there was an attic window, which had no blinds. As soon as the sun rises and the day begins, it is light in the room, it is uncomfortable to sleep, only with glasses for sleeping. The windows of the room looked out into a small courtyard, which also has windows (huge) of some kind of music school. If you come back before 11 pm, you will listen to all the chants of the students to expand the range of notes, and this is still a pleasure!

If the hotels had a comfort class, then this hotel would definitely have won this proud title.
Positive:
-near a large shopping center with a good restaurant and a lot of shops
-through the houses and roads of the embankment
That's where the advantages ended.
Minuses:
- the room as a whole. The area is huge, even if you ski, but the filling of the room leaves much to be desired: terrible uncomfortable beds with cheap sagging mattresses, on which it is impossible to sleep, and one thin pillow, on which, in order to lie down comfortably, you still need to get used to it. There is a lot of furniture, but THERE is NO REFRIGERATOR.
The kettle is just no comment. They opened it, looked inside and closed it.
There is one glass for cold drinks for two residents (apparently, it is assumed that the guests will proudly pass this glass to each other like the Olympic flame to drink), and, attention, PAPER CUPS FOR HOT DRINKS. What kind of disgrace is this anyway? But there is a corkscrew. Probably so that the guests would get drunk and not notice all this nightmare.
- the water standing at the entrance to the room is a GIFT from the hotel. It doesn't update as you drink it. Perhaps you think that in this case there is a cooler? Anyway, there is also no cooler. Are you thirsty? Wait for breakfast or buy at your own expense at the nearest store.
- the room cleaning is disgusting. Dust, dirt, dirty bedding, dirty bedspreads. Do you consider the guests to be some kind of pigs? Otherwise, I do not know how to justify such a bestial attitude towards people who unwittingly live in this stable. The floors were not washed, the carpets were not vacuumed, there were cobwebs in the corners (it's a pity the camera does not convey this "atmosphere"). But in addition to souvenirs, we carry allergies, rashes and pimples with us. Unusual.
- there were animals constantly flying in the room: some midges and mosquitoes. This is not surprising, because there are no mosquito nets on the windows
- bathroom. This is a separate "masterpiece". The water was draining terribly in the sink, it almost flowed after one wash. The bathroom tray itself is very high. To understand: my height is 160 centimeters, and the pallet was 6 centimeters above my knee. Excuse me, did you have to jump in there with a pole? It was simply impossible to turn on the ventilation in the bathroom, because it roared as if we were on the runway, and we were going to take off right in this bathroom.
- Do you like singing? If so, then this room is definitely for you, because a vocal studio will be located right under your window, and you will have a unique opportunity to listen to aspiring artists every day! But perhaps you can catch the beginning of a young artist's musical career!
- there is no latch on the entrance doors, some kind of chain, while the door closes very strangely, and there is no certainty that you are sleeping behind a closed door. Only hope.
- breakfast. They are the same, and equally tasteless. A ray of happiness in this realm of sweet scrambled eggs and overcooked sausages was watermelon, which very quickly stopped being given. Porridge is worth special attention at breakfast. It's always the same-oatmeal, but it's different every day: it's like water, then it's such that you need to eat it with a knife and fork, then it's sugary, then it's sour. You can even make a bet
- the staff. There were literally 3 friendly girls, the rest looked at us as if we were asking them for a loan. Separately, I would like to mention the security guard Igor, who today solemnly watched two women fumble with the door, trying to open it with two huge suitcases, and did not even offer to hold this door. Yes, I don't have to, but there's also something human, right?
- TV. The room area is 50 square meters. meters. TV with a diagonal of 20 and a little inches. What can be seen on it is not unclear. A TV without a smart TV.
- stairs in the hall without a ramp. What kind of absurdity is this anyway? The suitcases were barely lowered.
- the restaurant. It is completely at your disposal, but only until 19:00. Why is the opening schedule specified until 22:00, but the restaurant closes 3 hours earlier? I would also really like to know the answer to this question.
- Consider no Wi-Fi. We connected at the reception, he was safely disconnected in the room. Thank the tariff for tourists from MTS, otherwise we would be completely out of touch.
To summarize: the hotel is exclusively for "sleeping over the night", although for this purpose you can find more comfortable conditions for this considerable cost. All week, returning from the tour, we counted the days before departure and sincerely did not understand such a high rating of this "institution"

We stayed at the hotel with my wife for 5 nights. Let's start with the pros. The hotel is located in the very center of the city and has its own closed parking, which is free for visitors.
Friendly and competent staff.
The breakfasts are basic, but don't wake up hungry.
Now to the minor cons.
Very soft pillows! VERY MUCH SO!
And the mattress does not hold its shape at all, 92kg is crushed under me instantly.
Separately, our pain is the skylight! When additional light is needed, it's amazing, but those who like to sleep during the day on vacation will not be comfortable, there is no curtain.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Gallery shopping center. We stayed for a day in a suite. The room is spacious: a bedroom, a living room and a kitchen area. The TV in the bedroom did not work, the staff was invited, but alas, they could not do it. The bedroom has a large bed, with two pillows and one standard blanket, it was not very comfortable to sleep. There are few dishes, the whole set of two glasses, forks, knives and plates. There is a kettle, but no mugs. There is no means and an elementary set for washing dishes. The breakfast is modest, there is no coffee machine. I'm taking off the star for the flaws.

We visited Minsk in August and stopped at Zamkova. The location of the hotel is the best! All the sights are nearby. There are no problems with food either, you are always welcome in the hotel restaurant. But with cleaning rooms and changing towels, it's a problem, you have to ask for something all the time.

The standard room is large (43m*), everything you need is there: kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, ironing board and iron (on each floor in the corridor) etc. Cleaned well, towels are replaced on demand. Breakfast is a mini buffet in Turkey: porridges, potatoes, eggs, fruits, vegetables, different milk, pastries, salads, snacks, marmalades, tea, coffee, I can't remember everything now, you definitely won't leave hungry. The location is very good, opposite a large shopping mall, casino and cafe. 3 minutes walk from the main road, 5 minutes from the metro. Within walking distance of a beautiful embankment, a circus, a museum of military glory, monuments, a temple complex. You can stay with a pet. I'll give you 5 stars for the guys who served us! A great little cozy hotel in the very center of Minsk. The room is beautiful, large, spacious - see the photo. The kitchen is delicious, early, which is very convenient if the day is scheduled for excursions. For which I did not want to put 5: there was no refrigerator in the room, and a mini-bar was promised. Paper cups!! (cups are not provided, I believe) for tea and coffee quickly ran out, and they were not replenished for us. The porridge for breakfast was cold. We had a rest in September 2024.The hotel is decent. Towels were changed every day, bed linen was changed every three days. The plumbing is new, hygiene supplies were also replenished as they were used. The breakfasts are delicious, you won't go hungry, coffee machine, fruit, hot, milk, pastries-everything was there. I liked that there was no pandemonium in the restaurant, probably because of the large spread of breakfast by time: from 7 to 11. It is very convenient for those going on excursions. Mega convenient location! From the metro, the shopping center, the exchanger, the place of collection of excursions - just a stone's throw away! The sound insulation is excellent, the neighbors were not heard at all. The only thing is that there was not enough refrigerator in the room, if you plan a trip in the summer-take this point into account. And the receptionist at the reception could have been more polite. Upon check-in, there was a feeling that we were not welcome and were doing a favor.we do not require dancing with a tambourine, a simple smile and a kind tone would be quite enough. There were breakfasts in the restaurant, but on Friday evening, when it was raining, the restaurant did not offer dinner. The service is polite, but without the usual emphasized friendliness, although I noticed this in many places in Minsk. The cleanliness in the room was always excellent, and the sound insulation was not very good... Of the minuses - TV, when switching programs, often hung up, I never "clicked" all the channels, because on one of the channels it stopped working and I had to revive it through switching off and on (turned back on on channel 1). And on Friday, from early evening, wi-fi was cut off until 10 o'clock on Saturday. A hotel employee came and said that he did not know the reason and the rest of the rainy Friday passed with food ordered from another restaurant, with a constantly hanging TV and no Internet - this is a fat minus. It is inconvenient to order food, because the phone in the room does not allow you to make the necessary digital combinations and the Russian mobile phone too, the order was helped to be made downstairs at the reception (delivered in about an hour and a half). Another point is that there is no refrigerator in the room.
I have not been to other hotels in Minsk and there is nothing to compare it with, except for resort and Russian ones. In general, I consider the time spent in Minsk to be wonderful. The hotel is good (there are just nuances and I told them so that people would be ready), so the rating is "good" and I wish the hotel development and prosperity, so that next time it would be "five"!

Cons: tired rooms, the drain worked poorly, the cheapest watering can in the shower (considering that the Jacuzzi is in the room), the toilet leaked, the lock did not work in the bathroom, the kettle with a terrible plaque and stinks of dumplings and doshik (people, can't you buy 30 rubles more expensive in a bowl and brew there?- disgusting!). There is no refrigerator, no mini bar, no slippers, no hygiene kit, no water. The air conditioner does not work, it blows like a fan. The breakfasts are monotonous and meager, tasteless. Breakfast rations early check-out was put with rotten fruits. The impressions are not very good, of course. But given the possibility of booking from Russia and paying on the spot, location, then maybe I will come again, but I will not recommend it. There is no reservation without breakfast. And since 12 the restaurant is permanently closed for events. Which is also not very convenient if you want to eat without leaving the hotel.

I liked the hotel very much, pleasant staff, very convenient location, everything is nearby: a large shopping mall, the Svisloch River, the Old Town with many cozy streets, courtyards and atmospheric cafes. The hotel is clean, everything is working properly, quiet and peaceful. I really liked the breakfasts: a fairly large selection of dishes: there is porridge, broth, pancakes, various fruits, dried fruits, I liked grilled sausages, breaded chicken fillet. There are pastries (very tasty croissants), both boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. The most important thing for me was a very delicious coffee (I ordered Americano). I recommend it to everyone, it is a very atmospheric and pleasant place 👍👍👍

The advantage of this hotel is its location! There are plenty of shortcomings in this case. No refrigerator in the room, two glasses for three guests? So-so story… The rooms are old and very tired. The breakfasts are uniformly modest. We lived for three days and on the third day we didn't know what to have breakfast with. We checked in at 23 p.m. after spending three days, on the day of eviction we were asked to check out not at 12.00, but at 12.30. We refused, citing the fact that the room was booked. Seriously? Wouldn't it be enough to clean the room in 30 minutes? Check-in at the hotels from 14.00. And according to the level of cleaning we stopped at (stains on the floor, streaks and rust in the bathtub). And the hotel had plenty of time, as I remind you, we checked in much later. In general, it is not pleasant and I do not want to return to such a hotel. I did not notice any friendly staff, there was not an efficient boy in the restaurant who did not even offer tea for breakfast. At the reception, the administrators for whom half an hour is global. Therefore, we checked in at 22 o'clock, and checked out at 11.00 and then changed clothes in the luggage room. But half an hour was worth our convenience and at least an impression. We wanted to go out for lunch and then change our clothes, check in our room and leave for the airport.
They did not ask for their impressions of the hotel at the check-out either. In general, this hotel is not worth its 39 thousand for three days! I do not recommend it

The hotel on Zamkova in Minsk is a

We visited this hotel in July 2023. First of all, about the good things: very convenient location, many attractions within walking distance, near the metro, a large shopping center. The suite is large and comfortable. Check-in is fast. Regular change of bed linen and towels. That's where the good news ends.
I didn't like it: there was no refrigerator in the room, although the refrigerator (bar) is stated on the Island's website and in the folder in the room. The bedroom has very poor lighting. Of the two TVs, one barely worked, after flipping through the programs for the fifth time, it just hung up and turned off. The second one didn't work at all. We left a request for this on the 3rd day after arrival. No one came before they left. We don't use air conditioning, so the windows were always open. In the afternoon, from two to evening, young people play ball on the sports field (not always censored), at night every two days at 3.45 an eerily noisy garbage truck arrived. A few days before departure, we asked the administrator for a late check-out. They allowed it. But on the day of departure, they tried hard to evict us. It turned out that they forgot to mark it and did not say that they had to pay in advance. They didn't even apologize. Well, there were other nuances.
We travel a lot, including in Belarus, a beautiful country and people. But in this particular case, it was not a very good impression.

There are no slippers, a set with a toothbrush and toothpaste
They do not give new water during cleaning
On the first day, there must have been something wrong with the sewer, because the toilet flushed everything with dark brown water. There was one in the sink. And by the way, there is hot water in the sink in the tap for cold water)
Wi-Fi does not work from the word at all. Maybe for one minute it will be OK to log in to e-mail, but then again everything does not load. And we came for work and it was critical for us, we had to pay for mobile Internet roaming.
I don't know about the sound insulation between the rooms, but there is no corridor at all, in the morning I constantly woke up to someone slamming doors
The breakfasts are just disgusting. The scrambled eggs are certified, and there is nothing else to eat besides bread. Coffee should be requested separately from the staff.
For two nights, we paid almost 20 thousand Russian rubles for two people. I wanted to get something more, at least, at least, polite staff, but alas, for this money we got only a good location of the hotel and that's it

I have been living in this hotel for the second time, I want to mention the friendly staff, good living conditions, delicious and varied breakfast (buffet), daily towel change, high-quality cleaning, updating of toiletries. Very convenient location, in the center, and at the same time in the depths of the houses, so there is no noise at all. Near the shopping center "Gallery", "Nemiga", Troitskoe suburb, etc
. The only disadvantage is the lack of a refrigerator and cooler, but this is typical for all Victoria hotels.

It was at the end of 2024. The breakfasts are good, buffet style. The staff is friendly, treats their guests warmly, responds quickly to requests - they changed the lamp in my room, adjusted the toilet tank, etc., everything is very fast, the linen is changed in three days. The restaurant, however, is open only until 19, and it is written until 23 hours. But very good dinners at a very pleasant price, fast and convenient. Four stars for the lack of a refrigerator in the rooms.

Upon arrival, there was a hair on the bathroom floor and it was there safely and lay for all 4 days of our stay. The breakfasts are delicious, but the dishes are not always added on time. And some of the rooms are located in a separate wing, you can not get there by elevator, you need to cross a long corridor and climb one floor on foot. With a large suitcase, this is certainly inconvenient.
