The room is battered, the audibility is terrible, the Internet does not work in fact, the TV shows one channel, there is not even a shoe spoon. It looks very much like a cheap hostel. Excellent location and passable breakfasts.
There is no refrigerator in the room, respectively, and no bar. There is no cooler available. A bad drain at the sink (it was never fixed, although the application was left). The elevator to the 4th floor did not work. Cleaning comes down to changing towels and taking out the trash. The room is very dusty. Almost all the light bulbs do not work. Undoubtedly, for this price, you can find the best accommodation option.

We took a suite, the room is shabby, it's cold, there is 1 chair for 80 squares, a bathrobe for two, the water goes into the drains for a very long time, which is why the bathtub leaked, the Internet constantly falls off. We returned to the room once - the door was open, the maid did not close it.
I had to stay in Minsk for another half day, moved to another room, cheaper. There were no problems from the list above, it was warm, the Internet was working, the drains were in order.
The breakfasts are just there.

I lived in room 401. The girl with glasses could not make a payment by card for a long time. First on the map of the world, then on the map of the Belarusian bank of the person I asked to help. She did not inform about the restart of the terminal for payment with the MIR card, which made it difficult to repay the debt in the future. I immediately warned that I needed 2 bills for accommodation and a transfer for accounting, without batting an eye, the girl with glasses punched one check and said that the hotel is allowed to make 2 bills for one punched check. I carried my luggage in my arms, it is not the duty of the guard to help carry luggage up the stairs when the elevator is not working. While taking a shower, the water did not go away and by the end of the procedure, the fullness of the water reached the knees, the toilet flushes poorly, the Internet worked intermittently for 15-20 minutes. I was forced to go down to the reception and make a complaint, after which, the same girl with glasses said that she could be a problem with the belchannel (she did not remember exactly the name of the Internet distribution company) and she could not do anything. During the eviction, another girl with long blond hair rather rudely refused my request for 2 accounts and practically kicked me out to the transfer, refusing to talk to me. I will not write about the shortest breakfast in hotels in Belarus, but I will not go to the Victoria on Zamkova Hotel anymore and I do not advise others

I've been there many times.The hotel is really tired.We need attachments.At night and all day, the air conditioner was almost not working at 31 degrees.They shrugged at requests to fix it, and the breakfast got worse.The water in the bathroom drained badly.The only thing that pleased me was the request to refund the money for the second night of stay, there were no problems.However, there is no money yet, it is already the third day!

Quietly. Everything works (air conditioning and separate ventilation. All plumbing is in working condition. Pressure, temperature, everything is fine Bed, fast. underwear is also no problem).
