Every time we contact this institution (whether it's pickup or order delivery), every time there are some problems:
- put 4 shawarma instead of 5- please; in general, underinvestment took place repeatedly - then the drink will be forgotten, then part of the order at all;
- replace cheese pita bread with regular one - easily, without warning;
The same shawarma tastes different every time. Sometimes it's impossible to eat - spicy. Pancakes too. The dough and filling taste different every time. Sometimes it's just inedible.
This is called a lack of service.
The prices are not low. To pay 12 rubles for one shawarma and get 100,500 layers of dough, and even not the same as I ordered and 10 grams of meat, well, such a thing....By the way, the administration removes reviews from the application

The price/quality of the products is trash.
There is never any meat available. There is only dry beef and lavash made of toilet paper.
I often take shawarma after work, around 23 o'clock. It is impossible to get into the delivery window because of drunk and smoky louts.
