We had a rest in mid-September 2024. The staff is good, the room was ready to be cleaned at least every day. There is a lot of different food, but worthless. It was often cold and raw, undercooked (cutlets, chicken). The dishes are dirty. At the bar, coffee was poured into a cup with traces of lipstick. The beach towels were dirty, even with drops of blood. Before that, we had a rest in another year, this did not happen. We are very disappointed. The hotel has done its job, it's not worth going there anymore.

It would seem that the hotel is good, 5 stars, ultra all inclusive, good varied food, several water slides, pools, hammam, sauna, spa treatments, lunapark, but the attitude of the hotel administration is not at all 5 stars. They were not even taught customer orientation. 2 situations. 1st: the child's birthday, they promised to set the table in the hall of the air-conditioned restaurant and bring a cake and congratulate, but it turned out that they just reserved a table by the pool in the heat. 2nd: there was a strong wind and all the awnings were torn off in the parking lot. Awnings dangled and scratched cars, including ours. When asked by the administration to solve this problem, they treated us in such a way that it was not their responsibility and generally laughed. After several attempts to reach out, the police were called, whose staff also laughed and smiled, which is not a fact that it happened here. This is how the attitude towards Turkey has been spoiled.

The food is varied, there is a lot of it. But there are even more people and queues for this food. The beach is 10 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by delivery, they walk often. The beach is big, but a tiny piece was separated from the sea for swimming. By the pool, all the sun beds have been occupied since the morning with people's towels. The cocktails are terrible, I'll attach a photo of B52 for better clarity. There is a complete lack of sound insulation in the room, from the street you will listen to a disc player with bass like in a club until 12 at night, and through the thin front door you will listen to all the other guests as if they were sitting on your bed and the elevator is constantly beeping. The elevator rides with sound accompaniment. There are no signs for food in the restaurant, we take it at random. All rooms will be occupied from a slightly quieter side, there is music playing until 23. And they won't be able to move you there. There are no blankets, instead there is a waffle towel, the mattress creaks. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hello everyone! We rested at this hotel in early June, only now we finally got around to writing a review! This is a budget five, a family hotel, there is nothing to do there without children or cheerful young people. There are a lot of children there, I have not seen such a number anywhere else. Sometimes it is difficult to bring tea to the table, you are afraid that it will fall on the children. Everything is there for children:
1) slides (I rode myself, I liked it, but there is one "but": no one is watching this and the children drive in a second when 1 person has passed, there are also people who sit in the "toilet bowl" (in the yellow slide). But the plus is that you can also use the Bi Mine and Volare slides.
2) Mini club
3) animation (mini disco, etc.)
4) Amusement park (it is included in the price). Yes, this is a big enough plus, but there are only about 8 attractions, the queues are small, you will have to stand in them for no more than 8-10 minutes.
5) Large spacious family rooms.

Beach: the sunset is good, there are always places, there is a bar on the beach and you can even have lunch. It's not a long walk, and the bus itself runs from 9 to 18. He walks so little, it's always crowded, and if you're standing, there's no handrails. It was possible to make his work bigger, for example, from 8 to 19 and + then make handrails to hold on.
Nutrition: everything is pretty good. But there is no 24-hour restaurant - this is a minus, strawberries once a week, a new dish every day, chocolate, burgers, French fries, pancakes, chocolate paste and many other delicious things. Ice cream is different, there is for everyone, it is near the pool and at sea.
Bar: soda, pina colada, mojito, alcohol is available, but we didn't take it.
Beach towels: they are changed 1 time a day, you come from the beach - the towel is raw, but no one will change it until the evening and you go to the sea again with a damp towel.
Pool: the pool is huge, but it is difficult to find a sunbed.
Staff: someone is trying, and someone is not at all, they can be rude.
Wi-Fi: it doesn't have a password, it works somewhere, and somewhere it doesn't, for example, it doesn't work at the stage, this is a small minus, but it works well everywhere on the beach.
Room: mini-bar is there, clean, cleaned every day, shampoos, etc. are replenished.
Location: it takes 75 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel, if by bus with a stop of 15 minutes. Private transfer - 40 minutes. There are a couple of shops near the hotel.
There is animation, and most importantly, do not take a room with a pool view if you do not want noise before 00 o'clock.

Nice hotel. Friendly enough employees, cleanliness in everything, both in the room and on the territory. The food is amazingly delicious, the assortment will please everyone. But, the hotel is new and that says it all, there is not enough greenery, trees, probably it will be later, but for now glass and stone. And we liked it anyway. The staff has pages with percentages of their merits in the work of the hotel. On the hotel's website, you can give a score to someone who you liked for their diligence.

A great hotel, with 5 plus stars! The rooms are spacious, modern plumbing. The food is varied and can be found for every taste for adults and children. Lots of fruits and vegetables. There are a lot of cakes and pastries, many varieties of ice cream. A nice large swimming pool, water slides for big and small, bars near the pool and on the beach, a good selection of alcohol, juices, lemonades. I really liked the massage, if the funds allow, go for a massage to Mehmet or Suleiman, you will not regret it. A hotel where there is something to do for both adults and children. I highly recommend it.

Hello everyone, I had a vacation with my family (2 adults and 2 children aged 11 and 15) in July 2023. I really liked it. The hotel itself is still brand new, two coruses bi main 3 seasons and bolare 1 season, the rooms are good, clean (cleaning every day, even refused), we got a family room, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, which is not a little important when there are 2 women... the territory is not very large, everything is compact, but there was enough space for everyone. 2 large pools, 2 small ones for children and 2 with large slides, 4 pool bars, there were no large queues, they coped, the drinks were mostly local (rake, vodka, gin, cognac, whiskey and camilla, various cocktails and beer). We ate in the main restaurant, the food was varied, a large selection of meat (turkey, chicken, beef, lamb, lamb, pork) stewed fried seafood were langoustines shrimp mussels fish (tuna, dorado and some other) everything is very tasty. It is a 10-minute walk to the beach or by shuttle (3 minibuses are constantly in charge). The beach itself is large, deep, sandy, there are 3 rows of canopies, the entrance to the sea is very gentle, the bottom is sandy, but there are places of shell rock, but it is clearly visible through the clear water. There are 2 bars on the beach, there is also a large selection of food, we often had lunch right on the beach, did not go to the main restaurant. During the day, various animations (water polo, darts, bocce, etc.) In the evenings, a varied program (never repeated in 2 weeks), after the end of the program, a disco, but we always spent the nights in the lobby for (UNO), a very large hall has enough space) In general, I recommend this hotel for a holiday.

We just returned from a vacation at this hotel. Everything was great!!!! We had a family vacation with 3 children: 4 years old, 14 and 16. The family room is spacious, two-room, 2 bathrooms. Good daily cleaning, change of towels and bed linen. Our room did not overlook the pools, but the village itself. The view may not be particularly beautiful, but it was quiet and the music did not help us. So I was even lucky.
The food - well, I won't even describe it for a long time here: it's a lot and delicious. We often had lunch at a restaurant on the beach, it was just as delicious.
Unfortunately, there is no greenery on the territory. But I was ready for this, because I read reviews in advance, watched photos and videos about the hotel. But the pools, the water park, the animation and the evening shows are what we were delighted with!!!! Our teenagers had a great time and the kid really liked it.
The sea and the beach are clean, cozy, fine sand. The food on the beach is excellent. You can take wine, beer. But if you go further into the sea, there are sharp stones at the bottom. You have to be careful.
We went to the beach both by minibus and on foot. I even liked walking more. The road along the Vonresort hotel is very picturesque and along the way there is a mini zoo with chickens, ducks, caesars, rabbits. Our youngest was stuck.
Near the hotel there is a pharmacy, a shop, a bazaar. All sweets and souvenirs can be bought nearby.
We went to ancient Side a couple of times on our own. Near the hotel there is a stop for dolmush, small buses. They walk often and will take you directly to this beautiful place for a token amount of money.
The hotel staff is very polite and kind to children. They will always greet you with a smile in the morning.
But personally, I had a little incident. I didn't make a scandal and somehow bring it to the main thing, it happened on the last day of our vacation. I was alone and couldn't get into my room with a key card. A hotel employee noticed this and helped me open the door. Then he began to offer me his help if I needed help with my luggage. Then came the copious compliments ... and the man started kissing.... yeah. Moreover, I was not wearing any provocative clothes or my behavior could lead him to these thoughts. I managed to get off, but the unpleasant aftertaste remained. I was more worried about my husband, because if he had met this employee personally, we would have had another showdown with the local police for a fight. It was a good last day, we left and it was over. This case has nothing to do with the hotel itself, here is the behavior of a specific person. I was just surprised by this behavior, because if I had asked the elder, he would have been shot out of work for his love.
And about the hotel, I want to say that it is cool, sincere and the rest in it was super. I definitely recommend it.

I want to share my impressions about the animation at the Victory Bee Mine Hotel.It was one of the best animation teams I've ever met! Every day they organized interesting and exciting events for guests of all ages.
During the day, sports games, contests and master classes were held, which allowed you to actively spend time and get to know other guests of the hotel. I especially remember water aerobics and beach volleyball – it was fun and energizing.I would especially like to mention the animators Amina, Kristina and Aima.Thanks a lot to the girls
In the evening, exciting show programs were waiting for us. The animators were not only professionals in their field, but also real artists. They organized dance performances and themed evenings that did not leave anyone indifferent. The atmosphere was incredibly friendly and fun, and every evening turned into a real celebration.
I would like to express my special gratitude for the children's animation. A lot of attention was paid to the children, and a rich program with games, creative activities and mini-discos was organized for them. My children were delighted and looking forward to each new day.
In general, the animation team of the victory be mine hotel made our stay unforgettable. I am sincerely grateful to them for their hard work and energy. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend their holidays fun and active!

Modern expensive renovation, 2 TVs in the room, capsule coffee maker, etc. Only poor-quality cleaning was infuriating, the room was cleaned with poor-quality dust, crumbs, cobwebs, the balcony was never touched at all... We stayed at the hotel from June 13 to June 25, 2024. We lived at the Victory Be Mine Hotel. I will immediately write that I have been to Turkey more than 25 times. This hotel is the first in our life on the second line. There were always only the first ones. I will immediately inform you that the hotel shares a common area with another one, and you can use the bars and restaurant of that hotel without any problems.
Check-in for 5+. Quickly! They asked where we wanted the windows. This is a rarity! Thank you very much, as we were with a small child and were already in the room at 12:50.
Room for 5+. We had a two-room suite with two bathrooms! New, good. Beautiful design. Very spacious!
Cleaning for 3!!! On the day of arrival, after cleaning, in front of new tourists, they washed the red spots themselves from the bedside table and table. From the door there is a huge stain from the foot (((( Not nice. There's a lot of hair under the couch, it hasn't been cleaned for a long time.
Restaurant for 5!!! There is a lot of space, but it is difficult to find when fully loaded. We take into account that the neighboring hotel can also come to dinner with us and therefore there are not enough places. You can go to them)))
Food for 5+. There is everything and a lot. The most important thing is to eat seafood every day! Fish every day! I was very pleased with the language, this has not been seen in other hotels. There are 2 types of soup and the same ones for 13 days (I'm tired of it). The rest is like everywhere else. By the way, a very varied breakfast!!!!
Bars and drinks 4+! Cocktails are not all worth the attention. The wine is so-so, the beer is normal.
The beach is 5+! The car is at sea every 3-5 minutes. In the evening we walked slowly for 15 minutes. There are plenty of sun beds, sand, awnings. The entrance to the sea is flat and sandy. Swim a little and watch the fish with glasses. We even saw colorful ones.
Animation, if on its own, is 3+, and if a show, then 5+. The animation zone is a 3+ nightmare!!! Adults sit at tables closer in the scene, children can't see anything, they smoke like steam locomotives ((( This is a very big problem. Smoke in the nose and you have to leave (((
Water park for 5+! Pool for 5+! Lobby for 5+! Lunapark for 5+ (8 attractions for free).
The HUGE DISADVANTAGES of the HOTEL are the time of handing in and receiving towels! And a complete nightmare with the dishes. There are a lot of unhappy people who are fine with their eyesight. To find a clean cutlery, we returned 5-6 cutlery back to the house. The plates are dirty and unwashed after soup and food. I haven't seen anything like this anywhere!!! They complained, but this problem is known, but it is clear that it is not being solved. If it's not a problem for you, then everything else is great. I attach the photos of the dishes, since the rest is good. To understand the situation! THE VERDICT is a hotel that you want to return to if the issue of washing dishes is resolved!!!

A very good hotel, new,clean,large, you can write a whole poem about the kitchen, I have never seen such a variety and number of dishes anywhere else.The staff understands Russian speakers well, they are polite, always with a smile on their face.The only drawback is that there is no green area, but you don't pay much attention to it there.I recommend it!

We had a rest in September 2023. In general, I liked it. The room at first had a view of the water slide. Then they asked for a view of the pool. We were given a double room without extra charge. The food is great. Cleaning is not every day. There is no separate place for dancing. The hotel is small, there are a lot of people like during rush hour on the subway. They smoke everywhere. There is an amusement park, small but good. The beach is nice and clean. The sea is super. Shuttle buses often run for 3 at once. But also on foot for 5 minutes. The territory is small, you can't walk around. But everything is nearby.

Recently, my family and I — my wife and two children (5 and 13 years old) — vacationed at the Victory Be Mine Hotel, and this vacation turned out to be simply unforgettable!
The first thing that caught my eye was the friendly atmosphere and high level of service. We arrived early in the morning (long before check-in time), but we were greeted with smiles, quickly settled in and offered a snack, which was very helpful after a long journey.
The hotel is clearly focused on family holidays, which immediately pleased us. There is a real paradise for children here: water slides, trampolines, attractions and mini clubs. My five-year-old son was delighted with animation, and my daughter enjoyed various activities for teenagers, especially evening shows. The animation team is really on top — there is enough entertainment for both children and adults. There are even classes for the whole family, and we were happy to participate in contests and master classes.
The food at the hotel is simply gorgeous. There are many different dishes, including fresh seafood, of which there are so many that you don't know what to do! On Fridays, by the way, shrimp are cooked in different variations — a special treat for all gourmets. The restaurants also provide a children's menu, which is very convenient for kids, especially those who are picky about food. And drinks for every taste — from milkshakes for children to champagne and signature cocktails for adults.
The beach is within walking distance, but for convenience, a shuttle runs every 15 minutes. The beach is clean, with soft sand, however, you should be careful, as you can find stones in the sea. But this did not become a problem for us, because the hotel has excellent pools with water slides, where we spent a lot of time.
The rooms are spacious, modern and always perfectly clean. Cleaning took place daily, and towels were changed as needed. Despite the large number of guests, the hotel is always calm and cozy, the territory is spacious enough for everyone to find a place to relax.
Overall, the stay at Victory Be Mine exceeded all our expectations. This place is perfect for a family holiday, where everyone will find something to do, whether it's active games with children or relaxing by the pool. We will definitely come back here again!

The best place on earth.
Great food and great service.
One disadvantage is the representatives of the tour operator, namely Pegasus Touristik. They don't want to do anything if it doesn't bring them additional income.
