Do not contact this store!!! I ordered a ladder from them, they said it would be delivered tomorrow. The next day there was not a single call. I called myself and they said they would deliver it tomorrow. They're not picking up the phones for tomorrow. You call from another number, then they pick it up and promise to deliver it again tomorrow. They won't pick up the phone from that number tomorrow. You call from a new number, then they pick up the phone and promise again to bring the goods tomorrow. The next day, the story repeats itself for a whole week. It's been three weeks now and there hasn't been a ladder. How do they work in general and why else has this office not closed with such an attitude towards customers? Take care of your time and nerves! Avoid this OFFICE!!!
