I applied for an intercom repair.
Master Vyacheslav did not arrive at the specified time (three working days).
We managed to find out the phone number of the master (029) 392**51, the man at the specified number was rude.
After he noticed that the conversation was being recorded, he hung up and did not answer anymore.
If this is the norm of employee behavior, then it's sad.
The equipment is not bad, the video quality is good, but if there are not competent staff, the point is lost. Plus, the cameras and the view of these cameras are not serviced, trees often grow and limit the view very much, and no one is watching this. The staff does not know the location of the cameras at the facility. I do not recommend it. I applied to this company, they sent a letter signed by the director in one sentence, about nothing. I conclude that there is a formal approach to work on the part of the management. The fish rots from the head, which is surprising, if the management treats the staff like that, then nothing.

I want to thank the employees of this organization: the girl who accepted the application in Sukharevo on 11/24/2022 and the master who fixed my intercom. Well, until the thunder broke, I did not apply, although the intercom was faulty for a long time. And then the child got sick, the doctor had to come, and the intercom did not work (For probably an hour from the moment I called this organization, a master came to me and fixed the intercom. My partnership will only cooperate with the Video City. All licenses, certified specialists, the ability to directly resolve issues with the owner are some advantages. They mess up, like everyone else, but the above compensates for this.
Terrible service. The intercom in the entrance is frozen. I couldn't get into the entrance for 40 minutes. It does not open with a key, or a code for the Entrance, or to call the apartment. All phones are answered - it's a day off. Correspondence on the fb page is the height of stupidity:

As far as I know, they have signed a lot of contracts for the installation and maintenance of video surveillance, and they do not fulfill their obligations. I have applied for a video from the archive more than once, and did not receive it the same way as other users. I know that some houses are already preparing court documents for them. People don't even know if the surveillance cameras they installed are working at all.

Videogorod LLC applied to replace the old intercom handset with a new one on 10/26/2017. We accepted the order, asked to pay for it through ERIP and wait for the master's call within 5 working days. I paid, but no one called back after five or ten days.
I called back myself, promised to settle everything by phone, asked to wait for the master during the day. I agreed, but again no calls.
I called back again - the same thing. Meanwhile, two months have passed since the application!
Fortunately, I have an order for a small amount. If, God forbid, contact them to install video surveillance or something else expensive, you will not have any problems.
I'll have to write an application.
