Very tasty food, many types of cheeses, many sweets, seafood day, cakes, the room is clean, cleaned every day, good water aerobics, the hotel is located in the center, near the market on Mondays, many shops... Minuses: 1. ironing is paid, 2. take your own hair dryer, the room is primitive with one button. 3. The Internet is paid, free at the reception, but tight. 4. The pool is open until 19.00, it's a pity. 5. The lunch box consists of one loaf and cheese and everything... for the whole day of departure with an excursion. Take food to your room in the evening. I really liked the excursions, we took them near the hotel towards the beach near Ramzan from Chechnya. We took two, one rafting, the other in Kash Kaputash with the Turkish guide Emir. A pleasant-to-talk, cheerful guy. The beach is fire, turquoise water! I advise everyone!
We rested from 17.07 to 28.07.2024. Viking star Hotel is an excellent hotel, good cuisine, 2 sandy beaches (shuttle service) and a pebble beach near the hotel. Unforgettable Turkish evenings, animation and discos! Warm atmosphere, pleasant service. The staff tries to please as much as possible. Very good location, all the sights and shopping are within a 5-minute walk. Clean rooms! They clean it every day.
Near the hotel (on the way to the pebble beach) there is an excellent tour agency "Neba Travel", excursions are organized by the Roma guy. We took three excursions from him: "Demre-Kekova", "Journey through the blue bays" and "Kaputash Beach", at very pleasant prices (twice cheaper than from the guide at the hotel), we are very satisfied!
I had a rest from June 27 to July 4. A wonderful hotel. The service and food are great. Drinks: local red wine and white, beer for free, brought to the pool. The animation is very good. Animator Denise (Turkish) organized water polo, yoga, aqua aerobics, dancing. A very sensitive and sincere girl who is able to come to the rescue with literally all questions. The beach is nearby (the passage through the park, so it's not hot). Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The only wish is that I would love to buy little Vikings in the form of a stuffed toy. I would be glad if they were sold at a local store.
Excellent budget 5*. Gorgeous view from the hotel - to the mountains! Check-in is prompt, immediately upon arrival at 10 a.m. Solid 5 meals: daily meat, chicken, turkey, fish, grilled in the evening, snacks (burgers, French fries, gozleme), a huge selection of sweets, good white wine, beer. The chef goes out daily, inspects, controls!) The rooms are a little tired, but not critical, comfortable mattresses, a couple of Russian channels, the air conditioner worked perfectly, hair dryer, shampoos, gels, soap are all in abundance. Daily cleaning, change of linen, towels as needed. The hotel staff is friendly, they responded promptly to all requests, well done, everyone is trying! Daytime animation is unobtrusive (exercise, water polo), in the evening there is a daily show program / disco. There are two beaches, we visited a pebble beach (8-10 minutes on foot), there were always free sun beds, the sea is very clean, the entrance is pebbles (corals are needed for comfort). We took a guided tour of the blue bays at the Nebo agency.Trevel on the way to the beach, Roman's place - we spent the day inexpensively and comfortably. Good shopping infrastructure nearby, because the center of Kemer, sellers bargain well!) Overall, the rest was a success! Thank you Viking Star, thank you Kemer!
The old room stock, but a very good buffet, clean pool. Pleasant, helpful staff. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the pebble beach, but there is also a shuttle to Ala pesochny beach, and you will not need special slippers there. There is a normal Internet connection in the lobby, you can safely call Whatsapp, Wi-Fi in the room for 7 days -13 euros.
The hotel is in a very convenient location, shops (English home, lc Waikiki, Koton, Migros, DeFacto, Carrefour) and exchangers are nearby, on Mondays there is a bazaar right next to the hotel.
I really liked the rest at the hotel, not big, but cozy and comfortable, the rooms are clean, everything is very neatly and timely cleaned, the restaurant with a varied menu, evening program, polite staff! The location is in the city center, with access to shops, and of course the beach! Just 5 minutes and you are at the sea! On the way, be sure to check out the tour desk to Roma, which will arrange any excursion for you, at affordable prices!
Thank you for staying at this hotel! Everything is super, everything is cool!!!
The hotel is located in the center of Kemer, very convenient location, everything is nearby, bazaars. The market is also nearby, I especially want to thank the bartenders at the lobby bar. Thank you for such a vacation in Kemer.
The chefs cook well, the waiters are very punctual, they quickly clean the tables. Well done guys!
We were on an excursion, take only from Ramzan, which is located along the path of the pebble beach.
They will pick you up, they will bring you, everything is fine 👋
We were with a friend in early October 2024. I liked the hotel, the food, the view, the location, the attention of the staff and the girls at the reception. The atmosphere is very warm and pleasant. The water is the cleanest on the beach. But the beach is completely ignored by the owners of the beautiful 5* hotel. Apart from the fact that it is crowded, at least in the three years that I was there, there were only sofas for VIPs. See the rest for yourself…
The locker room is the only one with broken hooks. There are no hooks in the toilet at all. It is unpleasant to approach the soul. The descent into the sea should be done more seriously.
I slipped hard twice on the wet, half-rotten wooden paths.
I hope this will be fixed by next season)
We went on vacation with a company. The hotel is already a bit ‘tired". The staff is friendly.
Positive:
- towels and bed linen are cleaned every day
- the variety of food and sweets in the restaurant is decent but without frills
- there is a market nearby
- the stone beach is 10-15 minutes away along a beautiful green alley
- the water on the stone beach is crystal clear, but I recommend buying corals
Cons:
- room cleaning apparently does not include floor cleaning (I had to go to the reception once every 2 days and ask to clean up)
- the pool is open until 19:00, which is very strange
- it is simply impossible to drink alcohol from ‘all inclusive’
- on the beach from the hotel, the price for all X5
- the disgusting guide from Coral Travel. He lies that Russian rubles cannot be exchanged anywhere, only with him, at his exchange rate. In the exchanger they will be changed for you at a more favorable rate and even from a Russian card by transfer you will be able to change money!
If you refuse to buy excursions from this guide, get ready for a disgusting attitude towards you. We had a flight rescheduled and if it wasn't for the girl from whom we bought vouchers, we would have spent more than 15 hours at the airport, because this character even after our call answered us that he didn't know anything and didn't care about anything. We had to prove to the receptionist ourselves that we needed a room because the delay was more than 12 hours.
- Safe, ironing service, Internet - all for a fee. Free internet only at the reception.
In principle, we had a good rest, took a sufficient amount of money with us, so we were not upset.
Excursions are much more profitable to purchase from Roma (on the way to the stone beach, along the green alley to the left of its premises)
We took 3 excursions, we were delighted.
We were in Turkey in July 2024 for the first time. They advised us to choose the Viking Star hotel, the budget five. We really liked the hotel! 2 swimming pools. One is in the courtyard in the sun (it would be nice to change some sun loungers), the other is cool in the spa. In the evening, the lights come on and you're like in a fairy tale). 2 beaches, one by transfer 5 min, the second, on foot 10 min, we walked in the morning after breakfast, at 8 o'clock. there are few people at this time, there are plenty of empty sun loungers) the sea is turquoise, clean!
The food is varied, (but I did not have enough of our soups) we ate from the belly): meat, second courses, pastries, cakes, a lot of vegetables and fruits.
Every evening of the event, we didn't miss a single one) live music, discos, contests, Hawaiian dancing, belly dancing and even got on a Turkish night)
The hotel staff is friendly, cultured, and Russian-speaking. There was no language barrier.
And yes, I want to advise you, do not take excursions from a guide in a hotel, on the street, the same thing is 2 times cheaper.
For example, if you go to the nearest beach in Ataturk Park, where camels, (ul, Hyukyumeda) you will see the salon "excursions, your tour" . Ramzan works there, he will tell you about all the trips, and sell tours much cheaper.
We were very satisfied with the rest!
And if you don't find fault with the little things, then I recommend this hotel!
Have a nice stay!!!)
We had a rest with a friend at Viking Star from 1.08.24 to 7.08.24. We can safely say that the hotel pulls only 4 stars. The hotel is located in the center of Kemer, so there were shops, clubs, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, and the sea within walking distance. He arrives 2 times a week near the hotel. market. There you can buy Turkish sweets, gifts, at very pleasant prices (more expensive in regular stores). We walked to the pebble beach for 7 minutes through the park. The beach is clean, there are a lot of sunbeds, the sea is clean and transparent. If you like to swim calmly, so that there is not a single wave, then it is better to start early in the morning. At 10 a.m., they start riding bananas, parachutes, etc. and the waves begin, it's not very pleasant to swim. On the way to the beach, on the left side, there is a great place where you can buy excursions at good prices (you won't find it cheaper). Ramzan is a very pleasant young man, he will show and tell everything. We went on an excursion "Crazy combo: zipline, rafting, buggy, canyon". This is for those who like activity. We are thrilled!!! I advise you to go on excursions to Neba Travel.
The food is delicious and varied. Something is constantly being prepared without interruptions. You won't get hungry for sure!A full belly is provided.Of alcohol, only beer, red / white wine, gin, crayfish, vodka. There are no cocktails!!!!! Only for an additional fee, which is not typical for 5*.
Bed linen and towels have never been changed in a week. Cleaning every day, but not qualitatively (the floor was washed on the balcony probably six months ago), you will come out of it, all your legs are black.
Every day, except Sunday, there is animation in the evening. It 's quite decent and fun .
It is worth noting that there is a mosque nearby, 5 times a day of prayer. The first one starts at 5 a.m., she woke us up.
The average age of vacationers is 40+ with children (although I think this is a boring hotel for children), there are sooo few young people. )
Thank you very much to the staff for the service. We were satisfied with the trip.
We rested at the Viking Star hotel from August 22 to 28, 2024, together with my husband. I liked everything from arrival to departure. There is a lot of food, everything is delicious and varied. We didn't have time to try everything in 7 days. There was always fish, turkey, seafood- mussels, as well as crayfish, fruits, sweets, etc. Watermelon was always for breakfast, lunch and dinner, very sweet and delicious. The room is clean. We only came to the room to spend the night. In the evening, live music, karaoke. In addition to the time of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, there is also a snack time in the pool area. The sea is just super clean and warm.
Excursions were bought on the way to the sea "Neba tur" from the handsome Ramzan, a guy from Chechnya. Here Ramzan will tell you everything in detail, tell you. By the way, it is much cheaper, 2-3 times cheaper than what is offered in hotels. Ramzan himself, Roma in Russian, is a very pleasant friendly Russian-speaking guy. Because my husband and I are not spoiled, we liked everything. Everyone is very friendly. The rest was a success!
Good day! We are currently having a family vacation at the Viking Star hotel, an excellent hotel, attentive staff, there is a Russian-speaking staff, varied food, super animation, there is a pebble and sandy beach. We went on an excursion to the mountains, bought near the hotel at the agency from Ramzan's manager, recommended an excursion to Takhtali Mountain, we really liked it, went with my husband and nephew, everyone was very satisfied!
Viking Star (Kemer) is now my favorite hotel in Turkey. I had a rest in September 2024. I liked everything. The location is in the center of Kemer, there is always a place to walk in the evening. Two beaches. One is in the city, the other is not far from the city (carries a bus). Both beaches are good. The rooms at the hotel are very decent, the staff is friendly. The food is delicious. There is meat, fish, and fruits every day. I had a very good rest. I really want to return to this hotel next year.
We had a rest from May 29 to June 5, 2024 with a family of 4 people, two children aged 8 and 14. I really liked everything! Cozy, clean, friendly, everything is fast. Daily room cleaning and towel change. The staff speaks sooo good Russian. It's a beautiful place, you can walk everywhere. The purest sea, there were few people- a buzz! We chose the Galician beach.
The room was on the top floor with a mountain view for $20😉
We bought the tour from the guys at the travel agency on the way to the beach - everything was great! The guy from Chechnya, Roman, who sold a rafting tour, did not deceive us😊👍
We definitely recommend it!
We had a rest in July at this hotel, we really liked it! The room was clean and cozy, there was a wide variety of food and sweets!I do not understand those who write that the food is poor. During the 12 days of stay, it was not possible to try everything... There were all sorts of entertainment programs in the evenings: dancing, karaoke, live music...🙃👍
The hotel has 2 beaches - sandy(carries a transfer) and pebble, 10 minutes walk from the hotel along a beautiful alley😍 we liked pebble more, very clean, sun beds were always available!
The only disadvantage of the hotel is that there was no iron, and it cost $ 3 to give one thing to iron. Otherwise, we were happy with everything!
We also went on cool excursions that we bought at the office on the way to the pebble beach, Demre Mira Kekova; A trip through the bays and a jeep tour to Takhtaly Mountain. It was great! The beauty of the sea, the ancient city and the mountains is simply unforgettable Special thanks for the organization and selection of excursions to the guy Ramzan(Roma), very friendly, not intrusive! we went according to his recommendations and did not regret it🙃
The food is delicious, you will not stay hungry. The service is excellent, everything is clean.A shuttle takes you to the beach.Wi-Fi is free only in the lobby. The room is spacious, next to the mosque: rise at 05.30 am every day.The bar has a very limited selection of alcohol, only locally produced drinks. There is animation, and shows are held in the evenings.Overall, I liked the hotel, thanks for the rest.
The hotel is very ambiguous. There is a big plus that is the food and the restaurant. For the first time I saw the coherence of the entire restaurant staff. Dirty dishes always disappeared instantly, the tables were cleaned at the same speed, the chef was always in the hall and ready to answer any question and the food was in a large assortment. One of the advantages is the help at the reception, the Russian-speaking employee is very pleasant in communication, she was always ready to help. I didn't like the pebble beach, the sun beds are close, which is very inconvenient, the second beach is sandy with sun beds, everything is normal, but the bus connection was very annoying. The overall impression is positive, but I will not go a second time. We were there from August 28 to September 7.
A wonderful hotel in the center of Kemer! Very friendly staff, excellent and varied cuisine, fabulous evening performances, various bands, especially liked the performance of the Colombian band! The hotel is on a solid "5". Suitable for both family holidays and for young people! Recommend 👍
The beach is clean, nice, but shallow, you can not dive from the pier. The bar is paid on the beach. Hotel:
The territory is very small.
The administrators are Russian-speaking and polite.
They respond to requests instantly.
The safe is paid , Wi-Fi in the rooms is also paid.
The rooms are clean, cleaned every day.
The food is good overall.
The hammam is large and warm.
Because the hotel is in the center of Kemer, there is car hype and polluted air around it, respectively, but there are many shops and shopping)
The road to the beach is long, but tolerable.
There is a mosque next to the hotel with calls to prayer through a loudspeaker several times a day, the first call is at about 6 a.m., everyone who has the balcony door open wakes up, then we sleep on
At the reception, some guests lie on sofas with their feet and throw their feet on the tables, then other people put food on them.
In general, there are slightly more minuses than pluses.
I really liked the hotel and its chain. Everything is within walking distance and the sea is 15 minutes away.
The food is very tasty, the beer is good, the wine is average. Entertainment in the evening, everything is very interesting. I really enjoyed walking around Kemer, and it's easy to come back without a map. Many people speak Russian. There was nothing negative.
We just returned from this hotel today. A good budget five. Delicious food, beautiful grounds, good animation for adults in the evenings. At first we were given a room without a balcony, but then changed to another with a balcony and mountain views, for which many thanks. The pebble beach is very good, in principle, you can find sun beds at any time. Every day there was cleaning and water was brought. We were completely satisfied.
A nice, cozy, quiet, family-run hotel. We came here for the second time, rested from September 15 to September 25, 2024. The food is excellent, interesting shows every evening, the staff is polite, the room is cleaned every day. We generally like Kemer and the location of the hotel is very convenient, it is located in the center. I recommend.
We are currently staying at the Viking Star 5 Hotel from 09/24/24 to 1.10.24. We are visiting this hotel for the third time. I've always liked the value for money.
But not this time!
We arrived on September 24, a Russian-speaking girl Ayra was at the reception, who sent us to dinner before checking in. I told her that this was our third time in this hotel and basically we all know where, what and how.
We relaxed at dinner, but that was not the case.
When we returned, she asked us with a sweet smile, as regular customers of the hotel, to move to the neighboring Viking Nona 4 hotel. And for this, she will provide us with free Wi-Fi, probably Wi-Fi free)))
I refused, citing the fact that we had been traveling for a day, were tired, and in general, what would it look like the next day? Waiting for check-in again? Suitcases... well, what the hell? Moreover, the end of the season, on September 24, what kind of re-occupancy of the hotel????
As a result, she gives us room 208.
When we went there, to say that we were awesome, to say nothing.
There is a clump of hair at the entrance, then a clump of toilet paper, and we open the balcony door and oh surprise!! The balcony overlooks an electric substation!!!, which hums like a steam locomotive! And this is seven days of vacation, I have to listen to this hum and in no case open the balcony door!
We're back at the reception. We are waiting for this elderly lady to be released. I say that I will not live there.
She gave me the keys to room 232. The room overlooks the pool and there is never any sun on this side. wow!!
I forgot to mention, I'm telling this AYRE that she's a nice girl, if necessary, we'll pay extra. No, don't do anything!
About the room: everything is normal except for towels, but they are very old, very tired)), it's just disgusting to wipe them, rags! We probably wiped ourselves with them 4 years ago)))
I'll tell you about the food: in principle, you will always find something to eat, except for the first one: sour pea soup, which does not smell like peas, pasta soup, a lot of tomato. There was a normal chicken broth, so far I have not seen the first normal dish.
About desserts - only glass cakes, I don't like their dessert, but.... you know the answer to taste and color yourself)))
I write in the words of Woland from the Master and Margarita: freshness is the motto of any restaurateur! And we have a rottenness in Viking! The fish stinks of used oil, besides the fact that it stinks of oil, it is stinky itself, because mackerel, one mackerel daily!
About frying outside :
Scrambled eggs for breakfast, only this can be eaten, nothing decent and delicious for dinner!
You know, Russians, how we can cook, shish kebab, pilaf, while we are here for three points.
On Wednesdays, Turkish night: any guest is always delighted. Tables are put outside, music, dancing, everything is great!
A separate topic is the bar in the main restaurant: previously, trays of red and white wine were installed, vacationers came up and took it. There was no queue. There's a queue at the bar now. A Turk with an impenetrable and unsmiling face serves you alcohol. Somehow, the whole atmosphere of the service is not aimed at thanking the tourist for choosing this particular hotel!
My husband has now come from the Hammam, bought it for 35 rubles at the hotel.
He said that he sat there, sat there and had a massage briefly. For our wooden 3,500 rubles, well, it does not pull in any way.
The location of the hotel is certainly gorgeous for us: around the corner of Waikiki, within walking distance of the Central Alley with boutiques.
We like to walk after breakfast and lunch by the sea.
Because the sea on the first line is 10 meters away - it's hello plus 5kg.
If you ask me if I will go to the Viking Star 5 hotel again, I will answer NO NO NO!
We paid 165 tr for 7 days. That's 1,600 euros for two.
From the south of Russia, only 2 airports are open - these are from Adler and Mineralnye Vody. Therefore, the tour operator keeps the price.
The service, the service and the hotel are not worth the money.
And so, it's up to you))
The hotel's website says that the renovation was carried out in 23rd year.
This is a renovation of the beach, new mattresses, a toilet and a changing room.
The hotel is as used as it was.stayed. Today, when opening the closet, the handle came off.
I would also like to note that one women's changing room and toilet, one men's changing room and toilet on the beach for the whole hotel is not enough!
There is a bar on the ground floor of the hotel. You can have an appetizer before lunch and dinner)A few more cons for me: the hotel is not aimed at young people. There are many pensioners and people over 45 years old. However, every other day there is karaoke and a disco. You understand what kind of psychic voices they sing in karaoke, and the audibility behind the balcony door is 100%. It is clear that the hotel does not have a territory as such, and they have made a disco around the corner. It bothered me.
Please note that the market arrives on Mondays, right behind the hotel. We knew this and were waiting for him, we wanted to eat big shrimp
They cook and roast them there, as they like.
If you take it, then take 1 kg, they give it with a hike, we took 2 kg - we didn't eat it)))
They are fresh there, and not ice cream, like we have 50/50 shrimp and ice.
In recent days, there has been red fish right in the restaurant several times for dinner, seafood after the market and crayfish for them, which they absolutely do not know how to cook)
That's how we rested. What was the hotel like 10 years ago, so it remained unchanged and claims for improvement!
I stayed at the hotel in May 2023 and in May 2024. The hotel attracts with a friendly, almost homely atmosphere, attention to the guests of the hotel. The hotel as a whole and the room is clean, cleaned regularly. The restaurant has a good selection of dishes. Tables are cleaned quickly, almost imperceptibly, and tablecloths and napkins are always clean. it is unrealistic to pass by the shelves with pastries / I will especially note the pumpkin with nuts and cheesecakes. Thanks to the chefs and all the employees of the restaurant. We walked to the beach for 15 minutes, among flowering bushes and trees. There is a market and chain stores near the hotel. I recommend.I will definitely come back.
Great hotel! It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach, but there is also a free shuttle service. The hotel is located right in the center of Kemer, there is everything nearby: shops, a transport stop, and a cafe. The room is neat and clean, everything is working properly. A separate review should be written about nutrition - 100 out of 10, beyond praise.
I stayed in this hotel for a week and here's what I can write:
1. They clean every day
2. The room is cozy, clean, towels for face, body and feet. Individual sets of shower gels, shampoos, soaps, cotton pads and sticks.
3. The food is delicious, a lot of vegetables and herbs, but few fruits (but fans of delicacies, not homemade delicious food, will not be satisfied with this)
4. The staff knows Russian
5. Cute cats everywhere
Of the cons:
1. Paid Wi-Fi in the room (I gave 20 bucks for 7 days), and it's free in the lobby, but it doesn't work well. And the room was not super-fast.
2. There were no toothbrushes and pastes (well, if you find fault)
3. The view from the room was on the construction site
4. 15 minutes walk to the sea (pebble beach)
There were three girls in this hotel, from 5-12.08.24. A good Good hotel in general, but if you find fault with something specific, then the interior and the state of repair leave much to be desired… The room was cleaned every day. the only thing is that the balcony was not touched at all throughout the week ... it remained dirty, towels were updated daily, beach towels need to be changed themselves, this happens without problems. Drinking water, shower gel, shampoo, soap, cotton buds and cotton pads are delivered to the room daily. Water can be collected both in the hotel lobby and in the dining room. Free WI-FI is available in the lobby. The reception staff is friendly, thanks to them!!! The food is not bad, mostly monotonous. As for food, drinks, and even water on the beach, it's ALL for a FEE!!! I don't know about the others, of course, we took a tour from the PEGASUS operator(All inclusive) Everything but not everything in general)) As for the beaches, there are TWO of them: one sandy (there is a shuttle service, according to the schedule, you will see the schedule at the Reception) is not bad, but the shore was not pleasing to the eye with its picturesqueness, the second pebble, we were happy with it) we walked on foot- the distance is 650 meters, 10-15 minutes walk. ON the WAY to the gravel beach, we met the Neba Travel office address:Hyukyumet 3, a representative of the Ramzan agency kindly told us what excursions they provide, the prices pleased us, from the above we chose the tour "3 Bays", we did not regret for a second. Departure for this tour was at 8:15, a transfer took us from the agency, a large comfortable bus, arrived at the place after 1.5 hours approximately, set off on the ship BABA NURI, visited three cool locations!!!! They give us time to swim, enjoy the moment, they gave us a delicious lunch of Fish (Chupra), pasta, salad, watermelon)) Later there was another tea party. Our guide Amir was with us all the way, thanks to him, a friendly, polite, sociable young man! We arrived back, if I'm not mistaken, around 18 hours)) IN general, we recommend this travel agency. the hotel as a whole, but if you find fault with something specific, then the interior and the state of repair leave much to be desired… The room was cleaned every day. the only thing is that the balcony was not touched at all throughout the week ... it remained dirty, towels were updated daily, beach towels need to be changed themselves, this happens without problems. I had a rest on 07.2023. The hotel is big. About 800 meters from the sea. It is located in the center of Kemer. Almost all local attractions and shops are within walking distance (prices are the same as in any resort town). On one side there is a view of the market and the mosque. The hotel is built with the letter P. There is a swimming pool inside. The lobby bar is on the ground floor. Free vodka, beer, gin, white wine, red, and like everything. The rest is for money. It works from 10.00 to 23.00. There was not much animation for children, but maybe I'm wrong, for adults every evening, something was organized. Everything is paid on the beach. The hotel has two beaches, one sandy (you need to go, there is a bus), the other pebble, as I wrote about 800 meters on foot. The kitchen is peculiar (a lot of dishes with spices) by the end of the holiday you want something simple. But the food is good. The rooms are like in an ordinary hotel. Cleaning is daily, in principle, good. Beach towels are changed daily on the minus ground floor, but they are not always available, you need to hustle to get them in time. Both beaches are relatively clean, they also clean up, but they mostly don't shit, there are mini-urns everywhere. It's just an ordinary hotel. Yes, I forgot, there is an elevator. That seems to be it. If I find the photos, I'll post them later. For one, without super quibbles, it's good.
A city hotel with a small territory. Very good location. A varied diet. Well-maintained territory. Two beaches. One is within walking distance (not the first line). The second is delivery by transport. The overall impression is that the hotel is friendly to guests!
I will put stars for the service, cuisine, amenities, transfer, attitude, entertainment. The room is not five-star, standard beds (it's good that it has a double bed), a tiny TV, air conditioning with remote control, an entrance hall assembled with your own hands from old furniture, a good shower room, excellent water pressure. They are cleaned every day, they will change the towel on request, they will give water at a reminder, shower gels, shampoo, cotton swabs, soap and shower caps - a systemless replenishment, there are no toothbrushes and toothpaste. If you tip, they will do everything perfectly. But we are not picky about the gloss of the room - that's why everything was fine. If they are not whiny, I recommend it. And the city is here: you can walk, go to the shops, sit in a cafe.
Just returned from vacation, I want to share my fresh impressions. The hotel is more like a four. Some of the rooms overlook the parking lot, the view suffers, the silence, if possible, the rooms are changed. Of course, the hotel needs repairs, a lot of things are broken, shabby, a separate minus for pillows, it's terrible, thin and hard, room cleaning for three and a minus, dust and hair, mold in the shower, gray towels, have not been changed in seven days not once. Food for four, there seems to be a lot of everything, but monotonous. Tours are twice as expensive as in other agencies, compared and selected. The staff is helpful and friendly. Mostly pensioners and families with children have a rest, everything is quiet and peaceful. There are a lot of cats, all clean and pleasant
I was from June 7 to June 10 (~ 11 tr. per day, payment via Yandex.Travel).
The food is a buffet with a large selection of dishes. Turkish tea, juices from vending machines.
Daily room cleaning.
Spa, hammam is included in the AI, you need to pay extra for a massage.
The pool is deep enough, there is a shallow pool for children.
Daily animation (scene to the left of the pool), free club tickets.
We rested here from 09/23/24-30.09.24, to be honest, I don't know where the 5* hotel comes from, the hotel is good, but it's not a top five for sure. Firstly, everyone goes to Turkey for a beach holiday, the hotel is located 10 minutes on foot from the pebble beach, that is, it is not the first or even the second line. There is a second beach to which the bus carries and it leaves on schedule and it's not every 30 minutes, but at 9:45, 10:10 and in my opinion the next one is around 14:00. A lot of people were also taken to the sandy beach from the Viking Garden Hotel.
Secondly, they still buy an all-inclusive ticket, especially with five stars, but here on both beaches the bar is paid, even the water is $ 1. Moreover, the bar at the Viking hotel was the most expensive beer $ 7- $ 9, the price changed every day, when $ 5 was nearby, after buying beer for $ 5, they came up to us and said you can't have your drinks on Viking beach!!!
Thirdly, which is not very pleasant, a sandy beach they smoke dirty everywhere, they throw steers, the sand is mixed with small pebbles, there was little space on the nearest pebble beach, the sun beds were too close to each other, THERE were NOT ENOUGH sun beds, I had to buy even sun beds at a nearby hotel for $ 5, people seemed to occupy sun beds from 8 a.m. But we personally were not ready to come to the sunbed by 8 a.m., we wanted to sleep, respectively, if we came to the beach by 10-00, all the sun beds were already occupied.
Fourthly, the restaurant did not even have packaged juice, from bottled drinks fanta, sprite, water, cola, tea, coffee from the vending machine, and from alcoholic beverages gin, vodka, beer, local whiskey. Once there was ayran at a Turkish evening, by the way, ayran was very tasty!
From fruits in the morning watermelon, lunch /dinner, pears, plums, oranges, apples.
From fish - in the evening, grilled steaks of red fish and that's it, there is no more seafood, some more bony slaves were on hand.
The rooms are very "tired", the doors are terrible, damaged, the pillows are not very comfortable, the entire filler is crumpled, cleaning was done every day, towels were changed on request, beach towels could be exchanged once a day.
A good plus is the location of this hotel, in the center of Kemer near the chapel, mosque, many shops and shops nearby.
At the hotel, they speak Russian at the reception, there were many Europeans, I didn't even see them with children, smoking throughout the hotel was especially annoying at discos and on the street in the restaurant area, it was impossible to sit for dinner/lunch, someone was smoking.
The toilet, shower and changing rooms on the beaches are in terrible condition, everywhere it stinks of urine and is very dirty.
Nice hotel. Clean, the rooms are large and comfortable. Average sound insulation. It is impossible to stay hungry or get bored) the team at the hotel is excellent - after two weeks we said goodbye to them as friends <3 far from the beach, but instead there is a great view and a market nearby once a week, and there is a bus from the hotel to the beach.
A very cool hotel. An interesting entertainment program. Very tasty cuisine. The evening shows are the coolest. Had a great time at this hotel in Kemer Turkey
The hotel is not bad, but not 5 stars, the price is too high for a good 4! How lucky you are with the number! Maybe the parking lot and some days the market and smell of fish.or maybe with a good view.but there are smoking areas under the rooms and the smell of smoke in the room. They look after cleanliness. They're trying.but the hotel is old and needs renovation. The food is normal.you won't stay hungry without frills. The staff was friendly.Their only drink is their vodka. Gin. wine. It's a long way to the sea. There is a bus from the hotel. but since November, the bus no longer carries! You can take a 15-minute walk to Viking Nova or Viking Beach. But he needs special shoes.and where they carry large and almost sand.
I got into this hotel by force.I bought a Viking Garden, paid, received a voucher for check-in, and a few days before departure I was informed that the Garden was closed and I would be checked into the Star. Among the advantages - excellent reception staff, kitchen and restaurant, maids. Cons: there is no territory, Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, there is no beach, we went through the whole Kemer to the Krislall club, next to the mosque, so at 6 a.m. you get out of bed to the singing of a mullah and 1.5 hours before breakfast you do not know where to put yourself.Another huge disadvantage is that on the day of departure it was pouring rain, and a large bus could not drive up to the hotel. And we had to walk with suitcases, with children, through puddles in the rain around the corner of the hotel where the bus was parked. While driving to the airport, passengers were collected at all the hotels, and the bus drove up to the entrance to all the hotels. I am very outraged by the leadership of the Viking network, who deceive people into worse conditions. I don't know why Viking Star has 5 stars. 4 stars maximum. I will never choose this hotel and all Viking again. And there is also a covered room right next to the hotel, where a grocery market is organized on Mondays. If I'm lucky, like me, there was a roar from cars all night, loading and unloading, then it was almost impossible to open the balcony from the smell of fish, both fresh and its preparation. This went on all day, and at night the cleaning and loading began.
To the sea 15 min. There is a bus from the hotel to the second sandy beach by time, min 7.Everything is nearby, a grocery market arrives once a week. The staff is polite. The food is excellent. The room has a refrigerator, safe, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, towels and towels for the beach. Great pool.
Everything is fine, I liked everything. The room is gorgeous.2 swimming pools. The staff is friendly. We had a very good rest. I will definitely recommend the restaurant in general, or I will repeat it again. Thanks!
An excellent hotel, very tasty food, no queues and fuss , the rooms were cleaned promptly, the spa is excellent, in short we are satisfied. The only downside is that it's quite a long walk to the sea
I had a rest from 09/20/24-09/26/24
First of all, the most important thing is that this is not a 5-star hotel, a maximum of 4 rooms
Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, there is nothing to talk about, gin, vodka and beer, everything else is paid
They gave a royal room, the TV does not show, dust and dirt everywhere, the lighting in the rooms does not work!!
A man walks in the lobby, invites you to the spa, someone says $ 35, someone 25, it's better to take the spa on the street, there is no difference!
Food for 3 people, soups are just doshirak, meat and minced meat is not possible!
I don't understand how in a 5-star hotel, there is no whiskey!!
Respect from the bar, there are no questions for him!
Minus- the bus to the beach leaves late after breakfast, there were no free drinks on the beach, even coffee for money. Everything else is fine, plus free Wi-Fi. To the pebble beach 10 minutes on foot, to the sandy beach -40 minutes, or by bus from the hotel they take you in the morning and after lunch, back to lunch and dinner.
We love this hotel, we've been there 2 times, we'll go again if the price is affordable.A small drawback is a pebble beach, people are like herring, you need to have time to take a place in the sun! Meals for 5 points. We are not picky, and we love Turkey very much. Thank you!
Excellent food, spacious rooms
You need to walk from the beach. I was resting at night, so it was okay, it wasn't hot to go. There was no animation anymore, so I can't say. On Mondays, there is a market right outside the hotel
There are shops and a bus stop nearby
It was in early March. I have long wanted to examine it, so to speak, from the inside. I liked almost everything: the room, the cleanliness, and the location. However, in summer, the presence of a market nearby can be annoying for someone…
Beach: this is a separate song. I remember this beach when we were at Bergamot Resort: 20-30 minutes on foot or by bus. There's a bar there: that's why you don't have to come back for lunch. A big plus is that there are practically no beaches around. Therefore, freedom, only your own
And I would like to mention the restaurant: it has been a long time since they fed so well on the coast in Turkey! Bravo to the Chef! The presence of tables outside the restaurant space is also normal
I want to come here again!
Thanks to Aisha, the receptionist
An excellent urban-type hotel. It is located in the center of Kemer. The food is at the highest level, everyone will find food to their taste. We got a room above the main entrance, at first we were a little upset, but then we realized that on the contrary - great, you can't hear the noise from the pool and the sounds from the mosque. The room is small, not the first freshness, but everything worked. There are two beaches from the hotel, one pebble - 10 min walk along a beautiful green alley. The second one is pebbly and sandy, and a shuttle runs to it in time. We liked the pebble one more. It so happened that we never rested by the pool, only by the sea. The staff is wonderful, everyone is smiling. The animators are cool too. On Mondays, there is a vegetable market right outside the hotel, which is just not there! Near the hotel there is a post office, a supermarket, an exchange office and various clothing stores. In the evening we walked in the park, along the embankment, the Kemerovo
Arbat. In short, I recommend the hotel. I will definitely come back
Everything is fine, the rooms have a hairdryer, soap, shampoo and shower gel were enough in full, the buffet is varied and delicious. There is a free hammam, a shuttle service to the beach. Wi-Fi in the lobby bar.
A good hotel, I liked the weather, we were in April 2024 , all nearby shops , market , pharmacies, Waikiki, as many as 3, etc. we walked a lot, everything bloomed and smelled blooming jasmine, orange and all flowers, mountains all around, clean air...I didn't swim, the food was good, the cleaning was also normal. The bad internet had to pay...
Viking 5 Hotel is located in the center of Kemer. There are many retail stores nearby. The territory of the hotel is small, there is a good pool. It's all clear. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea, the beach is pebbly.
Everything is fine with food and drinks.
The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed, too, every day.
The animators of the hotel are also trying, but it's not easy for them to rock the people.
In general, I recommend the hotel.
