The bags in the store are in terrible condition, scratched in spots and in some kind of glue,I thought there were new ones in stock, but the consultant did not answer my questions, I was very disappointed, maybe online ordering is better, but now I won't even try..

The leather on the bags from the warehouse is different from the leather of the showcase samples, there are some flaws on each bag (scratches, skin defects, protruding threads)
The consultant answers many questions uncertainly
