A year ago, we purchased a laptop from VICO-TECHNO LLC worth more than 2 thousand bel.rub., with a warranty period of 12 months. Arriving at the address during the warranty period of this organization, it was not there and we could not find out the real location, a few days later we found a new address of this legal entity, but the warranty period has already expired. The problem was that we couldn't open the laptop, the case detached. When we came in and introduced ourselves, the sales specialist, without even listening to the problem and without understanding the situation, looked at the invoice and sent us to the exit with a smile on his face due to the fact that the warranty period had expired and these were not our problems, sue - was the employee's response. This answer surprised and offended us very much, first of all, we are already regular customers who have purchased goods from them more than once. Accordingly, we insisted that we accept the application and very much asked the director to come out to us, who for unknown reasons refused and said to wait for a written response from a lawyer, we came out with an unpleasant aftertaste and a bad mood. Such an attitude towards the client should not be, you need to first find out the reasons and figure out the situation. Let's see how the issue is resolved, but there was no desire to get involved with VICO-TECHNO EVER again in the future! ... so decide for yourself
