The restaurant is located in the very center of Vitebsk.
Positive:
1. Convenient location.
2. Polite staff.
3. Delicious food.
4. Live music.
Minuses:
1. The complete absence of a supply and exhaust ventilation system, there is not enough fresh air. There are only air conditioners in the halls, which cannot cope with air cooling, the rooms are hot and stuffy.
2. There is no way to recharge mobile phones.

Pros: pleasant, courteous staff, atmosphere.
Cons: the food, especially the Caesar salad, which had croutons from a bag bought at the store, with spices, like beer. Also, the lettuce leaves were not a crispy, juicy Iceberg, but an ordinary thin salad. In my opinion, the leaves and dressing give this salad a delicious base!
Not the restaurant level of food.
It would be nice to pay attention to the kitchen, because this is the face of the restaurant. A face that you either want to see again or never.

We celebrated the anniversary in this restaurant. We didn't even expect it to be so great. A very cozy room, delicious dishes. It was cozy, all the guests were very satisfied with the service and excellent cuisine. An interesting interior, several halls, a wonderful summer veranda. And also why it is so cozy - it should be noted not only the professionalism of the kitchen, but also the skill of the staff. I happened to be in this place for a celebration. The interior is nice. There is live music (they also work with custom greetings, 10p)
What I didn't like: the tables were against the wall, so that to get out of the table you need to lift people, which I find uncomfortable. The waiters came up a couple of times during the whole time, and this is from 17 to 22. Empty plates, decanters, and more piled up on the tables. There are two WC (single rooms) in the entire establishment, they are not divided into M and J. You have to stand in queues, which also leaves not very good impressions,

Two halls, one of them with access to a terrace framed by climbing greenery - especially beautiful in the warm season. Each hall has its own musical accompaniment - live music (both in one and in the second hall the guys sing perfectly)
We have repeatedly held corporate events in Victoria. Only positive impressions every time.
The prices are very reasonable.

Thank you very much to this institution and its staff. I live in Minsk, but this place was chosen for mom's wake (mom lived in this city). I was satisfied. Excellent table decoration, excellent service. Our wishes have been muted and fulfilled. Very tasty food, beautifully decorated. At prices, it is so measurable that, in my opinion, you can have breakfast and lunch there, etc. Beautiful, stylish, delicate. There is no parking right next to it. But you can park in the courtyard of the house, in the adjacent parking lot. For people without cars, this is the center, there is a lot of transport to all parts of the city. The interior is pleasant and stylish. Everything is clean. Pleasant atmosphere. There is no smell from the kitchen in the hall. There is a banquet hall, a main hall, a heated veranda (which we were on). Pleasant lighting. I really liked everything. Price is quality. I definitely recommend that you have something to compare it with in the capital. Thanks to the chefs, waiters, and the management of the establishment. Everything is decent. Convenient location in the city center, there is a photo zone, a beautiful banquet hall, the toilet is clean and tidy. Live music, songs from the 80s, is more suitable for people of mature age. The dishes look beautiful, but they tasted disappointing, somehow tasteless, bland, for an amateur. The administrators tried so hard that they probably gathered all the anniversaries of the city in the hall.There were about a hundred people in the hall, not counting the track.If possible, they would have put tables on the ceiling.In short, like herrings in a jar.And I don't talk about dancing at all, unless it's in the lobby. We were in the restaurant on 05/8/20024.
We celebrated a birthday
The mood was spoiled from the very beginning of the evening.
Lisa the waiter is just something with something. Instead of 9 appliances, I covered 10 and placed salads with aspic on 10. They asked us to remove 1, but we were told that the aspic could not be removed, it had to be paid for!!!!(In 1 day, as it should be, we canceled the 1st person), we did not make a scandal. Then we constantly called Lisa through other waiters (she did not come herself). I brought -8 hot ones!!!! I ask why 8😒, she gives out: "you refused a person..." means 10-1 = 8 (such is the mathematics here!). An hour later, the missing hot dish was brought, which no one needed anymore.
In the end, she asked for a cake and 5 cups of tea. I brought tea, took out the cake after 30 minutes, when everyone had already drunk tea.
The kitchen also leaves much to be desired, everything is bland and tasteless (all the guests confirmed) Apparently the cook has changed, everything used to be very tasty.
I only liked the music.
I won't go any more and I won't advise others.

A very interesting restaurant. Everything is very decorous inside, but the prices are normal. We had an informal situation: we had to feed a child who refused to eat because of the heat. And we had to return to Minsk without stopping. We decided to take his portion with us. The waiter advised that it would be more convenient to eat on the bus.

The food is not bad, the food is fresh, considering that we ate raw meat and there were no surprises the next day. I did not like that after the menu was brought to us and we pointed out the specific wine that we would like to try, the waiter did not say a word that there was no such thing, but silently brought a bottle already opened by another one. To our remark that "the wine is not what we asked for," she said:"and we don't have another one." such things definitely need to be discussed with visitors in advance.
