I think there is no need to describe the place. Everyone who loves the Baltic States knows the Curonian Spit. The hotel itself is small, the rooms are small, but spacious and cozy. There is a decent selection of bicycles, trailers for transporting prynets and pryntesses. Everything is inexpensive, laundry, etc. There are a lot of WiFi points around the hotel, but the Internet is certainly so-so, I think that's the case in all hotels. To the water, and this is naturally not the sea, but the Neman, only 20-30 meters. The pier is close, where fishermen gather in the evening. The store is a 7-minute walk away. The playground is 2 minutes away. Parking is tight, but there seems to be enough space for everyone. Television is only local, but who wants to watch it there. The kitchen is tiny 1.5*1.5, but the five of us ate normally. On the floor there is a common outdoor veranda with tables where you can have lunch with the whole family, sit and drink. We lived for 2 weeks, we really liked it.
