This review about the care service 💀 I regretted a hundred times that I started spending money in this store! I bought a Tiffany necklace in the store and everything was OK, but when I ordered the hat online with payment upon receipt and waited humbly for it, but NO ONE contacted me... I found the number and clarified how I should track the order because I should already have it, to which they photographed the message they sent me. I don't have a whatsapp account on the Kazakhstan number. I REPORTED THIS IN THE COMMENTS TO THE ORDER! And that's it... then I got a message that the product was out.… Why didn't anyone email me? (as stated in their regulations) why didn't anyone call me? ... they wrote to me on a non-existing WhatsApp account and then decided to cancel the order! The level of professionalism is 100000000. And I have something to compare it with, I've been ordering on china for 5 years now, and in 5 years I haven't even had a single such case.
