There is no percentage for the service, shock! Delicious cuisine, the price tag is very low, but at the same time excellent service. The waiters are attentive, the girl at the entrance is also very clean, the toilets are very clean despite the large attendance! Food is brought quickly, again with a full house, I would go here on a regular basis.

I haven't been to the Fork for a long time. Well, 2 years old for sure. And then I decided to stop by with my brother. We ordered 2 medium-rare rib eye steaks. It was cooked very tasty. A portion of 330 g was quite enough.
We were served by a very polite waiter. First, he brought cold lemonade and asked if we were satisfied with the temperature of the drink. When eating steaks, I asked about the roasting of the steak. After a while, I generally asked if there were any comments or additions. We were very satisfied with both the food and the service. I haven't been here for 2 years, but they keep the brand!

We were walking and wanted to have lunch. We found it based on amazing reviews. We ordered 2 steaks and tea. Steak New York is just disgusting. The meat is tough, apparently very old. Well, it's unrealistic to chew. The price tag for steaks is 4-5K. The presentation of the dish is a microstake on a huge plate with a small amount of cabbage and 2 slices of bread. Usually bread is at least toasted, no, just 2 slices of bread. I didn't understand the sauce at all. Completely tasteless. It seems that there should be pepper, but I tried it separately - well, how can I say that pepper was crumbled into unleavened sour cream a little bit. The price tag is so-so, 2 steaks + kettle + fries + sauce is almost 15K.
I didn't understand the reviews at all. Perhaps, if you only drink beer, then it is normal)

In the beginning, the kitchen and the establishment gave hope for delicious food. And basically the salads and snacks were bad. But when the steak arrived, they were very disappointed. First, they cooked medium rare instead of medium. I had to ask to finish cooking. It didn't save the situation, there was still a lot of blood. But it would be all right if the meat was tender at the same time. It was tough and not tasty.
The compliment from the administration did not correct the situation, the dinner was not a success.
As it was, the beer and snacks were not bad.
