It was a pleasant place, atmospheric, last time you rode a summer horse, the food was delicious, the staff was polite, there were a lot of people, the evening was full, so it was a bit difficult to order more, in my opinion there weren't enough waiters, but otherwise everything was great.
I haven't been spending much time on reviews lately, but I decided to rate this place. The first thing that upset me was the quality of the Rib Eye Steak for 5,000 tenge. I was extremely unlucky with this order, the meat turned out to be tough, very stringy, and tasteless, even though it was Medium roast. The waitress periodically had to be shouted across the floor of the room to pay attention to us and take a new order. For some reason, after the main order, the waiters' interest in additional replenishment orders, even for expensive whiskey, disappeared.
I was extremely upset at the end of the evening by the situation in the restaurant, when the waitress in a hurry accidentally dropped and broke several glasses, bottles, and plates near our table, and the pieces flew in a circle. Other waiters quickly began to clean it up in a hurry, but they turned off the lighting. The waiters had to turn on their flashlights on their phones to see what was being swept away, and as a guest, I had to walk over these fragments and press them into the floor. I am extremely interested in the question of what kind of bullying attitude towards the staff in this institution, and I, as a guest, was left in an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere at the end of the evening. Don't forget that you are human beings and there should be a human attitude towards everyone, both your employees and your guests.
