Hotel Aurora - All inclusive in St. Constantine and Elena, Bulgaria. I had a rest from September 11 to 22, 2019. I come to this resort for the seventh year in a row to different hotels and I can compare them. Aurora was pleasantly surprised. I arrived in the evening and the polite, friendly managers from the reception desk directed me to the hotel restaurant for dinner, and only then they checked in and helped me connect Wi-Fi so that when I entered the room I could immediately call home. Check-in: I was provided with a room at the hotel (there is also a villa on the territory of the complex) exactly according to my wishes: spacious, 3rd floor with a balcony and sea view. The room is large, bright, and the air conditioner is located as far away from the bed as possible. There were: a hair dryer, a refrigerator, a TV, a multi-level clothes dryer on the balcony. Wet cleaning of the room and changing of towels took place daily, and bed linen was changed every three days. I really liked the professional work of the hotel managers: Yelitsa, Maria, Ivan.. They know their business well, are polite and friendly. The chef of the restaurant is also good, who did not leave anyone hungry. The menu is focused on European cuisine, which is correct, since the bulk of the hotel's guests are residents of Germany, Poland and Russia. I've never seen queues in a restaurant. The waiters clean the used dishes immediately, so it was comfortable to be at the table. The bartenders know their business, are efficient and helpful. This resort is a quiet, green place near Varna. The sea is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel at a leisurely pace through the coniferous park. The beach is sandy. Conclusion: excellent value for money. I recommend the Aurora Hotel: come, relax, you will not regret it. Tatiana, Moscow
