We lived in a large company, a very hospitable place, with delicious breakfasts and cozy rooms. Thank you, we will definitely visit you on our next visit to Armenia))
Greetings, we had a rest in early May in hospitable Armenia! The villa is located near the center, 20min walk (walked regularly) on an unlived street. Within walking distance of a store, pharmacy, ATM. There are no cafes nearby! Cleanliness is not a feature of this establishment, while they are cleaned every day; the common outdoor recreation area and balconies are dirty. The dining room is decorated very interestingly, a large bright and clean room. Breakfasts are not very diverse, do not expect much for sure. Ask to make oriental coffee in a Turk, the staff does it, but look carefully, otherwise they will bring instant coffee in the kettle; you can ask for a kettle and a hairdryer in the room, they are not available separately in the rooms. The staff behaves as if they are not there, and there are not many people staying at the hotel either; the capacity is 16 people. I don't think I want to go back to this hotel.
Awesome room, quiet, cozy. Delicious breakfasts in the morning, I liked homemade apricot jam and cottage cheese. A cozy courtyard where you can drink coffee and smoke, close to the main places in the center. Thank you very much, it was like home🙏🏻
We rested in the hotel opposite. One evening, a relative of the hotel owner decided to practice her driving skills on a narrow street. As a result, 2 were injured.
I came from Novosibirsk by car. As a result, the bumper is broken... the Armenian insurance cannot pay because I do not have an Armenian bank account and the name of the culprit of the traffic police type was incorrectly filled out.
We booked the hotel through alfatravel, when we arrived 40 minutes later, we were told that the operator called them late and informed them about our reservation and there was no room, but we can drive to their branch in the center and check in there. When we arrived there, we were told that another mistake had occurred and there were no seats here, although literally 20 minutes had passed. It seems that the place is attractive, but it's no use if there is no service and banal honesty with customers.
We had a great time, the cons are like that, plus authenticity and sincerity. Breakfast is served at a large table, just like in a family. The interior is assembled from historical regions and cities of Armenia.
Not like in the pictures, make no mistake!!! We were with small children - we were settled on the very last floor, there is no elevator, the stairs are scary. Not worth the money!
