We took 2 rooms in the building. We were vacationing with three children, grandparents. We have been vacationing for 3 years in a row in Ldzaa and Villa Lavender is the best place. The rooms are in perfect order, the rooms are spacious, everything is new, clean linen, towels -everything is snow-white. The room is not hot even without air conditioning. But he is also a good one.
The territory is fenced, the children ran around in the evenings in a fun company. cool ottomans, high-quality chairs, good cuisine. Laundry is free.
George and David are great guys. They are very understanding and positive. They are trying very hard, it is clear that the Villa is made with a soul.
Our children broke a glass. We calmly went to pay. But we were told we didn't need anything. Our little child got sick, we had to change the bed linen more often. Without the slightest hint of dissatisfaction, everything was provided to us. We tried to help in every possible way.
We were treated to grapes😊

Great place! We had a family vacation in July 2021. Friendly and very sincere hosts!!! They will help and prompt you. Always in touch)
On the territory there are separate mini-cottages with snow-white bed linen, with their own bathroom. Excellent mattresses, hair dryer, cable TV, Internet, hot water. And in general, the Lavender area is clean and cozy, there is a shared kitchen with everything you need, a washing machine, and another nice bonus is a swing and poufs. In the evening, we had a great time on them, or on our veranda. Each house has verandas (balconies). The villa is still young, it seems to have been opened to guests only this year. But everything is so comfortable and cozy, you can immediately see that people reacted to this project with their hearts)
It is very close to the sea, 5-7 minutes. The beach is incredible, located in a protected area. Relict pines on the beach are something. You can hide in their shadows, and the sea is the purest. There are many cafes and canteens nearby with pleasant prices.
If you still have a chance to relax in Abkhazia, then only the guys at the Lavender Villa. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!!!

A quiet, peaceful, secluded place. The territory is fenced, away from busy roads, 5-7 minutes walk to the beach. Wonderful hosts. George is the very care and courtesy! We were in tulle-the grapes were just ripe in August. The owners harvested, washed everything and set the grape tables for the visiting guests. That's great! Everything is clean, the washing machine is available 24/7, gas stoves, air conditioning in each room, Wi-Fi, subscription and Internet.

We had a family vacation from 08/02/2024 to 08/11/2024. A wonderful and atmospheric place, the territory is well maintained, the houses have comfortable beds, there is a shower, toilet, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, the owners are friendly, always ready to help. Of course, it's a long way to the sea, but for me it's not important to walk 10 minutes, near a minimarket, supermarket, cafes, canteens.

Beautiful, cozy houses - bright, clean! The territory is closed, children run, play in the yard - fun and safe, our 4-year-old daughter did not want to leave, demanded to stay here to live 😂
The cabins have everything - a hairdryer, a refrigerator. There is a boiler in the house, there is always hot water.
The kitchen is shared, it is better to come here with your own dishes, cook yourself, because there is no service in Abkhazia as a kind and there is nowhere to have breakfast at all!
From the sea, 5-7 minutes by slow pawn. The beach is huge, there are a lot of people, but there is even more space)))

The room cleaning is great! It is very nice to come to a clean room! We have been vacationing with our family since June 10th. Everything is done with taste. Clean rooms with everything you need; beautiful, well-groomed territory with swings. Each room or house has a place where you can sit outside, this is important for those who like to be outdoors more. The shared kitchen has everything you need and is kept clean. In addition, the beach in the village is gorgeous: clear sea and pine trees that create a natural shade-no umbrellas are needed on the beach. And the sea air combined with the aroma of Pitsunda pines is simply magical. There is something to ride and, importantly, all catamarans, subs and jet skis are located in the technical area and do not interfere with swimmers, unlike, for example, Gagra, where this technique smells like a gas station on the beach and this technique drives almost over the heads of swimmers. Separately, I would like to say about the very hospitable hosts. George and David are very friendly and endearing. If necessary, an individual tour will be organized. Pitsunda is nearby, you can take a minibus, or you can walk, like us. For lovers of a relaxing holiday, I definitely recommend it!We visited Abkhazia in different places, but the children liked Lavender the most!Next time we will book in advance to occupy a separate house))

We had a threesome with our girlfriends last year. This year we decided to stay in another city, but also in houses. We compare the whole vacation with these and understand that everything was super good in Lavender 👌
I recommend everyone to stay in this villa✅:
1. A quiet place, but close to the sea, near shops with delicious fruits and vegetables, cafes.
2. The houses are really high quality. Now I have something to compare it with. Little things like an additional window in the bathroom for better and faster ventilation, a sink for washing, additional a window on the entrance panel for ventilation of the main room. Somewhere they save money on this and do not make them and have to open the door, and sleeping with the door open is such a pleasure.
3. A normal mirror, this is important for women.
4. The house is wide, the three of us were comfortable 👌
5. The owner has familiarized himself with the rules of accommodation in advance. It's cool not to get in the way of you and you to the others.
6. Very clean, shower, sink, beds, shared kitchen.
7. The generator. Everyone's lights are turned off, but not in Lavender.

Villa Lavender is a very cozy, wonderful and peaceful place to relax! I really liked the area with beautiful roses, the terrace with swings and tables where we drank coffee and had lunch. We lived in houses where everything was cozy and clean, everything was done with taste. Snow-white bed linen and towels, a kettle, a refrigerator are all there. The audibility is low, the neighbors were not heard at all. There is a large kitchen with everything you need, everything is always kept clean, which is very nice. And the caring attitude of the owner George is beyond praise!!! We booked directly, even recommendations for crossing the border, taxi phone numbers, etc. were sent to us, which is very convenient.

We lived in house number 6 in the middle of July. I liked everything very much.
Closed territory. Large Parking for cars. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a barbecue area, a canopy for gatherings. There is a washing machine and dryers. Wi-Fi is available on site.
The house has good beds and mattresses, clean bed linen, air conditioning, TV with full-length movies and cartoons.
Special thanks to the owner George, for his responsiveness and desire to create and provide a comfortable stay.
After 3 days of rest, we came to the conclusion that it is better and more reliable to cook food ourselves, rather than eat in cafes, since everything is on site for this.
It is a 10-minute walk to the beach, but we preferred to drive a little further on small pebbles or sand before reaching the "Marble Castle".

Nice houses, spacious rooms, the disadvantages are not enough furniture in my opinion. The hospitable host George will help, advise, tell, and thank him very much for this. The territory is clean, there is a Parking lot. It's about 10 minutes to the sea along a dusty road with cow cakes and piles of garbage around the edges, but the sea is also dirty. Will I come here again, I think not... But this is not the problem of this Lavanda guest house, but rather of the whole of Abkhazia, it did not go away...

Disgusting host! Snoring can be heard outside the walls! It's impossible to sleep! They tried to move out, so the owner did not want to give the money. Everyone in this villa has rotavirus! We stayed there for one day and immediately got sick! Wi-Fi is not catching. It's a long way to the sea. George is completely inadequate. He loves money, he doesn't like to work. He does not respect his guests. Negative reviews are being cleaned! I do not recommend it!

Villa Lavender-van love! We had a rest from the end of August to the beginning of September with two children in a house with a bunk bed. Before booking, all videos, photos and every review from this place were viewed. I will note that I have the same demands for pedantry and aesthetics 😁
The rest exceeded expectations, starting with the fact that we saw something like an air ozonizer in the house. It turns out that disinfection is carried out before the arrival of the guests.
The mattresses are super (no springs stick anywhere), the linen and towels are snow-white like in a hotel. Everything is clean, without stains. All mattresses have mattress pads👌There is a shelving and hangers. In the shower there is a convenient shelf on wheels and a hairdryer. Roses grow near the houses, I enjoyed their smell every day 🥰
Location in a quiet place (far from the driveways, passageways and canteen-kebab-shaver parts). There is a parking lot for your car, a gazebo with swings, a separate kitchen building with everything you need, a specially designated smoking area. Everything is clean, tidy and in the same style.
And all this is thanks to the owners) Customer orientation is on top! We had a problem in the cabin and it was solved without any dissatisfied people there. If you need a towel change, you will be provided with it.
On our arrival, all the guests were friendly, they did not meet any rednecks. Probably, what kind of hosts and guests are like 🥰
Our neighbors and I wanted to extend our vacation, but there were no free places-this also says something.
Among the wishes:
1) laminate the sheet with another rule "If you took a corkscrew, bring it back. The neighbors are looking for him to drink wine too." Well, or something like that)) By the way, they seem to be in the amount of two pieces, but everyone is looking for them 😅
2) And ideally, I did not have enough mirrors in the floor (this is if you are right to find fault).

We were in August, booked 2 days. We arrived and looked at the hotel... A man came running for the remaining amount, We made comments on the number... They told us that you either pay 100 percent or get out of the hotel.. Then there were phone conversations with George (the owner), he started yelling at me, "Who are YOU to make remarks to me! Either pay the full amount or go wherever you want!" then first they took our things out of the room, then we left the hotel...13000r.(advance payment)They never returned it.... Bottom line. we found a better hotel in terms of quality and service, and a lower cost per day..
Conclusion: The photos shown in the advertisement do not all correspond to reality.
P.S. There is a lot of housing, a lot of hotels are being built.. You can always find accommodation in terms of quality and budget. Prices range from 2000 to 8000 rubles. per day room....

A wonderful place, not typical for Abkhazia. The owners managed to create their own atmosphere of comfort. An autonomous house is a huge plus, especially when with children and there is no danger of listening to soundtracks from neighbors throughout the night.
The houses are new, nice, everything is there. There's not even anything to find fault with :) Two managerial brothers are smart, they hear everything, they react instantly. There is a generator, there is hot water, WiFi is excellent, snow-white cotton linen - what else do you need?
I am a lady with high expectations, but even I am very comfortable, cozy, and safe here with two children. And very calm in this autonomy of his in his house...

Great place! We had a rest from July 4 to July 10, 2022. The villa is located in the village of Ldzaa near Pitsunda. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea. The beach and the water are clean, the beach is shallow and pebbly, relict pines grow along the coast where you can hide from the sun in the heat. There are changing rooms, a toilet. The houses are new, clean with a terrace on which it is pleasant to sit in the evening with a glass of Abkhazian wine (which is incomparable there))). The bed linen and towels are snow-white. The house has its own bathroom with a shower. The room has a hairdryer, kettle, cable TV, Internet, refrigerator, air conditioning. The shared kitchen has everything you need. There is a washing machine. There is also a barbecue area. There is a wonderful cafe with reasonable prices and delicious cuisine 2 minutes away. I definitely recommend staying at Villa Lavender. The house is clean, bed linen and towels are fresh upon arrival. But at the entrance, it should be borne in mind that no one cleans up during the entire stay in the houses, towels and bed linen are not changed, garbage is taken out on its own. We lived for six days and the towels were not changed. There is no direct exit to the sea, you need to go around the road with cars and cow heaps for about one kilometer. The lights are turned off very often in this area, of the 6 days of stay there was no light for 3 days with varying success, there is no generator, candles and flashlights too, so in the evening with the children it is still a quest. After 23 hours, it will be problematic to sit and chat with the company in the courtyard, since the houses have very weak noise insulation.

We stayed at Villa Lavender on April 27-28! About an hour after we settled into a cozy new house, I realized that I had dropped my phone in a taxi (we were traveling from New Athos to Pitsunda). A million photos of Abkhazia seemed irretrievably lost. But the owner of Lavender, thanks to his connections, quickly solved this issue, found a taxi driver and went to get my phone! It is very valuable when there is a person ready to help! I think it would be impossible to get my phone back without him.
Now about the villa itself! A very pleasant place. Everything is brand new and clean. Comfortable double beds, air conditioning, hair dryer, refrigerator. The house is made with love, it's a pleasure to relax. There are mountains nearby, the air is amazing! There is a separate story about the beach, because we all dream of relaxing in the shade of trees, but here these are relict pines! We are coming back here in June, but with the children))
I definitely recommend staying here, because it's so important when you're in a foreign country, but you have someone to count on!! Thanks to the owner of Villa Lavender!

I can't put a five because of the pavement in the yard. pebbles are not very good for children - they beat the knees. and the kitchen should be equipped with a microwave, the stove should be cleaned. I understand that it's the tenants who are dirtying everything. But it would be nice to keep the communal kitchen clean.
