We were at a friend's ANNIVERSARY. We are pleasantly surprised by a sincere, positive and pleasant place called the Lion Villa. The territory is well maintained, the rooms are clean and fresh, the restaurant, the reception - everything is done with a soul. It is clear that the people who came up with and brought this idea to life did it both for themselves, mentally and at home. The food is delicious - ALL of IT! What we were not served at the banquet (knuckle with cabbage, quail, meat dishes, mantas, etc., etc.), everything was delicious! Thank you very much to the chef and his team! Spa, with a swimming pool, hydro massage with a steam room, a large relaxation room - an indispensable relaxation, especially on the second day))) There is a separate barbecue area on site. A lake with a small beach, a river and a forest nearby, the views are positive. The possibility of organizing additional recreation: fishing, ATV riding, etc., pleasantly complement the variety of recreation. A small wish for the waiters, specifically for the waitress Daria, you need to be more attentive and treat your duties better (often, empty and dirty dishes were not removed from the tables, add boiling water to the kettle, it was not even remembered, a gloomy and not smiling face... If she is tired, the management may need to give her a rest ...). But, this moment, in particular, did not affect the overall assessment and impression in any way!

A great place to relax in a remote corner of our country. The estate is located almost on the banks of the Leva River, where you can both fish and swim in the warmer months. Nice and themed rooms for every taste. There is a SPA area. A beautiful and spacious restaurant that serves delicious and exceptional dishes. They provided an opportunity to charge an electric car.

We recently spent an unforgettable vacation at the Lion Villa. This place amazed us with its incredible nature and picturesque landscapes. Every morning we enjoyed the views, which are simply breathtaking.
The cuisine here is simply amazing! Every meal was a real gastronomic pleasure. The dishes were not only delicious, but also beautifully decorated.
I would especially like to mention the staff. All the staff were very friendly and attentive, always ready to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible.
There is also a wonderful spa area with a swimming pool and a sauna, where you can completely relax and enjoy your vacation.
We will definitely come back here again and recommend Villa Leva to anyone who is looking for the perfect place to relax.
