We had a rest in October 2023 (almost out of season). The villa is located on the outskirts of Fethiye in a quiet, residential area with many villas around. There is a Migros nearby, 300-400 meters to the sea (municipal beach). If there is a car, then the place is very convenient, quick exit to the highway. The complex itself consists of about 8 two-storey villas with a common recreation area: lawn, swimming pool, gazebos. Each villa has a balcony, a terrace, a barbecue, sun loungers, a cocoon swing. On the ground floor there is a small living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Initially, everything was beautifully conceived, now it's a little tired. If you don't find fault with the little things, we liked it! They were filmed for 1000-1100 liras/day.
The owner is responsive, but at times, the condition of the villa and infrastructure leaves much to be desired. The pool generally looked extremely dangerous and not attractive. The villa itself is very old

Not a bad place.
There is a swimming pool, a closed area.
The furnishings and furniture are frankly tired, a couple more years and it will already be uncomfortable to live.
There were no difficulties when settling in, there are always a couple of employees on the territory. The wifi didn't work - it was fixed in a couple of hours. Everything else is fine, there is a kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, air conditioning in every room
We had a family vacation, a very cozy place! The house is certainly not the first freshness, but everything is comfortable to the beach 10 minutes on foot, the store is large 5 minutes on foot
We rested here for 2 years in a row, it's frustrating that the hostess does not invest in repairs, otherwise the place is excellent, there is a basik, a barbecue area
