The expectations from the hotel were fully justified!
Well-maintained territory, the room is clean, spacious, cozy. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay: a spacious wardrobe, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer. I was pleased with the snow-white bed linen and a set of towels.
A large shared kitchen with a dining area is also a plus. A lot of dishes, a washing machine and an iron are in common access.
Convenient location in the city - the central embankment and the central district in general can be reached in 15 minutes, the nearest beach is five minutes away. There are many grocery stores nearby.
A separate bonus is the hospitality and responsiveness of the hosts, it feels like everything is being done with a soul) More good guests for you!

Great place, great hosts!
Stylish design, clean rooms, everything you need in the rooms, air conditioning, towels,bed linen, a large shared kitchen equipped with everything you need-2 cooking surfaces, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a washing machine, tables and chairs, a refrigerator is also present in the kitchen.
The territory is landscaped with young trees and plants🍀
The location is very convenient, near the sea, canteens, cafes, pharmacies, souvenir shops, the embankment.
As I understand it, it is possible with animals, because our neighbors lived with a dog.
The owners themselves have a wonderful big, kind and unforgettable dog Richie🫶

It's a good place, I can safely recommend it. We were satisfied.
A good mattress, high-quality bed linen
, snow-white towels,
fresh repairs. Adequate pillows. The owners lived nearby, friendly and polite people.
Nearby there are shops and fruit stalls, a pharmacy. The central embankment is within walking distance. We cooked the food ourselves. There is everything in the shared kitchen. And for cooking, and for washing and ironing.
Clear.
There is a construction site on the territory, for which the owners constantly apologize. But it didn't bother us, we were tired every day and just didn't notice. It's just that people are working on the sidelines, well, let them work. Somehow they didn't even come into my field of vision.
There is a beach nearby in a 2-minute walk, but we went to the far one, I liked it more. 210p in one direction, but our neighbors also walked to it. It's about 30-40 minutes.
The construction will end and there will be a very luxury villa.
Sometimes a friendly and affectionate dog comes to visit, it looks formidable, but this is deceptive.

We rested in this wonderful place in early August, everything is clean and cozy, there is a kitchen area with all necessary appliances. The hosts themselves are very friendly people who are ready to help in any way they can. There was a very nice bonus in the form of a wine of our own production with the name of the Villa. My friend and I really liked the location three minutes from the sea, along the way there are mini markets and shops. The beach is equipped, there are 3 cafes. I recommend it to everyone and if we go there, then only there.

It's not the first time I've come to Villa Oasis❤️it's love at first sight 😻 starting from a cozy plot with a beautiful landscape! A wonderful place! Convenient location, near the center and the promenade within walking distance, the beach is 5 minutes away.
Great clean, stylish room, kitchen with everything you need. In general, everything is fine! I recommend it!

We were in this place with my husband. We were very satisfied. The room was very clean and tidy, all the linen was new and white. Upon check-in, wine is given as a compliment. The owners are very kind and helpful people, they helped with all the issues that arose. The location is very convenient, everything was within walking distance: the beach, establishments and restaurants. We will definitely come again next year. I'm still excited about my vacation!

Hello) We had a rest with family and friends from 12.06-25.06, there were 7 of us, we occupied 3 rooms.
I was in Abkhazia 7 years ago near Pitsunda in Ldzaa, I remember how there was a complete lack of basic conditions, so I brought everything with me, a coffee maker , coffee, hercules, etc.)) We were surprised to say the least)), getting out of the taxi, a stylish plot with a landscape , lighting , paths , garden furniture made of artificial rattan at each house , the rooms are spacious , new , air-conditioned , a shared kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking , parties and games😜
The hosts are amazingly hospitable , cute , charismatic and charming people with a great sense of humor. Separate 6th star for the dog ) 8 -month-old Cane Corso puppy , affectionate , calm child, children loved to play ball with him , and he gave all paws at the same time for a piece of cheese )
The location couldn 't be better , the location is deep from the road , but very close to the center , a large selection of shops, cafes , restaurants, fruit markets , several beaches to choose from , the nearest is 10 minutes, the farthest is 2 km , but the further the better for us 😂athletes )
We will be happy to come again and more than once ♥️
The number of houses is rapidly increasing , with the simultaneous arrival of several families , one or two more refrigerators , a sink and a stove are definitely needed , I would increase the kitchen line not any of the walls , the room is spacious . It would be more spacious and convenient to cook and not interfere with each other .
I forgot to tell you about the huge number of beautiful places that you definitely need several vacations to visit)

We had a rest at your place in November. Very cozy, comfortable houses in a quiet area. To the embankment 5 min. A separate kitchen with everything you need, with a washing machine. Upon check-in, there was a bottle of wine in the room, as a present, the hosts are very welcoming and hospitable! They suggested how to get to certain locations, shared where to have a delicious meal. Always been in touch! 🫶🏼 To say that we are satisfied is to say nothing! If it would be possible to put - then all 5 +! We were in the second half of October, alone on the whole territory. Very clean and cozy houses, laconic and stylish. It is located at the end of a street that leads directly to the beach (5-7 minutes on foot maximum, at the end the road runs through a beautiful but abandoned Soviet sanatorium). In addition to the houses, there is a nice spacious kitchen on the territory, with a washing machine, a dishwasher for the lazy, two good gas and electric stoves, as well as several tables with chairs and very beautiful backgammon - we chopped almost every evening with my wife :) on the street while you go to the beach or walk around beautiful Sukhum, you can eat well with various fruits that grow all around) Special huge respect and gratitude to the hosts for the warmth and cool communication!

I didn't know anything about the small country of Abkhazia, when I looked at well-known hotel sites, nothing came to me and I turned to Apsua tour on advice, I was offered several options and among them was Villa Oasis, I hesitated for a long time, since this option was a little more expensive than the others, but still I decided I didn't regret it at all. The houses are new, located in a secluded place of Sukhum. The cabins have everything you need: a small refrigerator, rain shower, Internet, comfortable beds. As a girl, I did not have enough floor-to-ceiling mirror and maybe some kind of armchair inside the house, there is a small veranda, but it is not always possible to sit there in the sultry heat of August. The kitchen is shared, it has everything you need for cooking and storing food, if someone is too lazy to cook on vacation. The hosts are in touch 24*7, always ready to solve any problem and answer any question.
Thank you for the wonderful rest and the warmth of your houses.
