We stayed here in November 2022 - the most adequate price was for the old center of Tbilisi and the breakfasts were in the restaurant next door, buffet and everything is delicious. The room has a small balcony, tea/coffee and kettle, refrigerator. In general, there is everything for recreation. But this time we had breakfast in the same building on the 2nd floor, a buffet, more meager, but in general there is a choice and we ate quietly) Location in the very center, on Rustaveli Street - there is a supermarket around the corner, a little further you can go buy a SIM card in Magti, eat in a rooftop restaurant with with a view of the whole city, or walk to a large shopping center and a metro station nearby, if necessary) in general, I recommend

We studied our booking at the booking office inside and out. They themselves do not know the price of the room, they do not know how many beds we have and whether there is a balcony. They tried to give change for less than 20 lari, they noticed it in time. There are no slippers in the room (okay), and there are no towels with soap. The balcony overlooks a sad and dirty courtyard.

The place is good, quiet day and night. There is breakfast - quite normal Minus- The smell of dampness in the toilet, the smell of sewage sometimes.
