In general, everything is fine, but I do not recommend taking rooms on the top floor: firstly, it is not convenient and difficult to carry things without an elevator, and secondly, because of the sloping roof, you often bang your head against the ceiling. We spent the night in a triple room . At the bottom, the laundry machines were being picked up and taken away , it was a little noisy . Room with carpets on the floor of the USSR. The parking at the hotel is good. If you leave early in the morning , park so that you are not propped up , there is such a thing
