Everything is very clean and beautiful. The room has everything you need, towels, hair dryer. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. There is a common dining room where you can drink tea or coffee, a microwave and dishes. A quiet area of the city, but there is a Groshik grocery store nearby. Free parking is available on site. There was only one drawback - we were put in a room in the basement, and there was absolutely no Wi-Fi or Internet on the phone. For this, minus one star.

A cozy place for travelers to relax and recuperate!
Comfortable, clean, beautiful. The service is excellent. Nice friendly atmosphere!
In the morning you will be pleasantly surprised in the dining room! Although breakfast is not included in the price, you can treat yourself to tea, coffee and all sorts of goodies, which in itself already pulls for breakfast. But we ordered a portion of cheesecakes for an additional fee and were very satisfied! If we are in those parts, we will definitely stay there!

Very clean and cute! The bed linen is perfectly white! It's a hot summer - the air conditioner is very useful. A nice and friendly girl at the reception. Breakfast can be ordered. The prices were also pleasantly surprised. You can go down to the kitchen and drink tea or coffee. There is also a microwave, and dishes can be taken to the room, or you can sit in a very cozy bright small dining room. Beautiful green courtyard. Parking inside the courtyard. Generally 10 out of 10!! I recommend. And we will come again if possible!

Friends, I liked everything. A wonderful place to relax and stay. I am pleasantly surprised by the service, the condition of the rooms and the quality of service. The room has all the amenities: air conditioning, toilet, shower, electronic room key.
Among the disadvantages, I note the lack of hygiene products in the room - shampoo. There is soap and toilet paper. In general, I recommend it to everyone to visit.

The appearance of the suite is not bad. But that's where it ends. There is a leaky shower stall in the bathroom: a faucet malfunction. In addition, the bottom of the shower stall is also not hermetically connected to the floor. As a result, the water spills out of the cabin. A towel was used to plug the water outflow. The suspended ceiling in the shower is torn. The suite has solid soap, shower gel and a hairdryer. It's time to replace the towels. The bed is large, but uncomfortable. There's a hole between the mattresses. Two people can only sleep on half of the bed. In general, it's a beautiful cover, but inside ... I hope the owners will take note of the comments.

We took a Studio attic room. There is a kitchen, refrigerator, stove. There are dishes. It's a pity there's no washing machine. There is an air conditioner. 5 beds. Everything is clean and new.
Its own small Parking lot. The territory is very well maintained.
Breakfast is 15 Belarusian rubles for scrambled eggs, dumplings, cheesecakes and 5 for oatmeal, plus tea/coffee.

We decided to visit Belarus for the Christmas holidays. We wanted to stay in Minsk, but all the hotels were occupied for our dates. The choice was made on Baranovichi, in Villa Sara. And they didn't regret it!. We booked two rooms: a suite with a separate entrance and a double room. The period of stay is from January 04 to January 10. The attitude of the staff is at the highest level, there are no complaints from the word at all. They are friendly, they will tell you everything, all requests were fulfilled almost instantly. The rooms are clean and warm (the batteries can be adjusted independently). Cleaning and changing towels daily (you don't even need to ask). The manager (or maybe the owner) is friendly, immediately offered coffee at the meeting.... THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Thanks to you, I felt at home. The next time I arrive, I won't have any questions about choosing a hotel. Definitely only here! You can still write a lot of good things (about Nina, about Oksana), but I'm afraid this will no longer be a review, but a whole story. Thank you to the staff and managers of the hotel! I was in your city for work. I stayed at this hotel. The hotel is located in the city center, a large, comfortable area. Parking in a closed area. There are CCTV cameras everywhere. A wonderful hotel with very comfortable conditions, designer renovation, new furniture. The beds are very comfortable, there is everything you need, the staff is friendly and friendly.

A wonderful hotel, we took two superior rooms, (just below the suite). The rooms are super, (shower, toilet, double bed, hangers at the entrance, spacious wardrobe, armchair-bed, TV, air conditioning)
no one bothered. There is a closed parking on site. Amazing staff, polite and will help with any question. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. I recommend it to everyone, unfortunately there is only one minus: there is no way to evaluate it above 5 stars here

I liked the location very much, not a noisy area, not far on foot to places with shops, and by taxi to the center and other areas. Very helpful staff, neat and pleasant suite room. Specifically, the suite has problems with sound insulation in the bedroom, the neighboring noisy companies are very audible. But there is a pull-out sofa in the living room, you can move there. Wi-Fi is good on weekdays, but of course it is overloaded on weekends. Private balcony in the room, lots of batteries. The living room is slightly cool because of the entrance balcony door, the bedroom is very warm.
The overall impressions are very good.

We booked a room for a day, we were passing through from Moscow. Pleasant, courteous staff. We quickly filled out all the documents. The territory is fenced. The rooms are clean and tidy. The only thing that caused a little discomfort was the very thin walls and the front door of the room. One gets the feeling that they are not fenced off from the neighbors by a wall, but by a screen.
I don't take off the star, because for me, the human attitude of the staff always comes first. The receptionist girls were on top.

Nice hotel. I am very surprised that hotels of this level can be present not in Minsk, and not even in the regional center.
Of course, there are nuances in noise insulation, but it didn't really bother me.

Positive: quiet location, private sector. Closed territory, Parking, barbecue in summer. There is a kitchen, free coffee and tea. The rooms are clean. They are cleaned often . Polite staff.
Cons: there are no breakfasts and dinners, order and delivery are possible. There is a problem with payment, only cash, Russian cards are not accepted. Some rooms are cool. The smell of sewage in the room . I had to vacate the room and move out, because the next visitor was recorded.

Good service, friendly staff, cozy room (the only drawback is good audibility), pleasant atmosphere. We had a rest in Brest, on the way at night near Baranovichi there was a breakdown in the car. I had to look for a hotel for the night. They sheltered us in Villa Sara - they found two rooms in the middle of the night (there were 4 of us). Very friendly, understanding administrator Vasily is a man in his place!👍👍👍 A huge human thank you to him!!! He also suggested where to repair the car well and quickly. As a result, everything was done for us the very next day. I have very pleasant impressions about this place and people☺️

I was in Belarus for several days, I chose this hotel and did not regret it. I easily booked a room through Vacap, paid on arrival, it is very convenient, they accept a Russian Mir card. The conditions are excellent, the room is clean and cozy. The staff is all friendly and caring. The atmosphere in the hotel was such that it felt like I was at home. I really liked the dining area for the guests. Everything that is necessary is provided. If you want to order food from the restaurant, you can buy it in the store, there are dishes and a microwave, seagulls, coffee. Also a nice bonus, breakfast👌, everything was very tasty. The price-quality ratio is 10. The hotel is located near the center, but in the private sector, so I was very pleased with the silence (which is so lacking in the metropolis). In general, I highly recommend it, I rested for these few days, as if I had been on a full vacation. I will definitely come back again, just to relax.

It's a beautiful place. We were greeted and escorted off with a smile. Towels were changed every day. The rooms are bright, not cramped. The rooms are clean. The staff is not noticeable. The place is new. On the 1st floor there is a dining room with a TV, you can feed yourself, you can order breakfast for d/p. The territory is fenced with a blind fence. The gate is automatic (the administrator opens it). The gate opens with the guest's card. Parking on the territory, under the Windows (more than one "sprinter" will easily fit)

Everything is fine, I took off one star for noise insulation, the guests in one of the rooms arranged a romantic at 2 a.m., the whole hotel listened to the reception at 5, there is a zone below where you can eat with a refrigerator and a kettle. The renovation is new, the hotel is well maintained.

A comfortable bed, which is very important after a long trip, smells delicious in the room and throughout the hotel. Clean dining area and well-maintained territory. A wonderful place near the center. In the private sector (cars and other annoying sounds are minimal).
The room is standard with a balcony. The bed and towels (5 pieces) smelled fresh. The room has good lighting. Clean and cozy.
The bathroom is on the level.
There is a shared dining area with a kettle, microwave, dishes and tea and coffee.
The refrigerator is in the same place.

We arrived at about 22.00. We were greeted, shown the room, quickly settled in. To say that I liked the interior is to say nothing!)) Everything is in a classic pastoral style, pleasant beige tones are pleasing to the eye. The ordinary (non-luxury) room is perfectly clean and cozy. The shower and toilet are combined, there is enough space. We didn't hear the neighbors, good sound insulation.The only thing I would like to add is that you need at least a small wardrobe, a small table and a shelf for accessories in the bathroom. Breakfast to choose from, the price is from 5 to 15 rubles. Coffee, tea and sweets are free of charge.
