A great place to relax! 5 out of 5!!!.
The location is closer to the sea than you can imagine!
Security is our own closed territory. Heated swimming pool.
Comfort- at the highest level- transfer, excursions- everything is provided.
The breakfasts are top class in taste, visual perception and price - more than adequate. Very big ones. In principle, you can eat all day.
Cleanliness is excellent. The rooms are always cleaned, linen and towels are changed every 3 days.
The staff is friendly and friendly. We did not know of any refusal. They try to satisfy all requests.
In general, we recommend it!!! We only go to this hotel ourselves.
Many thanks to all the staff - thanks to you, our vacation was interesting and comfortable. The excursions are just incredibly exciting!

The villa is very decent.I liked everything!The sea is less than a minute away ..the pool is clean..the territory is excellent.The rooms are pleasant and have a very large balcony (there is a clothes dryer with clothespins).The villa is quiet and safe!There are always free sun loungers and a swimming pool.There is a barbecue with grills and gazebos for barbecue.

Villa Valentina has one of the best locations in the resort! The most convenient access to the "tourist trail"leading to the pine park and to the sea. Near a grocery store, pharmacy, two points with excursions, kebabs, a wonderful dining room, in general, the whole flavor of Pitsunda is at hand.
A high, massive fence around the perimeter at the same time separates all this hype from the quiet territory of the hotel and this is important! Here , on
on the well-groomed lawn there are two gazebos for hotel guests, where you can spend evenings, a barbecue area and a beautiful swimming pool (without heating, but clean) with sun beds. On the ground floor there is a dining room, it works only in the summer, starting in September it ceases to function, but it didn't upset us a bit, because there are a lot of cafes around. The hotel complex consists of two residential buildings, very intimate and cozy.
Each room has its own balcony with a table and chairs. 4 rooms with larger balconies are located in the main building on the 2nd floor and only one is the pearl of the Villa, number 9, on the third floor has as many as two!! Large terraces, one of which is furnished with a table for 6 people, four armchairs and a sofa made of rotonga with soft pillows, as well as a hanging chair. It's nice to spend evenings here with a glass of sparkling wine, have dinner, arrange friendly, family gatherings, hear the sound of the sea and breathe the pine air)) The apartment is designed for 6 people. Two isolated bedrooms, a living area with a large, folding sofa and a combined kitchen area, with a dining table. There is also a bathroom with a shower cabin. From the amenities in the kitchen - a microwave, a slow cooker, an electric hob (mini), a small refrigerator, a set of dishes and other things for 6 x
. From the amenities in the bathroom, there is a hairdryer, iron, ironing board (so it's not necessary to carry everything with you). With heated water, without complaints, there was always enough hot water for 4 people. There is no washing machine, but in fact there are laundry services, and everyone usually takes clothes on vacation with a vengeance, so it's not critical. Towels were changed daily. There are quite powerful generators in the villa, if there is a power failure, you do not feel any inconvenience-this is a fat plus!
What would I like to correct in the room, for a more fun stay in it!? 🤔
1) There is one split system for all apartments and it is located in the living area, there is enough power to cool the entire space, BUT in order to cool the bedroom (and it's stuffy in summer) you will have to open the doors from the bedrooms to the hall, which can cause some discomfort. If there are six of you, then two are placed exactly on the sofa in the living room and the split will freeze🥶 others, on the contrary, suffer from stuffiness, the game of pulling the blanket on-off, is it familiar? 😁 there were four of us, so I don't recommend it in the 6th.
2) mini fridge - it's really small, for the company, you might want to take alcohol and sweets with you. Ideally, a full-fledged two-chamber refrigerator is needed here (this would be the maximum 👍). We were kindly offered to arrange everything in the dining room, but since autumn, when it does not work, this is one thing, and in summer, when guests have breakfast, lunch, dinner in the dining room, this will not work, and in general it will embarrass anyone.
3) there is no lighting on the terrace, but it would not hurt in the evening, because it is dark, I had to open the blinds in the living room and thus highlight the chill zone. In all other rooms there is a backlight, because there are also visors under which they are located. They are made for the purpose of protection from moisture, during rains, and there are no visors in the penthouse, so to speak, but there are moisture-proof lamps on sale, I think this moment will definitely be fixed in the future!
4) The Internet is weak everywhere, I have not met a powerful stream in any guest house, especially in the evening everyone is sitting in their gadgets, reading the news and watching a movie, there's nothing to do about it😁
Verdict: definitely a score of 5. Especially for rooms with the best view terrace and the most convenient location. Everything is clean, neat, cozy. And some minor flaws, I am sure, will be corrected promptly and every year it will

This is the best hotel where we once rested! The most wonderful place to relax with family and friends. Its own territory, good staff. The receptionist is understanding and polite. There is a paid guest refrigerator in the kitchen, which is constantly replenished. There is beer, wine, ice cream, juices, water. There are kebabs at the exit of the hotel. The sea is 2 minutes away. I recommend it!!!

Hello everyone We are from Penza and rested from 08/07/2023 to 08/17/2023. In general, in 4++. The breakfasts are delicious and delicious. The pool is clean and cool.Everything in the room is great.All the staff is friendly.The only drawback: there were three of us (husband + wife + adult.son) and the key to the entrance to the villa + the room itself was only one.Nearby (20 meters from the entrance to the villa) is a shalyk frying point.We recommend mutton there (700 rubles / skewer + white sauce).We hope to arrive there in 2024 and for a longer period.

We rested at the villa for the second time. Everything was fine just like last year. The rooms were cleaned every day, the bed and towels were changed every 3 days. There is a laundry service. Convenient location, the sea is nearby. There is parking, a swimming pool. The territory is closed and well maintained. A few rooms, respectively, a few people, for me this is a big plus, I do not like the hustle and bustle and a lot of people.

We had a huge number of ants in our room!
This did not interfere with our rest and does not reduce the number of stars in the rating of the hotel in any way.
But they were, mind you.
The location is gorgeous!
The food for breakfast is excellent.
Minus - you can't use a microwave, it's not clear why.
The laundry service costs 300 rubles, but they hang wet clothes for you to dry.
The owner is always on site, always solves all issues, open.
The beach near the hotel is super, the only disadvantage is that the number of vacationers is increasing, the atmosphere is not changing for the better, but this is not for the hotel.
We ate lunch and dinner opposite - at the Green House, tasty and normal for money

We are vacationing for the second year in a row, the rooms are cleaned daily, the breakfasts are hearty , the staff is polite, the heated pool, the balconies are gorgeous with views of the mountains or the sea. The sea is 3 minutes away. Wi-Fi , TV , air conditioning , all amenities without interruption ☺️ The territory is well maintained. Thank you very much to Vyacheslav and the staff for the hospitality and a good rest. I definitely recommend it.

We stayed at Villa Valentina in 2019 and 2021, stayed in 3, 4 and 6-bed rooms. All rooms are cozy, clean, and have chic balconies in 3 and 6-bed rooms. Towels and bed linen were changed (1 time in 10 days, but I don't remember exactly, maybe 2). There are beach towels. The breakfasts are very tasty and hearty, there are several options to choose from. The staff is polite and unobtrusive. I really liked the fact that there is a swimming pool, and the territory is closed, each family is given a key to enter the territory. The location is convenient - 3 minutes to the sea slowly (the purest sea, and on the shore relict pines are something with something - just great!), there is a pharmacy, shops, cafes and canteens nearby. There is parking, and for those who travel without a car, there is a shuttle service. In general, for me, a vacation in a villa is 10 days of paradise a year. We spontaneously broke into Abkhazia, on the advice of friends we stayed at Villa Valentina - fortunately, there was a free room. everything is decent, the sea is 1 minute away.
The service is at the level: clean, cleaned every day, modern design, curtains as from the articles “top 5 for a comfortable sleep”, the pool is super, breakfast is included.

We arrived from Abkhazia yesterday. We stayed at Villa Valentina for the second time.
Everything is at a decent level: spacious bright rooms, cleaning every day, delicious and hearty breakfasts, a small pool, but you can swim, a closed clean area, Parking for cars.

Bed linen and towels have not been changed in 7 days more than once. Be careful in financial relations, because they do not adhere to generally accepted rules. Just a terrible time spent at this hotel. Spoiled vacation, left earlier than planned for 3 days (money was not returned).

I really liked the hotel, everything is great. Mediterranean style, excellent design. Polite staff, delicious breakfasts. There is a swimming pool and a playground. There are outdoor gazebos, a mongal and a barbecue. The territory is closed, parking is inside. Everything is clean and tidy. Everything has been done for vacationers. There is a pebble beach 100 meters away. Pine grove, nature reserve. If you travel by car, there is a wild sandy beach two kilometers from the hotel. If you are going to Abkhazia for the first time, I recommend it, you will definitely not spoil the impression of your vacation.

This is not our first time in Abkhazia. This year the choice fell on this villa and we did not regret it! We rested for three whole weeks. We liked everything very much. The hotel is beautiful and thoughtful. The smell of pine trees and their beauty are everywhere, pleasing to the eye. You have breakfast outside in the morning and inhale their smell. The territory is well maintained. The pool is heated, so on a gloomy day, the children had a place to splash for more than one hour. Once again, I want to emphasize the well-groomed and clean to a perfect shine everywhere. It feels like the repair was done yesterday! And Elena's breakfasts are a separate topic!!! Everything was incredibly tasty, varied and fresh. The children didn't spend the morning at home like they do here :) We didn't even have lunch. And we went to dinner about 5 minutes away from us (who by car)before "Sat down_We ate", everything is homemade, very tasty, the portions are large and inexpensive. For four people at a time, they spent from 800 to 1200 with desserts and juices! The beach is 3 minutes away. Thank you very much to all the staff, for the comfort, cleanliness, delicious breakfasts and a relaxing holiday! We will definitely come back :)
