I really liked the hotel. It is well located, 5 minutes to the sea, there are many cafes and shops around. Beach towels are free. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, surrounded by chipmunks, peacocks, monkeys. We cleaned every day. There is a nice guy at the reception, always ready to help. They also changed money there at a rate no worse than at the airport. For breakfast, you can choose between scrambled eggs, omelet or porridge. We had an air-conditioned room, which helped a lot at night. The Internet works well on any floor. Of the cons, maybe only a tired closet, but these are the little things that do not spoil the rest.

Very nice and cozy villa - 200 meters from the ocean. Friendly hosts and a very caring receptionist. The breakfasts were delicious and hearty, and the coffee was wonderful. We ordered lunch and dinner at the villa - it turned out to be cheaper than in the restaurant and tastier. When the monkey bit, the administrator informed the guide and called the doctor, for which he was very grateful. By the way, a monkey bit me on the beach. Be careful. The room itself is large and clean. The linen was changed frequently . Cleaning every day. Water and tea and coffee were brought to the room. The price for the villa is very reasonable, which is also encouraging. We had a rest at home ❤️❤️❤️ I definitely recommend this villa. The service is excellent

Convenient location, in a quiet location, 5 minutes walk to the beach.
Deluxe room for 4+, there is everything from a soap box, safe, kettle, hairdryer, air conditioner. There is no TV, there are no mosquitoes or other animals)) Sockets are our connector. Room cleaning every day. Breakfasts are egg or pancakes, coffee or tea and sliced fruit...
the "Villa" is normal, I advise you !!!
Well, monkeys on roofs, palm trees and balconies jump back and forth)))

We stayed at this hotel from 04 to 15 December 2024. I really liked the hotel
Excellent breakfasts, cleaning every day! Towels in the room and on the beach are changed every day. Tea, coffee and water are also replenished daily! The room had a safe, air conditioning and a hairdryer! Thanks to Manager Ivan and all the staff for the reception! Monkeys, peacocks, squirrels, turtles and monitor lizards were seen on the territory of the hotel.🔥
The sea is across the road 3 min. There are many cafes, shops and stalls with fruits and ice cream nearby. In general, we had a great rest. I recommend the hotel 100%

A nice, cozy, little hotel. Good breakfasts, but they don't shine with variety. But I do not recommend having lunch and dinner here. The beach is very close, which pleases. We searched for a long time for a restaurant where they cook decently, and it turned out to be on the beach, where we went every day.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. Good location, away from the hustle and bustle, but not far from the sea. The service is at a high level! The rooms are spacious, and cleaning is daily. The breakfasts are without frills, but quite decent.

Nice guest house. You live like your grandparents in the village. There are jungles and different types of animals all around. Chipmunks, monkeys, monitor lizards and many birds. The location is very good. The ocean is nearby, shopping streets, cafes, also nearby. In general, not for the attractive tourist. And so everything is super👍👍👍

I liked everything, the ocean is nearby, the staff is very friendly to any question or request, they try to help. Wi-Fi works very well for those who need it. We helped with an individual tour, for quite normal money. The breakfasts are good, the room has everything you need. Cleaning was done every day, water was brought in a liter bottle per person, tea accessories too. Palm squirrels and monkeys are running around the territory, and a monitor lizard has been seen. I recommend that you do not find any disadvantages, and most importantly, leave the room in proper condition when leaving, respect yourself and the owners of the villa. Many thanks to all the guys who work at the villa. We will definitely come again. 😎👍🏻

I don't feel like going to the Villa. An ordinary guesthouse. The rooms are large (they did not take economy, but class above), everything is in concrete (but this is the practice of all accommodation facilities). There is hot water, constantly. The rooms are almost all with balconies. There is a mosquito net above the bed, which is certainly very convenient (gray from dust). A gorgeous, powerful conder! Wonderful administrator Nuan, very positive! He will tell you everything about all the questions! Order a tuk-tuk at a reasonable price, etc. In general, everyone is very friendly and smiling! Wifi is good, we even watched YouTube videos. There is no safe, but there are also cases of theft. I gave the documents and money to Nuan, he kept them with the owner. The owner of the villa (a friendly elderly Lankan) lives right there, on the ground floor.
Of the cons: there is no TV in the rooms. But this minus turns into a plus: the brain is resting, they went to bed early and got up at dawn.
The breakfasts are monotonous.Comprehensive. There is a choice of pancakes, omelette or scrambled eggs; they are served with three types of fruit, bread with butter and tea with milk. We don't have too much breakfast at home, but in 14 days we've had enough of pancakes and scrambled eggs. The freshness of the linen is very doubtful, but on the tour we stayed in a large 4 * hotel in the mountains, there is the same picture with the linen, grayish and old.
The location is good. And Unawatuna beach is across the street from 100 meters and to jungle beach it is a 15-minute walk. The guest house is slightly recessed from the main road, which creates relative silence inside.
I don't want to say that some disadvantages ruined my vacation. I described all the credits and disadvantages only for completeness
