Nice hotel, I found it based on reviews. Indeed, vegan breakfasts, there is no meat, but fish (trout) is very tasty, lots of salads, pastries, omelets, coffee. In general, it's great. The room is clean, quiet, window to the courtyard, but stylish.
The disadvantage is that this is the Termini area, it's a long way to the center, but if you need to get closer to the train station, it's quite suitable for 1-2 nights.

Our favorite hotel in Rome, we stay there every year. Convenient location, value for money. There is a small kitchen corner in the common corridor where you can have a snack and make yourself a coffee.
