The administration is very correct, they remind you about the visit in advance, there are disposable brushes so that you can brush your teeth before the reception. You can buy good products such as Curaprox brushes and bundles at pleasant prices. The doctors are very tactful, I always got to specialists of high quality and customer-oriented level. For example, during treatment, they ask if everything is in order, immediately offer anesthesia, at the first visit they describe a detailed treatment plan and the necessary manipulations, whether it is the treatment itself or additional consultations with other specialists.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service at this dental clinic. My orthodontic treatment with doctor Roschina was accompanied by many problems and misunderstandings. Initially, the orthodontist reported that wearing aligners would be required for a year, but after developing a treatment plan, the time was reduced to five months, while the cost remained unchanged. Moreover, the treatment plan did not include the manufacture of night mouthguards and the installation of retainers, which is an integral part of orthodontic treatment.
It turned out to be almost impossible to make an appointment: everything is scheduled for months in advance, and the status of a permanent patient does not provide any advantages. The doctor refused to make an appointment with me, saying that she “didn't want to do someone else's work.” At the beginning of the treatment, I warned that I would need to leave the country in six months, to which the doctor assured me that this would not be a problem and she would orient me on time. However, she was later unable to provide information on the estimated number of additional mouth guards that may be needed in case of unforeseen circumstances, stating that they may be required “from zero to infinity.” As a result, I had to postpone the trip.
The last straw was a visit to a therapist before the trip to make night mouthguards and install a retainer. The doctor found caries, which needs to be cured BEFORE installing a retainer and making night mouthguards. This particular doctor does not treat caries, so I could not cure my tooth that day. The nearest appointment for caries treatment at the clinic is only for March, although it is now the middle of January. Caries does not occur in one day, and over the past month I have visited this clinic four times, but none of the specialists noticed this. There is a question about the qualifications of dentists in this clinic.
I highly recommend not contacting this center.

I was on 09.08. at the operation to remove a retinated wisdom tooth from the surgeon, Stadnik Nikolai, and I am infinitely grateful to the doctor for his work. Two weeks after the operation, when everything has healed, I can say with confidence that this is one of the best doctors I have met. Elena Vladislavovna Anashenkova's treatment is aerobatics, golden hands, skill and it's all in one professional! The best in her profession, she came to her during pregnancy, when no one wanted to treat her and was pushed away for the postpartum period on pain, but she regretted and did everything in her power as carefully as possible at that moment! I also sent my husband to treat his teeth - I was also very pleased with the result. The surgeons here are wonderful. Khotyan Anna Alexandrovna is a clear example of this - she will remove any problem as accurately as possible and without consequences. A child of 5 years old also treats teeth in VINIR - without pain and fear. It's a pity that recording is a bit difficult.
