Clean, cozy, very comfortable beds, stylish room design. The main sights of the city are a 10-minute walk from the hotel. But the best part is the staff, the owner of the hotel is in touch with you 24/7, organizes a transfer from the train station, tells you where to go, where to eat. Free delicious tea and coffee, filtered water will always be waiting for you in the kitchen. You can cook your own meals in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator and a washing machine. Large bright rooms, everything is so pretty that you don't even want to leave the hotel. But it is necessary, because the city is very atmospheric.

Good day to everyone. We stayed in this mini-hotel with my husband for one night - we liked everything. Clean, neat, modern. The kitchen is immediately on the ground floor. Nothing superfluous, everything you may need for a snack is there (cutlery, dishes, glasses ..., microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine... The room is well cleaned, the bed is made, there is a TV, etc. The owner is polite and pleasant to talk to. I met him, told him everything and explained "what and how."
It may seem far from the center to someone, but my husband and I love hiking - about 30 minutes and you find yourself in the city center! Quiet residential area. Parking nearby!!!
Prices of course, on weekends and holidays, jump, but they do it everywhere!!!

We stayed in transit for 2 nights.
A great option. Clean, cozy, modern apartments. There is everything you need from the dishes, the kitchen is on the ground floor. There is a parking place. Separately, I would like to note the owner, who is so attentive to the guests that bravo! I met, placed, picked up our luggage, showed the center where to eat, what to see. I stayed at the end of July, for a couple of nights. It is quiet and cozy, not far from the center of historical Grodno, parking is free, the owner is polite.
The price of rooms by card through the MIR payment system is slightly higher than in cash, this is the only thing to keep in mind when checking in. Otherwise, everything is great.

A clean, cozy guest house. The owner is friendly, in season he lives right there on the ground floor and always answers questions and requests. The kitchen is shared, always cleaned, everything is thought out to the smallest detail-tea, coffee, bottled water, sugar for free. There is even a jug for filtering water. A huge refrigerator, in which each room has a shelf. In the kitchen, you can always warm up food, wash clothes (there is a washing machine), an iron and a board are provided upon request. There are only 5 rooms, they are decorated perfectly, modern, everything is new. We even found pages with printouts of tips: where to eat, what to bring from Grodno - it may be useful for tourists.
From 12 to 16 in the cafe opposite, inexpensive set meals are simple and familiar food, without bells and whistles, but also more versatile, suitable for any stomach. You can take it with you to take away.
We walked to the center for about 15 minutes at an average pace. But if you suddenly don't want to go, Grodno is wonderful with ridiculous taxi prices, especially on weekdays. One hundred rubles (Russian), five minutes-and you're in the center! And it's almost the same to the train station.
A huge plus for families with children will be that from 11 a.m. to 7 a.m. silence mode-you can't make noise. And the guests, indeed, behave culturally. I recommend this guest house to everyone!

Very cool apartment. Special thanks to the owner Dmitry. A very friendly man and tracked all the steps before and after check-in. The room is clean and tidy. We had a rest in September, but it was warm to sleep on the top floor. Comfortable bed with orthopedic mattress. There are masking nets on the windows.

We stayed for a few days in Grodno in this guest house, traveling around Belarus. We noted that the room is large, very clean, everything is thought out and done with a soul, even in small things. The hosts care about their guests, but there is no excessive obsession. The location is very convenient. The city center is within walking distance, and historical attractions too. You can walk to the Old and New Castles or to the 12th-century Church on foot along the beautiful path along the river - slowly, the walk will take 40 minutes. At the same time, the location is quiet, near a cafe (lunches and dinners), not far (5 minutes on foot) a branded bakery with a cafeteria from the bakery, open from 08-00 hours, you can have breakfast if you do not want to in the guest house. Although there are all conditions for a light snack in the Grapes: a wonderful kitchen, where there is a refrigerator, a stove, and a microwave. If we come to Grodno again, we will definitely stay here!

The trip to Grodno was spontaneous, we were already looking for a place to stay at the entrance to Grodno. They literally snatched the last number. The cost did not quite fit into the calculated budget for "just going for a walk", BUT! We didn't regret a bit that we stayed here.
The owner is a pleasant, endearing man. After greeting and pleasant conversation, I conducted a mini-tour of two vacant rooms.
He told me where to go and what to see in the city.
We stayed in room 5. It has its own atmosphere thanks to the windows in the ceiling.
The room has a sofa, a large bed, a table, a wardrobe, a TV, a shower cabin and a toilet (liquid soap, toilet paper).
The kitchen is shared here, on the ground floor, but for everyone there are cutlery, mugs, plates, glasses, etc. There is a shelf in the refrigerator for each room.
It is very convenient that you can easily get to any attractions from the hotel and, in principle, there is a place to walk (amusement park, cafe, pizzeria, etc.).
Before leaving, we had a nice conversation and said goodbye, but we will definitely come back here again, because in two days we will not have time to consider all the interesting places. In general, I ADVISE YOU. And we will definitely stay here again)

Not a bad mini-hotel. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is made of cotton, the owner is friendly. The room has the necessary minimum: a hairdryer, towels, a kettle, a small refrigerator without a freezer, small cups. Hello, everyone. I will tell you a little about this hotel. Why 2, it's simple. It looks like everything is fine, but it's not. The room was greeted with dirty plumbing, lack of hygienic shower accessories, just soap with a dispenser and it didn't work, pour over the edge. Next, the mattress on the bed is something with something, you just sleep on springs, covered in stains, the same story with pastel linen. Considering that the prices are not the lowest for such apartments. In general, if for one night, then it's fine, but if with the family, I do not advise at all.

Stayed for 4 days. Like it. Good location - close to the central part of the city. The room is comfortable, stylish, everything is new, the plumbing is in good condition, clean. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a kitchen - refrigerator, microwave, kettle, stove. I want to note that in the kitchen I was constantly greeted by a filled hot kettle and it was nice. By the way, tea and coffee (ground!) for guests free of charge, the hosts are very friendly people.

Rooms No. 5 and No. 3 have a double bed and a folding sofa, which allows even a family with three children to stay, when the youngest can sleep with his parents, and two on the sofa. There is also a special No. 4 for a large family. Since this is a family-run mini-hotel, the busy activity must be completed before 23.00. unlike large hotels, where guests walk and make noise all night. The city center is nearby, shops and hypermarkets too, a good cafe with business lunches is located opposite.

Vinograd is a great place for tourists: not expensive, not far from the center, clean and cozy. The owner is very friendly and helpful, always ready to help. Within walking distance of pharmacies and magvzines, there is a mini market nearby, and a 10-minute walk there is a Peshkov restaurant (we forget to book a table in advance, you can rarely get to Grodno without signing up) and the ice palace near the Neman stadium.

We were on May holidays, 2023, lived in room 3, my husband and I and a teenage son. I liked everything, both the city and the place of residence.
At first we wanted to go to Vitebsk, but then we decided to go to Grodno, and we did not regret it.
According to the room, everything is clean, good, the room is free, a large bed and a sofa for my son.
We cooked downstairs in the shared kitchen, used the washing machine, everything is OK.
The area is quiet and clean, there is a shop nearby, on the same street.
