I've been thinking for a long time about what exactly I want to tell you about this store.
Let's start with the fact that this store employs unqualified staff, if you decide to read all the comments, you will notice that after the first comment, where there are 5 stars, there were 4 comments in 1 day, which simply corrected the statistics on the stars. They were made on the same day when an “angry” comment was posted.
Now I want to tell the story of my three-week record order from this store.
I placed an order on the Ed Sheeran - Divide record website, knowing that the information on the site was outdated, I called the store beforehand and wrote to their official Instagram account, I was told that the record would be in the store in a week on the weekend. On Friday, just in case, I clarified the order status and was told that the record would be in the store. On Sunday, I went to the store, after which they told me that by mistake, they forgot to warn me that the record would arrive in a week. I left my “angry” comment, after which they replied that I would be given a 15% discount on this order and free shipping. Also, it was said that the record would be in the store on Friday (02/05/2021) and I would be contacted to clarify the time and place of delivery, but as you understand, this service is at such a level that I had to write to them on Friday 15 minutes before the store closes and clarify the status of the order, I was told, that the record will be on Saturday (02/06/2021) .
Since I really wanted this record, I decided to wait one day. Today (02/06/2021) I wrote to this store, only after I MYSELF reminded about my discount, I was offered this record for 139 rubles with a 15% discount. The order I placed was for 119p, where if you “correctly” calculate the amount after the discount, it will be 101.15 rubles.
If you look at the situation, I was offered a record with free shipping and a discount of 1 ruble :-)
But the story did not end here, after a long correspondence with the store, the guys decided that they were the only store in Minsk and wrote that the “exception” that they made for me was canceled individually and I would need to buy a record for the full cost of 139 rubles in their store, or look for it in another store.
