She has several complexes per month: back-arms-abs, stretching, cycling, strength, steps, circular. These complexes are changed monthly. Each exercise is performed according to a stopwatch, in a certain sequence, all muscle groups are worked out.

I was pleasantly surprised when I found out the special policy of Fitness VIP: classes are held even with one visitor!
Lockers, shower, toilet. Everything is clean and beautiful.

In comparison, the Fitness House fitness club chain in St. Petersburg, the cost of a carpenter's annual subscription is 16000 rubles (512 b.r.)
