Hello! I do not recommend contacting this company. In fact, we faced this.. We are drivers with more than 20 years of experience, we had a chance to travel around Europe many times, but then we faced a hidden malfunction and outright deception. Upon receipt of the car, we immediately identified non-working stop signs. They insisted on replacing the car (but they should have refused and looked for a car in another company). Another car turned out to have faulty brakes on the rear wheels, because the owner treats the maintenance of cars irresponsibly. As a result, the braking system failed completely. We are very lucky that this did not happen on the serpentine. By agreement with the owner, we paid for the repair of brakes to a local mechanic, under assurances and guarantees that we will get this money back when returning the car to Avsallar. The mechanic needed money in cash.. It is clear about the money, they were not originally going to give it away.. (God, thank you for the money) But they could have crashed because of this unobtrusive Turkish service in August 2021..
