An employee of the tour company almost every day for a month rushed to pay the remaining amount, although the agreed deadline did not come. I brought the rest of the amount on the 5th (Saturday), about $ 1000, and I was not given either a receipt or documents for the tour. The employee said that only on Monday she would be able to give documents and tickets (both electronic and paper). I asked for a refund so that I could bring them on Monday if she couldn't give me the documents today, but she said that I would have to wait about 2-3 more hours on Monday for her to give me these documents, since they work "through another company." In this case, I asked for a receipt to confirm that I had made all the payment, but she said that she did not have a seal, and to get a receipt, I had to wait until her supervisor arrived. We've been sitting here waiting for half an hour. I am already silent that they directly say that they prefer to accept money in $, although this is prohibited on the territory of our Republic.
