I sent a system kit, a monitor and a tripod from Peter: - the system unit was damaged during transportation (the leg broke off from the impact and the bottom bent). Requests to compensate for repairs were ignored - we made a mistake with the last name when making the order, which is why the delivery took as much as 1 month and 10 days. The parcel has been waiting for a long time for payment of customs duties, but I have not been contacted - we haven't made a single call/SMS. There are about 40 (!) outgoing calls from me during the entire waiting time
