We ordered DrevProm doors at the Virtoni salon, I am sooooo grateful to this salon, because only at first it seems that the most important thing is a good manufacturer (and he is really very good), but then you realize that the subsequent stages are no less important, and we can say that it is more important, because if the doors are installed poorly or damaged during delivery, which Are they any good?!
I was captivated by the well-coordinated work, logistics, feedback, delivery - it was clearly on time and the interval was only an hour (you don't need to sit and wait for half a day), very professional movers brought everything into the apartment, carefully compiled, carefully carried it through each slope (we had already completed the final repairs), then a separate the song is an installation (it was difficult for us because the architraves were shaped under 45 and the walls were washed down from the inside with moldings and different levels), I really asked the logistician to give us the coolest guys, and I was completely heard 😍 the installers are just incredible guys, the accuracy, the accuracy is just top 🔝 (and I saw my friends Oh what different results), and actually this salon was chosen by me because of the rumors that they have the coolest jobs. Well, the icing on the cake is that we missed ordering pens. And when they came to their senses, the salon helped within an hour to get exactly the ones that were urgently chosen.

I placed an order for a sliding door in the salon and left a prepayment of 1200 rubles. The contract order had to be completed within 2 months. When the order was ready, miracles began to happen. Firstly, it turned out that the delivery of one door in Minsk costs 55 rubles. At a door cost of 1900, paid delivery is already generally abnormal. Then it turned out that the installation cost was another 250-300 rubles. When I started insisting that the installation cost be announced to me, it turned out that it already costs 360 rubles. At the same time, the installers are not regular, but simply, as they said in the salon "friends". It was also announced to me that if I find installers on my own, then there will be no guarantee anymore. I was very indignant about the cost of installation and installation in the amount of 30% of the order price, to which the salon manager told me : What are you? Don't you read the contract? By the way, nothing was said about this cost. Only what is paid separately.
There's nothing to do. The contract is really tricky, I paid extra for the order and waited for it the next day. In the end, the door came to me with chips and 12 centimeters more than I ordered. At the same time, they started calling me from the salon and convincing me that this door was suitable for me, and the information in the specification was not important. I explained that this size would block the entrance to the room, but I was persistently offered to pick up the order and tint the chips myself. I disagreed and returned the door. They promised to call me back by the end of the day and tell me what they can do. But there were no offers other than to accept this door. Then there was silence and no answers to my calls. I've dialed 20 times, but there's no answer. I arrived at the salon . They told me they were busy and didn't care about me.
They once again convinced me that the door was 12 cm bigger for me, and then they offered to write a statement and wait 14 days for a response, or contact the police. They refused to return the money .

I ordered interior doors from Inna in the Grad shopping center produced by the Sofia factory. I squeezed out the money and I was not mistaken! There is an experience of using doors from a Belarusian manufacturer of the same price range - and the difference is enormous! I don't regret a penny spent on Sophia. Inna - thanks for all kinds of discounts, Vadim (installation) - for the quality and pedantry in the work. Besides, they are both very nice people.
The long delivery was annoying (we waited sooo long), but as I understand it, this is a feature of the logistics of the Russian manufacturer, there are no complaints about the salon.
