I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Flado visa agency for their help in obtaining a US tourist/business visa (B1/B2) for 3 years. My wife and I decided to use their services to fully submit documents and make an appointment for an interview. Despite the fact that we originally planned to apply through the US Embassy in Jakarta, we were advised to register at the consulate in Surabaya, where the nearest available dates were.
The result turned out to be successful: both of us had our visas approved, and our passports remained at the consulate. We received my wife's passport a few days later, but mine was delayed due to an administrative check, which, as we were informed, could take up to 3 months. As my Indonesian visa was coming to an end, we decided to pick up the passports. The agency organized the process so that the check continued, and the passport could be delivered later.
Upon returning to Russia, I delivered my passport by courier to Bali, from where the agency forwarded it to the consulate. After a while, my visa was pasted on, and now my passport is already in Moscow.
Thank you for your responsiveness and professionalism! Everything went great, and the result exceeded all expectations. I recommend Flado to anyone who is planning to apply for a visa to the USA!
We are a family of 5 people, we make out loans through this agency. First, we made a student kit for my daughter, everything went well and within the stated time frame. But the other four whales started having problems. My wife's passport is about to expire, so she got a new one. We handed it over to the agency and agreed that we would apply for a new passport. But the agency got the documents mixed up and sent us an expiring passport visa. As a result, when we entered Indonesia, we had a lengthy process with the immigration service, which could well have ended in deportation. But fortunately, my wife had an entry stamp inserted into her old passport, with the condition that we should contact a visa agent to transfer the visa to a new passport.
In Flado, we were not only not offered a refund for a poorly rendered service or some kind of compensation for the inconvenience caused, but they were not even in a hurry to correct their mistake. They told us that in order to transfer the visa to a new passport, it is necessary to wait for the release of the ITAS, and promised to send ITAS in a few days. I don't understand why you need to wait for IT with erroneous data, but let's say. Anyway, it's been 3 weeks since we entered Indonesia, and we still haven't received any of the four benefits and therefore can't take advantage of them. No steps have yet been taken to transfer the visa to a new passport. The last feedback from the agency was 10 days ago in the style of "we still have to wait," and then only after I wrote to them myself. I still hope that these are not scammers, but just sloppy people who neglect their customers and do their job poorly. But it already looks kind of strange. When it becomes clear, I will write how the story ends.
