READ TO EVERYONE. Never. Do you hear? Never contact this visa application center if you want to save your money, nerves and plans.
I paid almost 200,000 tenge to get a visa to Germany, I did it for the first time and decided to ask for help. AND ALL THESE PEOPLE BROKE IT FOR US. We applied for a visa to Germany, but they refused us because the visa application center did not prepare a normal itinerary. The list said simply:
"Tourism."
THAT's it. No plans, no details. Although, as a client, I paid for the full service and counted on their professionalism.
1. They did not draw up an itinerary, which IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY.
2. They did not warn about the risks, neither the itinerary, nor possible options for other documents
THEY DO THEIR JOB AS HARD AS THEY CAN.
3. I had to take the initiative myself and FORCE THEM TO CHECK the DOCUMENTS - they corrected their mistakes in front of me.
4. There WERE no apologies, they didn't do their job competently, I openly appealed to the director, but he said "no refund"
"We did everything right, there will be no refunds."
No apologies, no compensation, not even an attempt to figure it out.
My family lost not only money, but also plans for the wedding anniversary. We've been preparing, dreaming, and now we're just stuck.
Contact other places - this center only takes money, but the result?
Failure.

I applied for Schengen, I chose the country without any difficulties. As a result, the refusal was due to an unclear purpose of the trip. They do not give any information, the refusal is most likely due to incorrectly filled out documents or hotel / ticket reservations.
Don't waste your time and find a normal company
