I've never seen this before, and who would even think of booking a hotel to submit documents to the embassy of a hotel with a rating below the baseboard and 10 reviews, each of which says that this is a hoax and such a hotel does not exist. The name of the hotel indicated one of the cities in Mexico - Merida, although we were going to Cancun, and the address indicated two more Mexican cities Veracruz and Cancun, indicating the two zip codes of the respective cities.
