It used to be one of the favorite places to relax on weekends. Now we are focused on the wedding reception in the summer. We went to a wedding last year. Eating at the hotel was a problem. It is very convenient when in a hotel standing on the outskirts, after checking in, you come up with something to have dinner with... The kitchen is busy cooking for the wedding. It is a special pleasure to spend the night in a small hotel during the night festivities... No one bothered to warn about this in advance. This time, we left a booking request through the form on the website. No one even called back... And when I dialed them myself, it turned out that for four weeks the weekend was booked for weddings, the form on the site was outdated, they were not required to call back, and in general you need to call if you want to book something. And so the place is, of course, beautiful...

Thank you for the rest! The location is excellent. Quiet, near the river, who wants to fish or walk- the very thing! The repair is good, fresh. The furniture and decoration of the room are beautiful. It looks like some kind of castle. There are pros and cons. The hotel is cool enough, there was no heating. The room was warm due to the air conditioner . But the heated towel rail was not always warm. So the swimsuits and towels didn't dry out, everything was wet and unpleasant. There was not always hot water in the room. It was nice to visit the sauna and swimming pool. This overlaps other disadvantages, as well as the landscape around the estate. The sauna is pleasant, a panarama window on the pool, a wall of Himalayan salt, then dive into the cool pool-class! The sauna can be made hotter, depending on who is on duty. The Jacuzzi is comfortable, but not all nozzles work and not much. The SPA area is rented by locals for an hour, then as luck would have it, one day we were ourselves almost the whole evening, then the people arrived, it already became cramped. The sauna was heated only in the evening.
There is a massage chair in the lobby.
Breakfast is very tasty, omelet especially. Respect to the cook! We are happy with the rest!

I really liked this complex. The staff is polite and pleasant, the rooms are clean and cozy. Gazebo on the very shore of the Berezina, barbecue, gazebos have lighting, super.
There is also a gorgeous aqua zone!!! Sauna, Jacuzzi and a huge swimming pool and all this is included in the price!!!!(except for gazebos on the street).
We were a big company, only positive emotions remained!!!

The hotel itself is quite good. Spacious renovated rooms, large balconies, air conditioning, gorgeous river views, etc.
Aquazone. However, it is also visited by locals from neighboring Bobruisk, and this, given their behavior, is a minus.
The food is delicious.
But, actually, that's it. There is no territory, there is nowhere to walk, rental services (billiards, bicycles) are in terrible condition. Boat, quads are not available due to the absence of the owner.
Overall, it left a pleasant impression. We hope to return here in a couple of years, when the reconstruction is completed.

We settled in quickly, the rooms are not wow, but tolerable. ( 200 and 250 boon per day )
We ordered 4 caesars with chicken, as a result, 2 were poisoned. Why didn't four people get poisoned? As it turned out, two did not eat chicken in a salad because of the dubious appearance.
You don't have to take a hookah, they don't know how to make it and there is no choice of tobacco at all.
Billiards is also not recommended, 2 cues without stickers.

At first glance, the hotel is not bad. It is located on the Berezina River in a picturesque place. The interesting layout of the rooms allows you to have access to large terraces. In summer, sun beds are placed on the terraces (you can sunbathe). There is a sauna, a large swimming pool, a free massage chair, a banquet hall, a cinema, billiards, gazebos with barbecues and many other entertainment options.
The staff is loyal and friendly.
But all the advantages are practically crossed out by absolute unsanitary conditions:
1. The Jacuzzi in the aquazone is partially broken. The appearance and processing leave much to be desired
2. There is hair and dirt floating in a small illuminated pool
3. in the shower room in front of the sauna, the smell of urine and the lack of sanitation. processing
4. there is an unpleasant smell in the sauna
I do not recommend an aquazone at the hotel. We arrived with pediculosis.

I didn't like it, everything was ruined near the hotel, the room was dirty, the bath was terrible, there was plaque and dirt everywhere, we were in the room for 250 bel rubles, it's not worth the money at all. The water was pouring intermittently, the towels smelled bad. It was not unpleasant to be there, but I just wanted to leave, even nature did not save the situation. The place is cool - it is very picturesque on the banks of the Berezina in Bobruisk. The main building is interesting with a sauna and a swimming pool. But the rooms in a separate building to the right of the central one are a quiet horror. Small rooms, battered and worn out by time. Considering that everything is made of drywall and chipboard, the audibility is excellent. The rooms are humid, there is no extractor hood, even to go to the toilet - you need to stretch out.
Therefore, it is better to come here with a check-in in the central building or leave in the evening.
The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant hall, there is a bar. A motorboat is on duty at the shore. ATVs and bicycles can be rented on site.

The penultimate time we visited the estate was in November 2012 exactly 10 years ago and now in November 2022 . Even the curtains have not changed in the manor for ten years!! Everything is old, the bed is smoky (why are there no non-smoking rooms?). The water in the pool is muddy, the descent ladder is torn out, the Jacuzzi is in terrible condition!! A primitive hair dryer is only in the pool area, you can't dry your hair, it will overheat in a minute. I was only pleased with the sauna, which is very decent with a salt wall.
Number:The room is well cleaned, no complaints! There is nothing in the room, no hair dryer, no slippers, no glasses, no kettle, there is only liquid soap and towels, that's it!!
Reception: very polite staff!
Restaurant-bar: He is also a very polite bartender, he is also a waiter, there is a strong huge star here!
And now the main thing!!!: there is no security at the hotel!!! A drunken man was breaking into our room all night (second floor, thank God!!) (Russian hunters were resting at the hotel), you could hear them fighting and shooting on the street!! We calmed down only around 10 a.m.! when they left , and no guards even showed up!! And in the morning they said that it was a knock from the receptionist)) only they probably forgot that they also shouted at the door in a drunken voice: - "Yes, you finally open up"
The result: the hotel has long been imprisoned for Russians, I did not see any other cars there! A very beautiful banquet hall is rented at the weekend, came and went. Everything has really fallen into disrepair. Staying in a hotel is everyone's business, you need to think 100 times whether it's worth it.....

We bought into the reviews and regretted it. This is more of a recreation center, not a hotel. It is normal to hold corporate events there, and not a conveyor belt for servicing tourists. You can only get there by car, other transport does not go there, so a fair part of potential customers is immediately cut off. And this affects the entire business, from the room stock to catering. The comfort room, of course, is not comfort at all, the bed is falling apart and instead of a mattress, some kind of foam. I always wanted to show them pictures of what a real bed in a 3* comfort class hotel should look like. The door to the toilet did not close, the jamb was slightly broken, the Jacuzzi was slightly tired, everything that a jacuzzi can fall off after 100 years of operation was falling off. There were hordes of flies on all the windows and window sills, alive and not very much, I had to drive them out myself, I couldn't sleep with them. To top off the picture, a mouse was running along the corridor in the morning, I told the girl at the reception about it, but I realized from her reaction that a small mouse is not a problem at all, the problem will be when something bigger and grayer runs into the corridor, and this is so, a small trifle that normal people should not pay attention to.
But, as I wrote earlier, all these are really small things, if we take into account that the status of this institution is a recreation center, and here all the advantages of this place are revealed. This base stands on the bank of the bend of the Berezina River, the guys have several boats and speedboats, there are several quadrics and the full potential of this place is difficult to overestimate for a separate category of vacationers. Among other things, there is an awesome sauna with a panoramic window, a swimming pool with the purest water, after all, the river is nearby, and a Jacuzzi with a TV, on which Relax TV videos are played in an endless cycle. But as a hotel, it gets 3 stars out of five from me.
