I once again clarified how to understand that the word "dress code" means that you cannot visit this institution in shorts? The administrator "justified" this to me by saying that "we were denied access to this institution." At the same time, when we left the institution after being refused admission, the administrator launched visitors in shorts. We still did not understand the reason for the refusal.
